xxxxxxx "The misguided believe they learn how to live... in truth we are all being taught to die."

There was a twisted delight in the life and death that surrounded everything these days. The dead still walked around- they even came to you! They were beasts of complete madness and joy, bringing their bodies to be shot, stabbed, flayed, and beaten for your own entertainment. Who could honestly ask for more? Though they did play a bit unfair- even a man like Ghoul had to slightly even the odds... Monsters against Monsters- it was like he came out of a movie. Now isn't that a wonderful thought? Now starring, Mister Ghoul and his crew- The Wolves! A sickening grin broke his lips apart, flashing a row of moderately kept teeth- showing some filing to a sharper point at the tips. It was settled in his mind- he could have to become a movie star now. Everyone would know the name and face of Ghoul... Thousands of eyes- those beautiful orbs- will be on me... Ghoul suddenly started cackling to himself- not seeming to be aware of where he really was. His fingers were loosely wrapped around his bat- wearing a ridiculously over-sized shirt and baggy cargo pants. His true decoration was the various tattoos and piercings that told his tale all over his body. His delighted thoughts would have to wait though.

Behind Ghoul, an infected shambled toward him- making various groaning and other shifting rotting meat noises- it's arm reaching out in the direction of the madman. As it got closer it hissed loudly- ready to lunge- before receiving a heavy and faster spiked shot to the side of the skull. The strike laid the infected out on the pavements, face toward the floor. Ghoul continued to grin, a hand swiftly drawing his switchblade before he kicked the corpse on it's back- lowering quickly. Dead or not... Eyes were eyes... He grabbed the lifeless body's hair, pulling it's head straight- only to despair... The corpse had no eyes... Likely chewed or shot out... The madman scoffed and stood up to pocket his knife and slam a foot on the creature's face so he could pry the spiked bat from it's skull. After a very brief struggle of the lifeless head not wanting to give up it's killer- Ghoul heard the skull crack before pulling the spikes out with a quick scoff to start walking. A disappointing kill- but there is more... There's always more.

Ghoul had broken away from the Wolves for now- a small gang of people- he wanted to get his hands bloody... maybe find a new woman to speak with. The heart was a cruel thing. But the thoughts of it were cast aside as the Ghoul finally began to realize that the light was dwindling. The hour of the monsters was coming- and prey loved to wander in those hours... It was time to hunt... to find something- wonderful. Ghoul happily wandered the streets- taking small off trails to avoid swarms of the infected... small groups of three or less were fun and easy- not a risk for what he was truly after. It wouldn't take long- though much longer than Ghoul wanted- to find something... prey, game. His feet would stop in the alley- eyes shifting to a small figure on the road. He was heading away from the last swarm he saw- but there was always new groups around the corner. His black-filled crimson eyes took a careful look, scanning over the young man. The young ones always had spirit... Energetic, struggling- and at the right age they had family that hunted them down...

A wide grin painted Ghoul's expression again as he watched Luka from the shadows- waiting until he passed to emerge from the alley and soundlessly follow a few feet behind the young man, twirling his bat playfully in his left hand.

Where the Monster Lurks Painting the streets red.
Who he stalks Company is short lived... Luka Aelius
Teeth or Claws? Bat is drawn.
Still twitching? Alive and well.

It was almost time to get going. Matias smiled tiredly up at the sky as he leaned back against the tree he had picked out for his watch location. Their small group had dwindled down to almost nothing after they had escaped the prison and subsequently the overrun city. And none of those who were left over were even supposed to be under his command. He had lost his true command when the reserve had been taken down. Part of him wanted to be mad about the loss, and part of him definitely was, but another part of him was actually kind of excited at the change of pace as well. He had been growing bored of the same old same old the reserve offered. The stupidity of those he commanded…The high and mighty attitude of the slavers who had encroached on his territory. The whole thing had been irritating him to no end. So, while he did miss it to some degree, he was also quite content with being here now. The only problem was, there simply weren’t enough of them to run an effective camp. At least, not to the degree they had held before. It certainly made sleeping more problematic. Which was partly why he was tired now. Matias had been on watch for the past hour and a half now. Maybe a bit more. He would wait maybe ten or twenty minutes before he roused everyone and got things moving for the day.

