Of course, who did he think they were? Some punks who liked to kick cans? Jak was trained in speed, and her cat was strong in magic. They both could keep up, unless he pulled a trap door again. She smiled at the thought, the game was getting fun.

"Come on Cat." She said, beginning to walk behind him. It was then she realized that her coat was not near her. Shoot.

Jakiline turned around, her goved fingers catching the edge of it. It looked in good shape, no one had taken the arrows. She slid it over her pale arms, adjusting the small snaps before she begun to walk again. "Just don't mess it up. We are getting the heir."

As she followed she begun to slid arrows into her right crossbow, reloading. A lot of her arrows had been used up, and she would have to be careful. She might even have to use a replacement bow.

Jak shrugged and looked at Ram, giving a nod. "He has it, if you ask him nicely you can have it." She said, almost giving him the okay. Ram would give it to him when he trusted the knife. Obviously, the man did not earn his trust. Or he was just phasing out and ignoring everyone. The second one.
