Jerimiah grabbed his friend and said "Wait, we really should re-think this!" He pointed out the guards guns: All auto-matics, which meant those semi-auto pistols and his rifle wouldn't be able to kill all eleven of the guards. He knew they would have to wait for the others to help them kill or disable them all first. "Remember; Getting out with everyone alive is our priority and tihs won't get it!"
Sighing heavily, Pierre stopped in his tracks. "Fine! Jeez! What d'you suggest we do? I don't plan on staying here for the rest of my life. Do you?"

She again watched in silence, her teammates arguing back and forth like animals she'd read about
in a book...that flew like bats. She almost would have giggled about this if the situation hadn't been
as dire. It was like there was a piece of meat between them and both of them wanted it.

"If you two would stop shaking each other by the neck we might could devise a strategy..."

"Oh lets shoot up some baddies!" Daphene mocked, "Lets bang some babes!" She continued before she turned to Pierre and Jerimiah with a scolding look on her face. She then proceeded to grab one of her ears and wiggle it, making a "duh" expression on her face.

"That exit is sealed off," she reminded them. "What the hell are you guys gonna do after you've caused enough attention with your damn guns and there are dead guards everywhere?! You gonna push some ********' rocks and leave?!" She huffed, trying to calm herself. b***h mode needed to chill.

She turned to Jerimiah, "You'll probably be able to pick a fight alll you want when we get to the surface, but I'd like to actually GET there first. If Fajin can muster up the strength to blow a hole a new hole in the wall, we've got our exit and the damn guards taken care of." Turning back to Pierre, she shook her head. "You..." she growled. "Cool your jets. It's almost time..." she trailed off, diverting her attention to the blocked entrance. "No need to ruin it," she muttered to herself, excited herself to see the unknown.

She shivered, watching this new side of their rescuer emerge. And quite frankly...this new side
frightened her. And, in all honest truth, she was glad Daphene was on their side rather than the
guards'.

"So...what am I to do?" she questioned. "Everyone must do their part and I am fully ready to do
mine." She had steadied herself at a moment's notice, realizing the tension among her group. "I
can do anything you need me to."
Pierre took a moment to regain his mellow composure. "Hmm, great minds think alike I suppose. Right then. Me and Jerimiah will take out the guards. But how're we gonna do that if our guns will draw so much unwanted attention? Got any bright ideas Daph?"

Lynn interrupted his query. "Then don't use them."

She smiled lightly, looking around at everyone. "I have something much quieter...
If the men mind not being heroes for a day."

Her idea was undoubtedly her brightest yet... And it would help them greatly.
User ImageDaphene turned to face the ever so innocent-looking Lynn. She smirked at the quiet girl and said, "Good to hear! We'll need all the strength we can get with our..." she trailed off as she examined everyone, distinguishing each personality, "... little team," she finished, looking back at Lynn. Her smile disappeared though, and her expression solomn. "Do NOT hesitate when the time comes, or it'll be ALL of our lives... Can you handle that?"
User Image
She gazed darkly at Daphene. "Of course I can handle it. If I can handle the embarrassment of
being a team thrown together so haphazardly I can handle a few guards with guns..."

She hadn't meant to come across bitter, but that was really the way she felt. If the men didn't stop
fighting soon she might just kill them...and she wasn't joking when she thought that, either.

"All I need is for you to tell me if any pop up unexpectedly. If you don't, I can't help you."

Herimiah responded with "As log as I come out of this with all my important appendages attached and good composure I'll be fine." He looked over at Pierre to see what he would respond with. He and his friend were always competitive and was hoping for something similar just so he could show off to his old pal. He put his guns and knives away so he could decide on which he would need, if any. He like to use his guns but sometimes they weren't necessary. This might be where his hand-to-hand combat trianing would help, but it could be dangerous with only a butcher's cleaver to fight with at that point.

Daphene chuckled as she pointed in Jerimiah and Pierre's direction. "I'll bet they're dying to help take out guards," Daphene replied to Lynn. As she did, her hand made its way to her leg and gripped one of her many daggers. She pulled it out and twirled it quickly between her fingers. "Plus I've got these... It's been years since I've missed," she winked at Lynn, hoping to encourage any fears she had left in her to wither.
Pierre holstered his guns. "That sounds great Daph, you hit the nail right on the head, but what we need now is stealth. A way to get rid of the guards without giving ourselves away. this seems like a mission for you, y'know, since you're the only one with a silent weapon and all." He turned to Lynn. "Maybe you'd like to help, eh?
User Image
She looked at Jeremiah, wondering how he'd fare without his guns. Would he still be as affective?
She hoped, rather, prayed it was so, because they'd need someone doing some fighting while she
did what protecting she could. There was some offensive she could do, but not at the same time.
Everyone's help was necessary if they wanted to get through this.