Of course, there were other good things about this situation as well. Not least of all the little pet he had managed to pick up on the way. Todd clearly wasn’t entirely for the way he was being treated, but Matias liked to think he was growing on him. Or at least wearing him down to such an extent that he would stop being such a little spitfire. It would also help if Sophia would back off a bit. She was so little he could hardly blame her, but she walked around acting like Todd was hers. She said they were friends and that she didn’t approve of the way Matias treated him. Of course, she didn’t know how far he actually took his treatment, but that was neither here nor there. The bottom line was, Sophia was getting to be just a little too pushy.

Then again, Matias felt like there had been tension amongst the entire group recently. He wasn’t sure exactly what had changed. Maybe it had been the death of old Bob. The guy had been tough as nails, but somehow everyone had liked him. It was possible blame was being thrown around with regards to his death; which were, to say the least, a bit questionable. Nobody could figure out who would put him in a position to be killed, but it was clear that’s exactly what everyone thought had happened. It could also have something to do with the minor thefts they had caught wind of recently. Matias had suggested searching everyone, but people had quickly turned on that idea. They were becoming more possessive of what was theirs.

This group wasn’t going to last much longer. Perhaps it would have been different if the Caretakers had been there, but they were off somewhere else doing whatever. As far as everyone here was concerned; aside from maybe himself and one or two others, this group was no longer associated with the Caretakers. If they thought that, that was fine, but if they decided to act on that it might be best for them to split off. Matias loathed the idea of taking care of Todd and Sophia by himself, but he was much more content with that idea then staying with a group that was starting to grow restless.

So far so good. Cities were notorious for being overcrowded with infected, and Luka was sure this city wasn’t going to be any different. The trick was to avoid running into them at all cost. Well…Not necessarily at all cost. One or two of them he could deal with, but if he started running into more than that he could be in trouble. There was a larger group a block or two down, but he couldn’t see them so much as hear them. Until they became an actual problem he would keep them in the back of his mind. For now he was focused on another troublesome group just down the street. They were loitering about in front of what looked to be an old market. It didn’t seem like they were particularly interested in the building one way or another, but even if they weren’t, Luka was. The window was broken in like someone had crashed through it long ago and there was no boards blocking the way, but that didn’t necessarily mean there weren’t any supplies left to be found there. Even one can would be good enough for now. One can and he would be able to keep going for just that much longer. The question was, how best to get into the building without drawing attention to himself?

Go through the back or try to find a way to get in through the roof. Those seemed like two valid options for him to look at. The back door would be more ideal, since the roof didn’t look easily accessible from here, but if the door was busted it wouldn’t do anything for him.

Thinking that he would at least give it a shot, Luka dashed silently across the street and through the alleyway leading behind the building. There was only one infected back there, but they were trapped beneath a piece of the roof that looked like it had fallen recently, so he just sidestepped the creature and continued on his way.

When he reached the back he quickly realized that a busted or locked door wouldn’t be a problem. Because the door was already open. Or, to be more specific, it looked like it had been blasted off from the inside. Why anyone would want to do that was beyond him, but it made him nervous. For one, a blasted off door meant that at some point people with explosives had been by here. And two; if the door was open and an explosion had happened here, there was a high change the store wasn’t empty.

Maybe it was stupid, but Luka decided he was going to risk it. Just a peak and if things looked too out of control he would back off and go somewhere else. Tightening his grip on the bat in his hands, he slowly made his way past the broken door and into the store. Even as he watched for danger in front of him, he was unaware of the danger lurking behind him.

"You're on this table, you're safe... 'cause I'm your medic.
And however little we may like or trust each other, we're on the same crew.
Got the same troubles, same enemies, and more than enough of both."
        xxx ಠ_ಠ ⊰ ...)

Leaning back against a tree most of the night Todd hadn't slept very well that night or any of the previous nights. With everything that had happened his mind and body wanted to be constantly on guard and alert. Even if he did sleep he would only wake ten minuets later. He'd been the same way before even meeting the warehouse group, back when he was on his own constantly listening for signs of walkers, his mind always playing tricks on him. Now however there were more things on his mind keeping him up, walkers were only half the problem.

