Victoria took a step back and raised an eyebrow. The young human caught her off guard. She took a second to regain her composure before answering with a delicate smile. "No, dear, sorry, I'm not....yours."She carefully hid a smirk. Such a silly creature, speaking as if she owned the vampires. She stepped and sat on the stool the girl had pulled out for her, amused by her foolishness. Much to her disappointment, however, two princesses fled. She pouted for a brief second before turning her attention to her princess.

"My doll, please indulge me. Are you well?"she asked, mildly concerned. She didnt talk to her princess much, but she suspected she did more than the others in their coven. But vampires werent exactly social creatures. She often wondered why the current arrangement of covens had been made. Everytime she asked and everything she read said it was to maintain peace between the species. "If there is anything, anything at all, that you need please ask it of me." she said with a nod and a gentle smile before turning to the younger princess. "You are the newest addition to our happy family, yes?"

The girl's blue eyes watched as the other two princess left quickly and quietly leaving her with the newest and youngest girl and Victoria. When the the young girl had quickly fallen for Victoria the pink haired girl couldn't help but roll her eyes. This young girl was going to bring out the worst out of her that she has done so well hiding throughout the months of her living here. As she walked across the room she traced the table "My name is Alice," she said her voice a tad rough around the edges. She had no reason to say her nickname in fact she didn't want the newly named Frankie to know.

Her eyes were no longer the light blue she had when she walked in, they were now growing dark. In fact she was no longer tired like she was or worried about her wrist showing has she was a snack for one of those within her coven. She looked over at Victoria trying to remember if she has ever seen the pink haired girl grow so dark before. In fact she was sure no one has maybe the one who had recruited her but other then that nothing.

Her eyes closed as her mind went back in time. "The Queen of Spades has returned again, have you finished your task?" said a dark voice. The task in hand was in fact well...murder. It's why she was nicknamed Ace, and it's why she was the Queen of Spades. She gave a soft laugh as she said "Of course." she smiled at the dark voice. It was her living, to be paid for taking away thoughs that did others wrong. It was the only way to protect her brother from the world they were living in. As she got handed the paid check she heard a soft knock on the outside of the door. Taking the paycheck and leaving the dark voice was when she met the man with a deal. Her brother would be protected and she would be paid more well then what she was doing now. "No." was her replay but now look at her, here she was within the mansion and a princess within a conven.

Her eyes shot open as she heard Victoria spoke, was she well? No. In fact she was feeling sickly due to all these flashbacks she currently was having. She didn't say anything at first she let Victoria talk to Frankie, she had to regain her humanity by herself. She breathed in and out slowly counting to ten between each breath. As she heard Frankie and Victoria talk to each other she couldn't help but speak up "Victoria..." she said quietly, she was shaking again, but why? She could feel her eyes going from dark to light, it was like she had two souls within her fighting to jump at the chance of breaking free.

Where am I? Outer Hallways of the Mansion

La mort que nous aimons, que nous eûmes toujours
Pour but de ce chemin où prospèrent la ronce
Et l’ortie, ô la mort sans plus ces émois lourds,
Délicieuse et dont la victoire est l’annonce!

Lying on her side on top of the lumpy sheets in her unmade bed, Juno read the last few lines of the poem over and over again. "La mort que nous aimons... sans plus ces émois lourds, délicieuse ... La mort que nous aimons..."* With a sudden motion, the brunette sat up, slamming the book closed on her bed. "Bull. s**t. You know that, Monsieur Verlaine?" the vampire asked the book, as if it could speak for its author. "Monsieur Poète? You are full of bull. s**t." The young vampire had spent the last week holed up in her room, leaving only to get a new book that she hoped would help her come to terms with Mr. O'Dowd's death, or even just make her feel better. She had not been very successful. And by "not very," she meant "not at all."

With a sigh, Juno grabbed the book and stood up, intending to return it to the library, only for her stomach to complain loudly. With a jolt of surprise, the young vampire realized that she'd missed her last feeding day. She'd been feeling light-headed, even a little dizzy at times, over the past couple of days, but she had been paying so little attention to anything besides the books that it hadn't registered why. Perhaps she should talk to the new head of the coven about that...

The prospect wasn't exactly appealing - Juno had only had limited contact with Mr. Sadal, and whenever she was around him, she couldn't help but think about the reasons why he was the head of the coven. As often as not, she'd avoided coming into contact with the man. No fault of his, for the most part, it was just...

