Jerimiah unsheathed his cleaver, and checked it. It was knicked all over, but overall, it was sharp. "Alright, well, do what you're going to do lady, cause I'm itchin' for a good fight," he whispered happily, "it's been too long since I put steel to flesh with my own two hands and..." he stopped there, to prevent rambling and the story about his and Pierre getting in a knife fight, in which he got bit. It was a rather hilarious story to him but the others may find it distracting.

He waited for Lynn to do whatever it was she was going to do.

A growl escaped her throat. "Why do you look at me? I await your signals. I need you all to tell me
exactly when. If anyone's timing is off, it could be disaster. Am I heard?"

Her mood swings were getting worse and worse...she wondered what was up.

"Well the only silent weapon I've got is this hunting knife. I'm pretty good with a knife, and I can be stealthy. You all saw that when I snuck up on you earlier." I'm sure Jeri can help me out, isn't that right old pal?" He clapped his friend on the shoulder.

Jerimiah nodded at her and said "Well, I'm ready, so, whatever your doing, do it now, or else, i'm going to end up going berserk!" He breathed in slowly, keeping himself calm so he could focus and wouldn't make a dumb move. He made sure his glasses were clean and intact, put them back on as fast as he took them off, and nodded at Lynn and the group, each in order. He wished he had a silencer but they didn't make them for .385 magnums or 30/30's anymore or never had.

She looked round the group.
"If any weak-stomach is having second thoughts they best leave now."
She had definitely come across bitter that time...no doubt. But..she had
no better way to get her point across. What she really meant, Be
prepared. Tell me when. I want everyone's approval.

A devious smirked was wiped all over Daphene's face as her docked tail wagged. She quit twirling the knife and pointed at a guard who seemed to be speaking to another.

She spoke loud enough to be heard by the entire group. "Let's get the hell out of here," she snickered, throwing the knife in the direction of her target. The knife danced in the air just before it landed deep inside the flesh of the guard's neck. As the guard was falling, Daphene was pulling out another knife, jumping out into view from the building they were at.

Pierre was overjoyed.Oh my god! So hot! He thought, marveling at Daphene's skill and precise aim. "Lynn, whatever you're gonna do, do it now, before Daphene steals the show!" He drew the hunting knife he had picked up and started off after the min pin. "Yo, Jer, you comin' or what?"

Jerimiah let out a high pitched, ringing howl, like that of a wolf. It was a sort of battlecry for him and he ran after a guard. As soon as he was noticed it was too late. He kicked him in the stomach and landed the handle of the knife on his skull, knocking him out. He spun around and felt a sting on the side of his shoulder; he had been hit. He winced but landed a gash that went from one side of the soldiers neck to almost the other. His adrenaline was pumping, and his fighting sight, as he called it, came into play. He only saw vital points and weak spots on the soldiers, in an understandable sense.

Rock on! Woot! You know you want some of my art!

"I'll take this as a 'let's go'...." she murmured, breathing deep before her technique.

A ball of spinning water formed between her hands, and her breath blew icily cold, turning the
rotating liquid into solid ice. Her eyes, then, grew brightly white, only a small ring of grey
separating iris from everything else.

Her wings stretched outward, the tips blooming with spikes of ice, and she leapt, taking off. The
ball which still hovered before her stretched and deformed, turning into a small beast of ice, looking
not unlike a dragon, but much lesser in proportion. It, as well, flew off, to busy other guards, three
to be precise, who were still unaware that anything else was happening.

Meanwhile, she formed another ball of water, but this time molding it into a malleable wall of ice
thick enough to resist any fire from the guards who knew what was going on.

Pierre pounced onto a guard, fangs bared, wings outstretched, looking all the world like a demon straight from the depths of Hel. Before the disoriented soldier could raise his weapon to fire, Pierre sliced his jugular with the knife, causing a spray of blood, which stained his fur crimson. His normally calm hazel eyes glowed bright red, a warning to all that he had tasted the first blood of battle, and the Bloodlust had taken over his mind. He pounced to another guard and, sinking his fangs into his neck, drained him of blood, his hatred of the soldier's taste completely forgotten.

Daphene threw herself behind some stalagmites, painfully sliding across the rugged floor andbarely dodging retaliating bullets. Cave debris fell over her as she crawled to get a better view of the scenario. She winced briefly before she poked her head around a some rock, blinking curiously as three guards fought with an icy monster. "Huh," she said to herself as she peeked around the corner for the guard she had slain with her knife. She noticed he had been deserted as everyone else went to fight the rest of the group. The guard coughed continuously, spurts of blood sprinkling his face. Daphene quickly ran up to him and wrapped her paw around the knife. As she did, she caught a quick glimpse at the soldier's utility belt. On it were a couple grenades...Possibly being of some aid, she pulled the knife out of the soldier's neck and held the bloodied weapon in her mouth. Then grabbed the grenades, quickly putting them in her bag. A couple of bullets headed toward her direction. She crawled behind some more stalagmites and tossed the bloodied dagger in the direction of the bullets, watching a soldier fall to the floor.

"I've got grenades!!"
she shouted to the group, occupied with soldiers of their own.

Her now grey eyes shone with apparent bloodlust. She pulled a piece of the ice from the hovering
wall and directed it towards another guard. It engulfed his entire head and crept into his mouth, and
into the more vital areas of his skull...where she commanded it to expand, exploding the man's
skull. An eyeball that had previously been his flew across the area and bounced off a stalagtite,
coming to rest in a puddle filled with calcium-rich water.

Like never before, she was on a sadistic rampage, and world might be doubtful of it's end before all
the guards were dead or dying.

She sent out another ball of ice, now with spikes, towards another area inhabited by unsuspecting
guards, who, when turned to investigate the clinking noise of the spokes on rock, were given a face
full of frozen quills.

(´;ω;`)
As the number of soldiers dwindled, so did Pierre's Blood lust. Gradually, he began to regain control of his mind and unfortunately for him, his sense of pain. "Ah, my achin' head! -he sniffed the air- what reeks like blood?" Then he examined himself. "Oh, that's me."

Whatever it was seemed to fade away, "Harvey, what was that?" John questioned the AI, nothing was coming up on any sensors.

"I do not know John, I would recommend that you leave the area. The anomaly has vanished but there are still strange readings from that area," John was already leaving and climbing into the lander. No sense in sticking around for a strange thing to pick at him while he was weaponless.

He started the lander up and drove out of the town with as much haste as he could safely manage in the ruins. John resumed his course, Harvey watching from far above the planet. This was worrying to him. Something had happened other than just a war. Sixty seven years was far too quick for things like that to show up unless he was missing something about that creature.

Okay...
I'm armed,
I'm angry,
and no amount of pirates, dinosaurs, giant squid, dragons, gorillas, Elder Gods, zombies, vampires, ninjas, giant robots, demons, or spiky haired kids is going to stand in my way.

Now man the god forsaken cannons!