He was now separated from everyone. Even with everything that they ran into the warehouse always seemed to pull through in some way but now everyone was far far away. They probably didn't have a clue where he was right now. He'd told himself over and over that they would come for him, Demi, Luka, and Nessa trying to be optimistic as much as he could, but like the lingering thought that was in the back of his brain, they never came. The night's he spent at the reserve and the prison ticked by in slow motion like someone was pulling the hands of the clock forcing them to struggle to get to the next minuet. Every minuet he hoped he'd hear some sort of signal that they were there, ready to fight and save their group of friends, but they didn't. Part of his mind wondered to dark thoughts that he didn't want to repeat, did they care what happened to him and the others? Or was he just thought of as something useful like these caretakers seemed to think of him, a doctor when needed nothing more. He didn't know what had become of Luka and Nessa, had they been rescued at least? Or were they in the same boat, forgotten. Then there was Demi, Todd beat himself up over and over for leaving him. He didn't have a choice but it killed him not knowing what happened to the boy. It was partially his own fault for what happened to him, all of this was pretty much his fault in his own trusting naive stupidity, now look where it got him. What if he was dead? That thought lingered in his mind every minuet. He couldn't help but think he could have done something or said something to get Demi to be permanently with him instead of shoved off somewhere. He only hoped that if he was alive that he was able to escape when the prison was overrun and that he was out there somewhere hanging on.

Todd glanced over at Matias who had been keeping guard that night just as he did the previous nights. He didn't see why he felt he needed to do all the guard work when there were other people in the group, but maybe he didn't trust anyone to do a good job, none of the group seemed to be cooperating very well lately. A lot of them had quick tempers. Or perhaps he was worried Todd would attempt to run away. The thought had crossed his mind several times, but with the way this man kept watch it was hard to even get up and go to the bathroom without feeling like someone was watching you at all times.

Not to mention there was Sophia, Todd looked down at her sleeping form curled up near him, like him she didn't belong here. At least he seemed to think so. If he could find away to escape then he was going to try and take her with him if he could. If not then maybe there would be another way. She was someone he could talk to easily, not just because she knew ASL, she was very open. And at least when she was around Matias went a little easy on him for the most part. Using the girl as a crutch wasn't a good thing in the long run though. Anything he said or attempted to piss Matias off only came back at him when she wasn't around. He'd been trying to fight against him and make it known that he didn't want to cooperate with anything, but the man had this power over him, fear.

Initially he tried to ignore it, show no fear, act like things were fine especially around Sophia but he didn't know what this man was like at first. He tried to tell himself maybe that he had the wrong impression, that he had only wanted him as the camps doctor nothing more. That had at least been a slight comforting thought. Now he knew though what he was really like and deep down he was rather scared of the man, and that fear was slowly growing. He tried not to let him get under his skin like the snake he was but slowly he was sinking in. The only question was how long would he be able to fight against him, or would he end up just cooperating with everything he wanted in the end? When would he make even a small mistake that would cause him to snap.

Todd turned his attention the rest of the group as they slept, some snoring others silent. A twitch here and there as they dreamed. Glancing at Matias again he looked down at Sophia and shook her shoulder gently waiting for her to open her eyes "Time to get up" He signed "I think we're moving again"User Image

She had taken first watch the night before, letting Eugenie sleep so she could be her normal early riser, laying against the side of her large horse who was beside her even in her sleep. She twitched a little when Eugenie came back, rising with a slow stretch and a yawn, stiffled with one hand to her mouth. She immediately took the skin when it was gone, secretly glad that it was a small deer and not a rabbit. Once she had time she'd make some gloves and some leg warmers or a hat from the skin. She shoved the skin into a plastic bag and then into one of the saddle bags on Forest's back, rubbing the large stallions neck before getting up, stretching her back and arms before moving to sit beside Eugenie, rubbing sleep from her eyes.

"Do you need a hand?" she offered, trying to plait her white hair over one shoulder. It wasn't so white at the moment though. It was more, grey with the occasional bit of brown and it was pretty tangled. Though, as soon as they reached another city or an abandoned house with running water she'd rectify this.