Get yourself together, woman. It's embarrassing to be moping about like this for so long, Juno told herself. And so, sucking a deep breath, she walked out of her room and went in search of the O'Dowd Coven's new master.

And after some time; a trip to the mansion library to drop off the book; and a quick poke around for something less philosophical to read, Juno - new book in hand - found the man she was looking for. Unfortunately, it appeared as though Mr. Sadal was in the middle of a conversation. Bien sûr. C'est bien ma chance.** The one time Juno actually wanted to talk to the man...

Well, there was nothing she could do about it but wait patiently. And so Juno waited silently in the hallway, waiting for Mr. Sadal to acknowledge her, hoping that he even noticed her.

*(("Death which we love/without these heavy feelings, delicious" - I may or may not have taken a couple liberties with the translation. ninja Also, I may or may not be too lazy to translate the entire stanza. sweatdrop Suffice to say that Paul Verlaine is a little obsessed with death, and also likes his thorny plant analogies.))

**((Of course. Just my luck.))

Steam filled the small bathroom as drops of hot water hit cold flesh, though you wouldn't be able to tell just how hot it was by the look on the young mans face who stood there with his eyes closed beneath the stream, for he could not truly feel its warm, nor the satisfying feeling of dirt being washed away from his body, for this man had chosen to stop such feelings so that he could live a true life, a life worth leading. After a few moments the water stopped and the young man reached out from behind the shower curtain to grab a towel and dry himself before wrapping it around his waist.

He steps out of the bathroom into his bedroom. He walks to his bed where his clothes for the day lay out cleaned and pressed, this seemed to be the only true use for his bed really, a place to set things for short amounts of time, it was truly useless in this room for the man who resides there did not need for sleep, he did not tire. Though he couldn't say he missed it for in his human life he slept enough for five lifetimes. Slowly the young man dries himself the rest of the way and changes into his clothes. Black trousers and a white button up shirt which tucked neatly into his waistline, then a black vest with silver buttons to cover the top. It was simple look but he wasn't one to make a big deal about his appearance as others did. After putting on his socks and shoes he goes to the dresser and runs a brush though his mildly damp hair, there was no need for a mirror not as if he could see himself anyway.

After he finished getting ready he left his room and made his way down the hallway then the stairs till he reached the main dining room where his princess as well as the others were visiting. He was quick to notice his princess Alice seemed a bit unlike herself, he couldn't help but wonder if the nightly feeding were getting to her, her certainly hoped not, he knew how bad it was feeling so weak and when you body stops listening to you. She had gotten here just before himself, honestly he found it a bit funny at first, his princess was just a bit younger then himself, being a newly made vampire he was very close in age to all of the human princesses, though now his aging had slowed if not stopped all together. He walked up to Alice's side and placed a hand on the small of her back "Lady Alice are you alright" he questioned his voice was calm and a bit low in tone.

Sharpened black nails traced over scarred pale skin. It came completely around the neck then up just under his ear, coming up the right side of his face, over the lower bridge of his nose, across the left eye, and then leading up his forehead into his hairline. Sterling had always admired the scar; he thought it gave him character. Though the reminder that the scar left had angered him. It reminded him of his younger more reckless vampire self. He had messed with a much, much older vampire and almost got his head ripped clean off for it. It had been a miscalculation on his part that he would never let happen again. A rather twisted grin painted across his face, showing off his sharp pearly whites.

"I suppose I should go check on my little blood bag of a Princess."
The grin just got more devious at the thought of all of the humans that were in their house. How could anyone not want to tear them apart? He stood in front of the mirror as he dressed. His suit was very Victorian-Esq. A simple white dress shirt, with a dark maroon vest and a long jacket that reached to the back of his knees and an almost over sized bowtie. He debated wearing a top hat, but settled for pulling his hair back into a low ponytail.

As he exited his room, he locked his door, turned on his heel and followed the scent of coursing human blood. The smell was practically intoxicating and, even though he had just fed a few days ago, it suddenly felt like he hadn't fed in weeks. He eventually entered the kitchen, surprised at how crowded it was. His bright green eyes scanned the Princesses, tongue poking out just slight to run over his upper lip. His eyes eventually fell on his Princess. Her name was Alice and she seemed like a delicate little thing. He hadn't really gotten the chance to talk to her, but then again, Sterling didn't think that she would talk to him if she didn't have to.
"Good morning, lovely Princesses!" He grinned, his silver hair had covered his eyes for the most part, but once in a while, hints of almost glowing green orbs could be seen.

