Lio went on her tip toes. She prayed that the girl wanted a fallen angel. She would no longer be invisable, at least thats how she felt, invisable and unloved. Her wings twitched and the shadows around the many book shelves pulsed. |

Lio suddenly felt something pulling her twords the drawer. At first she did her best to fight the strange sensation but soon let it take her. Her hand slipped through the desk, it felt very strange, and jioned with the paper. She felt like she was being ripped in two, and it stopped. Her hand was back at her side but the paper was now in rays hands was a deep golden color. Like it hand lived through many more years than it appeared. |

The space behind Ray seemed to blur and something floating with dark wings appeared. Fae gasped. It was true. There was a fallen angel floating behind Ray.
"Now," Ray said as she pulled the, now wrinkled yellow-brown sheet of paper out of the drawer "This is your contract with this angel. Protect it with your life. If it is damged your angel will dissapear and will not be able to get another." |

Lio smiled. She had realy gotten lucky today, finaly a human. She touched her feet to the ground and walked over to Fae. "I`m Lio. I`m you new gardian. Only you and other people that have gardians can see me." She smiled. |

Wow, Fae thought, a real angel! The angel, Lio, stared back expectently. "Oh! My name is Fae."

There was an akward scilence were know one knew what to say. It made Lio uncomfortable. "Um.... so..." She tried to start and unsucessful conversation. "Um... What do you want to do?" |

 Adam's eyes slowly opened to darkness, the usual thing in a store like Demon CO., he had come to expect it. He blinked briefly, letting his demon eyes adjust before standing up to his full height. His wings were folded behind him, slightly dragging along the ground as he walked around the building. They were an unusual sight, if someone didn't know better they could think of him as a fallen angel perhaps? He could only wish to be so pure though, it was just his luck to be on the wrong side of the bloodlines. A sigh whispered through his lips as he finally made it over to one of the windows. Adam looked out in the street as people walked freely around, laughing and smiling and taking their lives for granted. They would regret that though, as did he. I wonder if I'll ever redeem myself or be bought...  |

Fae walked out of the shop, a sickening feeling came over her. They where still there. The boys had saw her come in and where waiting by the door. Fae broke out in a run, forgetting she had an angel.

Lio began to chase after Fae but then decided to have some fun with the boys. She walked over to then and began to lift their hair. It wasnt hard to scare them, after all they couldnt see her so it looked like it was floating. They broak off in a run. "Chickens." she smerked. |

Fae rested against a park bench and, panting, took a drink of water from one of the neighboring water fountains. She could feel the water splash on her face, so cold and refreshing. Fae looked up, the sun was setting. She had most likly missed dinner, and if she didn't she would miss her cerfue too. She was about to get going home when she realized that Lio wasn't beside her. Where did she go?

Now were did my human go? Lio began to walk back down the street. She stoped infront of Demon Co. She felt shivers creaping down her spine, the shop deemed dark to her. Her eyes could barely see it because of all of the shadows. |

Fae searched the skys but couldn't find Lio. She had down on a park bench, certain that if she just waited she would come around. She saw a mother and a little boy walk by, it all looked like a normal similing family, but following the boy was an angel. Laughing right along with the family.

Lio turned her head away from the store and kicked off the cement ground. Her wings opened and she was almost inetiately above all the buildings. "Were are you Fae." but she wasnt realy worried about Fae. She was worried because more demons come out at night than in the day, Fae didnt know this but now she could see them. |