As she cut away the meat and gutted the animal Eugenie glanced over at Lidya noticing the girl had awoken. "Did you sleep long? You can rest more" She asked as she placed some of the meat over the fire after washing everything with the water she had on her. "No" She replied simply returning her attention to the carcass in front of her. She paused in the middle of cutting to glance at the fire and at Lidya "Euh...you can cook" she said finally, pointing to the meat in the hole offering her something to do before placing the deer heart and liver and some other organs over the fire as well. She would rather do everything herself but since the girl offered and was up might as well give her something to do.

Eugenie continued to cut up the deer into pieces they would eat as much as they could, but she knew they couldn't save it all especially with this Florida heat bacteria would grow like wildfire. She didn't like to waste anything on an animal she would save as much as he could carry, she had lots of small bags with her for storing. She cut at the deer taking its tendons and intestines cleaning them out and placing them in one bag. Those could be used to make into sewing thread or a new bowstring if needed though she might have to get more eventually to make a full one. She gathered up the bones and placed them in her bag, there were many uses for those. Other parts such as teeth and hooves and anything else she wanted to try and save for later use she placed in another small bag. She would take the fat to make soap or something else but she didn't think she could keep it from spoiling in the heat

Turning on her feet afterward adjusting to a more comfortable sitting position Eugenie watched all the meat cook. No walker could see the flame since it was hidden underground but the heat and smell of cooking meat could always attract something. Her eyes watched the forest every now and then for movement. As the morning was approaching birds were starting to wake up, their chatter could already be heard. Eugenie looked up watching the trees trying to spot any of them. She made a few bird calls matching their noises almost perfectly. It even enticed a few to fly closer to them but they were a bit turned off seeing her hawk sitting nearby who flew down and pecked at what remained of the deer carcass.

Sendoa Knud Marcelino
☆═━┈┈━═☆

There was a herd passing by. Sendoa didn’t want to take the chance of looking out the window, since it would be terrible if he was noticed, but he didn’t need to look to know they were there. They had been moaning and groaning out there for at least the past half an hour or so making even the idea of sleeping nearly impossible. It wasn’t unusual nowadays to see herds like this moving about. He suspected it had a lot to do with them not being able to find any prey to feed their insatiable appetite. Most animals that were still alive were fast and wary of anything moving around them and humans…Well, that particular animal was very likely on the verge of extinction. Herds being normal didn’t make them any less inconvenient, though. Honestly. How was it possible this herd just happened to be moving in the same direction they had wanted to go? This would mean changing plans again.

Sendoa supposed he shouldn’t get so huffy about it. It wasn’t like they had any particular destination in mind to begin with. In the last few months they had mostly just been drifting. All of them were hopeful that they would find the others in their group, but they hadn’t actively been looking for them. What was the point when you had a whole country you could lose yourself in? If they happened upon their companions again it would have more to do with luck and change than anything they themselves did.

For the moment the only thing he was worried about was making sure he kept Damien and Yuki safe and healthy. They were his life and he would not let anything or anyone hurt them. He had nearly lost both of them before and he refused to let something like that happen again.

He strolled in from the other room, finished his conversation with Skull and sat beside Sendoa, watching Yuki doze in and out on the only bed in the room. He pulled his iPod out and the ear phones, plugging in and flicking through his playlist before handing one of the ear plugs to Sendoa, silently giving comfort in one of the small ways he could. His back pack was beside him on the ground, a bottle of Jack Daniels his uncle had found that he'd won off him poking out one of the side flaps. He was going to save that for when they found a base of some sort. Hopefully that would be soon. Hopefully.

He pressed play after putting an ear plug in, taking his mask and the beanie off, letting his hair down a little. He'd washed his hair earlier, just some vinegar in a bucket with some water, soaked the dreads for nearly half an hour before drying them and rubbing the last of his wax through them. He needed to find an old barber shop or hairdressing store to get more wax, he thought to himself, pressing play on the iPod, Apocalyptica's cover of Unforgiven by Metallica starting ,the music loud enough to block out the groaning on the street below but quiet enough that they'd be able to hear each other.