He quickly took note of the other people in the room. His eyes fell on one of the members of his coven, Victoria. Victoria had always reminded Sterling of a porcelain doll. She seemed like a rather gentle vampire for the most part. After he studied Victoria for a moment, his eyes moved to the other member in his coven, Lukus. He quickly took note of the younger vampire's hand resting on the small of the Princess' back. His eyes narrowed just slight at the affectionate action. Walking up to the group, he gave a look to Lukus before turning his attention to Alice. He gave a smile and bowed to her. He didn't mean for his smile to look so devious, that's just how it looked to some people. After a moment, he noticed that something had been wrong with Alice. The grin faded and the look on his face became slightly concerned.
"My lady? Are you not feeling well?"

For a moment, Vladimir was seemingly lost in a trance... absorbed in his own thoughts. It was lucky that there weren't any mind readers, and after years of living... it became second nature to hide what he was thinking about. Those thoughts were shattered though, as there was a sudden flash of blue and a crash out of nowhere. Tumbled over a little bit but quickly caught himself, what the hell was that? Was Sedori blind? Was his brain slowly decaying after countless years of living and his eyesight fading? Quickly brushed off his attire and chuckled slightly just at the sight of his fellow brethren. Legs splayed out across the floor in an undignified manner, a slight smirk crept over his face. "Do not worry thyself Sedori. I'm quite alright. And how do you fare?" Vladimir asked simply, raising an eyebrow. Something must of been on his mind to become that hopelessly blind, you would think after being around for so many years... a man would learn how to keep his eyes open. Perhaps not though. Perhaps Sedori needed a couple thousand more to understand the concept. He had him met here and there on occasion and Vladimir was still unsure of what he thought of the younger vampire. There was definitely history between the two, for better of worse. It seemed pretty clear what Sedori thought of him though despite his mannerisms, if only he had the gonads to speak up.

At the sight of the icy gaze, it seemed pretty clear. As soon as Vladimir noted the gaze, a smile formed on his face... fangs stuck out only a little bit. Held out his hand for Sedori to grab and pull himself up, a friendly gesture. "Thou hast been around for far too long my friend, thy eyesight is only getting worse I fear" Vladimir mused in a joking sort of manner. Although it could be taken as a mild threat or a harmless joke, he would let Sedori decide. He could play any game that he was presented, and enjoy it. For this was rather amusing and entertaining for Vladimir, needed something entertaining... being stripped of his other forms of entertainment. Golden eyes flickered to someone new, someone he wasn't sure he met before. Clearly a vampire who was blessed with lovely red eyes. Waiting patiently. Winked at her before looking back at Sedori, still with an outstretched hand if he wished to use it to help get back on his feet. "Seems as though someone wishes to speak with you. But I'm sure you can keep her waiting and she wouldn't mind at all. Ladies love that" Vladimir finished, sarcasm rolling off of his tongue. A little bit of teasing. Looked around for quite a bit, felt as if there were eyes upon him. Though he couldn't see anyone else. It was an unnerving feeling to say the least. He would have to be on his best behavior it seemed.

But the traveler did not speak up. An odd sensation overwhelmed him, almost as though a rock had settled in the pit of his stomach. Oh, how lovely it would be to knock that smug grin right off of the redhead's face! But he was strangely nervous. And that would pretty much destroy everything he came to do. No matter how deeply he might wish for Vladimir to personally experience the same kind of misery he had suffered, that came far lower than second on any priority list. He couldn't just wander off on some private vengeance and leave a coven of fellow victims hanging!

It was bitter irony, really. Instead, the wrong he would hopefully assist in righting was the disappearance and presumed death of the very man he hated! He didn't know how to feel about Vladimir; certainly he disliked him, and deeply regretted asking for his help. But did he hate him? And if so, at least as much as Laizlar O'Dowd? He wasn't sure what to think of that. Hating someone, even someone who had harmed you grievously, seemed like a pretty serious offense, in and of itself.

"I am well, thank you." He managed a weak smile, which suited the embarrassment of his outer mannerisms well. "Just returned from France to look into this vanishing business. Terrible, really, tout simplement terrible!' ("Just terrible!" )

What he lacked in physical bulk or features, he made up for in other things. Though he had not concentrated hard on it, his long, pointed ears had picked up on the footsteps of those he could not see. Now he really was a tad embarrassed. Being seen, dressed in these drab, filthy traveling clothes and with this shade of hair? Everything was upsetting him today, it seemed, even such petty details. The humans weren't the only ones with nerves to abate! For he deeply loathed the mansion; the very sight of it had brought chills to his spine, and though he had partaken of an unfortunate doe some days before he and his fellows had left France, suddenly he felt weak and lightheaded all over again, and was forced to spend the remainder of the journey not spent walking, sitting, sometimes with his head between his legs.