"What are you thinking?" he asked, the soft smell of coconut from his hair wax soothing and pleasant, covering the lingering smell of watered down Vinegar. He crossed his legs, sitting with his back to the wall, keeping it as straight as possible. His ribs were aching from carrying the pack all day, but the back was lighter than Yuki, who Sendoa had carried, and a lot lighter than the pack Skull had been carrying or the one he'd been dragging behind him. Skull had been carrying a lot. Delta and her baby were asleep in the other room, Damien had put the baby to sleep while Delta had helped the others bring in the supplies from her ute and the armored van they'd found.

He'd also put Yuki to sleep earlier, telling her bed time stories and helping her with her spelling, teaching her basic maths until she'd dozed off. He hadn't gotten to spend much time with Sendoa lately, not quiet time at least. They'd sat in the back of the ute with others but it hadn't been alone time. He reached beside him, fingers brushing against Sendoa's hand gently, a soft, soothing caress, trying to be affectionate even though it wasn't in his nature. He wasn't drowsy or drugged, so affection and warmth was a little hard to display.

Skull sighed softly, mourning the loss of a bottle of whiskey. He shouldn't have made that bet with Damien. The kid had too good a poker face. Way too good. He leaned back against the wall, looking over at Delta and Beta, the mom and daughter asleep on one of the lounges. It was still so strange to see a baby in a world full of zombies. Especially seeing as the mom had a stash of baby wipes and kept the baby completely clean and even the clothes were always clean. He didn't know how she did it, but he was jealous. Though, this apartment had running water and the water system was gas not electric, so the water was hot too. Even the gas stove in the kitchen worked. And the freezer had been full. It was easy to cook, keeping the meat from burning, turning it over occasionally and making sure there wasn't charcoal from the wood sticking to the meat. Splinters in your mouth weren't pleasant. She still had one of the bruises from when they'd pretended to fight, back when they'd been prepping for that rescue where things had gone south thanks to Toren being a psychopath. If the guy had any self control things would have been so different. Though, she had to admit, it was pleasant hanging out with Eugenie. Though, they hadn't really discussed how long Lidya would be staying with her. She turned the meat over one last time then served it up, the meat cooked but still juicy and now had a nice smoky flavor.

Hopefully they could make it to her parents estate soon. Her parantal units had been loaded with cash and left a fully stocked mansion with tons of supplies and even a few horses at theirs. Hopefully the other horses had survived and she'd be able to give Eugenie a horse to ride. Though, sharing Forest had been fun. Not to mention, fully functioning mansion! Beds, proper beds, and showers. She needed a shower something fierce.

After cooking a while the meat was soon done and Eugenie waited for Lidya to serve the pieces one by one between them. Cutting up her own pieces she chomped down on the meat thankful to finally have something in her stomach. The smell of the meat cooking was making her impatient, she liked food too much.

"So" She said through a mouthful of food "how far to home?" She asked looking over at the other girl. She knew in plan that they were heading to Florida to find her group or at least Lidya was hoping that they would be there, so really it was a guessing game. She really wasn't sure what would happen when and if they actually did meet up with them. Either they would go their separate ways or stay together, Eugenie wasn't sure quite yet, she still wasn't sure what she wanted to do herself, but Eugenie was fine with that. She did like Lidya's company and didn't care where they went honestly, she could adapt anywhere. Neither of them had a map on them, relying only on roads and intuition to get them to their destination. Eugenie allowed Lidya to lead since she assumed she knew where she was going since Lidya had spoken of stopping at her family's home along the way. "Do you think family will be there?" she asked as she cut up the deer heart and popped it into her mouth. She knew the chances of anyone being there were slim but it was always possible. Some people were able to support themselves for a long time during this mess and live normally depending on their location.