Vladimir was speaking to him again, but now that didn't quite matter. He had much on his mind, and instinctively his hand moved to a small clear vial, filled with a red liquid, that dangled around his throat. He always wore this curious decoration, and at its mere touch, it was as though his problems were no longer front and center in his thoughts. He still felt unsure, weak even, but for the time being he found the courage to continue smiling, even add a little more energy to his tromperie. (Deception)

He was tempted to snap at the hand, but such a decision would be beyond foolish, and instead he took it with a graceful nod of his narrow head, and a merry chuckle.

"Indeed, and my wits have clearly deserted me, for to make such an obvious mistake. I shall likely be in need of spectacles very soon at this rate. Lud, how embarrassing!" His voice dropped a little lower, and though it was as cheerful and pleasant as ever, to those who picked up on subtleties, there was a definite edge in its tone as it murmured, "I do hope you can...forgive me."

Upon regaining his posture, he removed a handkerchief from a pocket, dabbing at his brow with it, giving himself the brief opportunity to turn his head away and glance down the hall. Drat. Well, at least that confirmed their shared suspicions. His gaze froze for a moment on a corner where an inner and outer wall met. There was definitely a head peeping out from those shadows! Lapis lazuli eyes met with pink as he peered curiously at Ayame. What was a human doing out here, and unattended at that? Things surely had changed greatly if there was no one to wait on her hand and foot...and to keep her out of trouble. A sly smirk played with the corners of his mouth. One thing was for sure: she was not his princess. And by the looks of it, she might well be Vlad's. Everything was going to be fine.

"Mais bien sûr, mon ami!" ("But of course, my friend!" ) He winked cheekily, and his fangs glinted softly as he grinned. "And I am sure your lady is more than patient and virtuous enough to lean into that wall until the sun falls once again." He slowly spread out his left arm, indicating both Ayame and Juno. "Though if I were you, I might not engage that strategy. Tease enough, and you may well lose her interest." Bending at the waist, he swept forward in a graceful bow before lightly spinning on his heel and taking the remaining steps towards the younger vampire. But upon seeing her face, he fairly froze.

"J-Juno...?" His voice was choked with shock and guilt. He remembered her well- a pretty little thing, dainty and a number of years younger than himself at her turning. Though she was converted long after him, it was the coming of others like her that had at last allowed him to crawl away from this cursed place and begin to master his own life once again. Not that he wasn't grateful for the opportunity to escape, but he had always regretted not returning for them. Being an object of pleasure for someone you barely knew was no way to live out an extended lifetime! Yet from his brief contact with her, he had gathered that she felt devoted to O'Dowd. Affection for that monster? Surely he was no better than whatever ills had befallen her! And yet she seemed unbruised, unbeaten. "Perhaps," he thought, "he really did treat the willing better for their indulgence of his perversities." It did not matter. Risking another glance at Ayame, he placed a gentle hand around the younger vampire's shoulders. "We should not speak here- too open, and there is much on your mind, yes? Come." With these words, he began to escort her in the direction of the library.

So mangled were his nerves that he did not even notice the dye, fading and falling in light droplets from his hair. Streaks of a tan-tinted off-white shade ran all through it now. It might have pleased him to see it less dull had he been at all aware.

Waking up at her usual time yawned, she knew today was the day she would meet new her prince or princess today. Being in no rush to be disappointed, she had a particular taste in her donors and she knew the queen would not cater to just one vampire's likes and dislikes. While putting a brush threw her hair she smiled looking to the picture of her old lover Luca. He was her soft spot, the man who she never wanted to leave her dreams. Luca was everything she ever wanted, he was tall dark and breathtaking. Back when her life was perfect and the daylight warmed her skin.

Claudia stepped out of her room with a sigh. She could only picture a tall and handsome prince, for once she would love the feel and taste of a gorgeous man. Although she felt like the chance of that was slim to none. Thinking back to the old days she could only vaguely remember the sensations anymore, now she was knew her nights wouldn't be the same. While walking down the halls she saw no sign of any other vampire in her coven around, which wasn't unusual but made it for her nights to be boring and uneventful.

As she made her way down stairs, she once again looked around and found no one. "Well I don't know why I was expecting anything different." Claudia shook her head, she didn't know why but none of the other vampires in her coven made their presence known. Walking towards the kitchen she could smell humans which made her slightly excited, and made her only hope more for a prince. Yet as she walked into the kitchen the only human she could see were females. She sighed heavily before asking "Which one of you, if any belong to the Edmonston coven?"

The tension between the two vampires was obvious. From the condescending looks they shot at each other, the icy tone in their voices, and even the words they spoke to each other, were laced with venom. She had wondered what happened to make them dislike each other. So, that man's name is Sedori? She took note of the name, wondering which coven he belonged to. Ayame had been pulled from her thoughts when another vampire rounded the corner. She was beautiful, just like all the other vampires in the mansion, which made her wonder for a moment; were all vampires beautiful? She had read horror stories with vampires in them, but they were always described as ugly, vile creatures.

She peeked around the corner again to see what had been happening now. Sedori had glanced in her direction and his deep blue eyes met with her bright pink ones. She quickly hid behind the wall once more, even though she knew that her cover was blown. She should have known that she would have been caught by the Vampire's highly trained ears and their heightened sense of smell, especially for human blood. When Sedori had made her presence known, she bit her lip and peeked her head once more around the corner, shooting a glare at the back of his head.

As Sedori turned to leave with the female vampire, he gave her a look of utter shock. Why was he looking at her like that? Did she have something on her face? Sedori had stole another glance at Ayame, to which she responded with a narrowing of her eyes. As Sedori and the girl she assumed to be Juno, seeing as that is what Sedori called her, made their way to a more quiet setting to talk, Ayame moved from her hiding spot behind the wall.
"I-I hope you're not cross with me for eavesdropping. I was just exploring and then I came across you two..." She trailed off as she looked down at her feet.

User Image Frankie smiled widely at the doll-girl - Victoria, Alice had said. She seemed to find Frankie amusing, the Frankie could not see (or did not want to see) why. She was just pleased that she was indulging her. "Yeah, I just arrived last night. Barely got settled down before..." She pulled the neck of her shirt down to her shoulder, revealing the bandage in its entirety, waggling her eyebrows and smiling as she did. "Quite an experience, if I do say so." Some stories spoke pain and others pleasure, but they never went into how wonderful it was as someone clung to you as though you were the only real thing in the world.

It seemed she had lost Victoria, as Alice seemed upset and shaky about something. Maybe she needed to be pumped full of sugar, like when they sat you down for orange juice and cookies after giving blood at a clinic. That was probably why there had been fruit out on the countertop. And look... She had even more darlings coming in to cater to her! Lucky b***h. Where were Frankie's little pets?

As if on cue, a pretty thing in pigtails walked in and asked after her. "Me! Me!" Frankie waved and bounced on the stool, excited about finally getting one of her own in. While not as immediately captivating as Victoria, she was just as beautiful, and in a more natural way. "You must be my girl! Come here." The order was given with a smile, but it was still an order.

Victoria smiled sweetly at Frankie before turning to her princess. "My doll, what is it?" she asked carefully, her tone neutral. She slipped to the side of the room as two other coven members rushed to her aid. They were quite the gentlemen, eager to help the darling. Victoria wasnt about to get in their way. Her constant asking of Alice's well being was only partially sincere. If helping the human girl required her to go out of her way, she wasnt willing. She was more than happy to step away and allow the 'gents to deal with it. She didnt dare leave the kitchen , however; didnt want the Master to accuse her of being disloyal. It wasnt that she was disloyal, she was just more loyal to herself than others. If that makes sense. she thought.

She watched on, slightly amused. The other new addition to their coven, Lukus, was quite charming. He seemed more at ease with the humans than his own kind, though that was to be expected from a newly turned vampire. She quite enjoyed observing him and the humans, watching and learning about their new, smaller, more advanced technology. Smart phones were an absolute delight. Snapping out of her wayward thinking, she focused on the matter at hand. "Perhaps doll should lie down? She appeared tired earlier."

Watching the very young looking female jump up and down on the stool as she proclaimed she was the on Claudia was searching for. Gutted she looked the girl up and down, she looked no older than 13 years of age but Claudia knew the queen would never send a child. Claudia never liked feeding on human females, it always felt so unnatural. She knew she would not be so lucky to get the donor she wanted oh so badly but this was the complete opposite and by the way she was commanded with a smile by this woman made Claudia feel like a lap dog already, this would defiantly be something she would have to get used to. Noticing her over sized shirt that looked as if she slept in it regularly.

As she walked into the kitchen Claudia put on a smile and grabbed the woman’s hand, placing a light kiss upon it she looked up. “How lovely it is to finally meet you princess.” From the looks of how she reacted to her arrival Claudia got the feeling this one loved attention and was expecting it. “My name is Claudia and I am the Master Vampire of our clan.” She let go of her hand and stood up straight “May I have the pleasure of knowing your name princess?" Claudia tilted her head ever so slightly to the side and gave her a kind smile.

Servant, of the O'Dowd Coven
Where am I? Outer Hallways of the Mansion
With whom? Sedori, Ayame, and Val

The young vampire waited as patiently as she could while the two coven leaders traded snipes, but her breathing soon became slow and shaky. Juno could smell the human princess - whose coven the girl belonged to, she couldn't remember - and her stomach growled loudly. Non. Je ne peux pas manger n'importe qui,* she reprimanded herself, wondering how she could have been so foolish as to starve herself until she was this close to losing control. Juno glanced shyly towards the young princess, wondering if the girl had heard her stomach's loud growls.

But she didn't have much time to think on that before being startled by Mr. Sadal, suddenly standing in front of her, looking more shocked than Juno would have expected. "I - I didn't mean any harm," the young vampire stammered. Confused by the older vampire's reaction, and not fully prepared to move, Juno stumbled slightly when Sedori Sadal began to lead her back towards the library. But, gripping her book in her hands, she recovered herself and managed to walk with her new coven leader, furtively glancing at him as they walked. The girl was quiet for some time, until, partway to the library, she seemed to regain her voice.

"A-are you alright, sir?" she asked quietly. "Vos- vos cheveux..."* Juno made a small gesture towards the fading colors of the coven leader's hair, but her voice trailed off, and her eyes flickered away from Mr. Sadal's hair, taking a sudden interest in the floorboards.

Her eyes grew light as she felt a soft touch on her back, again she was asked if she was all right. She felt her mouth open to answer back that perhaps she should get some air or lie down, yet nothing came out. Her palms were slowly getting sweaty as thoughts went through her brain. What was going on with her, she couldn't answer that at least not yet. When she heard another voice she felt goosebumps grow along side her body. She heard the voice millions of times before yet now it scarred the crap out of her. As she looked around the room all she saw was a blur of people, she looked up at Lukus she felt it. The darkness that grew over her eyes, the blur was no longer there, in fact everything looked more clear now like a child discovering colors after years of being colorblind.

She could feel herself change, she stood up straighter, no longer her body was shaking, she felt like she was once before. She felt like she had power, she was back in her "Queen of Spades" mode, she forgot that she could change, blocked out of her memory due to wanting a fresh start in a place when she first came here. Yet something was bringing it all back, her eyes traced Frankie, the youngest out of them all as she heard her high pitch voice when someone from her coven entered. She could feel her eyes roll as she linked her arms with Lukus and Stirling, her attitude of being an angel was gone, she was with the monsters now and it was time for her to join in. "I'm fine now boys," she said with a soft chuckle.

Lukus watched at the small crowd began to grown till finally Sterling entered the room, a vampire much like himself and the head of the coven outside of their princess. The mans icey stare even got to Lukus at times, not that he would let it show, he spent his whole human life being scared of yet accepting death, and he refused to waste his new life on such fears. His eyes scanned the room before landing on Frankie, obviously the youngest among the people here, she actually seemed excited to be used at her covens food source, though he imagined that would change in time, he hadnt met many of the previous prince and princesses though from what he had seem this princess was a bit odd, did she think it would be fun being a living breathing blood bank?

Lukus room turns his attention back to Alice as he feels a arm wrap around his home, "If you say so my lady but please do not push yourself" he couldn't help but be slightly worried about her, he had been told of her past with vampires, though honestly he was surprised she took such a position among them. His attention turned to Victoria as she spoke of thier princess seeming tired. Victoria was the last member of his coven and one he hadnt got much of a chance to speak with as of yet, though honestly he had a hard time not letting his shyness which lingered from his human life get the better of him here, so until now he had focused solely on the princess he was to serve. "If that is true my lady I insist you take a seat, have you had a proper meal yet, shall I prepare something for you" he knew it would be bad for all of them if their princess was not kept well.