[ooc:] I haven't eaten Bambi, but I have eaten his mother and father xD and they're delicious. Though I've heard younger deer taste even better, not sure if I could actually kill bambi though they're too cute. Don't know if people eat deer in Australia or how often at least but if you ever come to America I will make you some deer roast :3 ]

User ImageSophia made a small, unintelligible noise before she uncurled herself and blinked blearily up at Todd. Thankfully he waited until she was fully aware before he signed that they were probably heading out soon. Yawning widely, she stretched and pushed herself up into a sitting position. “We’re leaving now?” She signed back with a small frown. “But it’s still dark. Is something wrong?” It wasn’t like they hadn’t traveled in the dark before, but she could never seem to enjoy doing that. It was scary not being able to see very well, even with all of these people around them fully armed and ready to fight should anything go wrong. After all, even adults could be easily overwhelmed by the undead. Or even other survivors. She had seen that happen numerous times now. Speaking of which…Sophia couldn’t stop her eyes from quickly scanning the area as though double checking to make sure nothing actually was wrong. Fortunately nothing seemed to be out of place. In fact, most of those present seemed to be resting. Though it was obvious even to her that they weren’t resting nearly as well as they could be. Not surprising, really. It was hard sleeping out here like this. Especially with those monsters roaming about.

“How did you sleep?” She signed when she finally turned her attention back to Todd. Lately something seemed to be bothering the man. She wished she knew how to figure out what it was so she could help, but ideas just weren’t coming to her. It bothered her that she was helpless in even this situation. Sadly all she could do was be there and hope she could help her friend through whatever it was that was bringing him down.

Right around that time, Matias pushed himself away from the tree he had been leaning on and stepped towards the middle of the group. Lifting his hand to his mouth, he let out one short whistle before he pulled out a couple of cans from his bag and moved to crouch next to Todd and Sophia. The labels on the cans had become too faded to read, but they looked like they should still be good enough to consume. No dents or anything like that. Even better was the fact that these cans had the tabs on top so they were easy enough to get open. Matias thought there was a can opener around here somewhere, but the thing was hard to track down. And he really didn’t want to dull his knife opening something like this if he could avoid it. “Here. You two eat these, okay? We should have time to stop and cook later, but we need to head out now. You have five minutes.”

                                                ( マッドハッター ) Minami, Aki

Aki Minami, aka The Mad Hatter. He never thought he'd have emotions, a soul, or friends; only allies. He drove down the street not sure where to look or where to go. He pulled his radio out from the glove box and tried to see if anybody still had theirs or was at least nearby. "This is Mad Hatter. Any body out there? Guys? Hello?" He waited for a response, keeping his eye on the road. Everytime a zombie ran at the vehicle their skulls were split from the spikes on the vehicle, and his worries were gone, but the engine of his car was soft and didn't make too much noise unless he hit the gass pedal.

A male dressed in all black, driving down the abandoned streets of a city the male never even bothered to learn the name of. Why would he even bother to learn a name of something that meant no importance? Sometimes he wondered how he could even remember his name or anything involving his life before this tragedy happened… Anyway, back to current events, shall we?

The male came to a halt at the intersection, the engine of his motorcycle purring softly as it sat in idle. Sharp blue orbs hidden behind the lens of his black helmet scanned the surrounding area. So far, it was quiet… Almost too quiet. “Where are they?” His soft voice questioned, muffled behind his helmet. With a sigh, the male got off his motorcycle, and being sure to kick at the kickstand to set the bike into place, he shut off the engine, and placed his keys in his pocket. As he got to his feet, he was able to show off his slender feminine and almost sickly thin, body covered by a thick leather vest and pants. He wore brown combat boots that upon closer investigation were worn, and stained with old blood. With a small sigh, he brought his hands up to his helmet gently grasping at the bottom of his helmet before lifting up. The cross that hung delicately against his chest glistened under the light of the rising sun. As he rose the helmet above his head, his chin length pin straight blonde hair began to dance in the air with the new found freedom before settling down neat and in place. Placing his helmet down on the seat of his bike, he lowered his arm, reaching out to gently take hold of the crossbow that rest against his back. You can never be too prepared for a sudden attack, right? Getting into a defensive position, with the crossbow now in front of him and ready to shoot at a moment’s notice, the blonde took a few steps away from his prized possession and opened his mouth, getting ready to speak. “Hey! Come on out! Come on! Fresh meat over here! Come and get me!” He suddenly screamed at the top of his lungs, and was instantly on the alert, shifting about waiting for the slightest change in scenery. Little monsters won’t get the best of me! Now, why would this man be so crazy enough to do this? Because he was bored and needed something to do!

The next few moments of silence passed by as the crazy blonde stood in the middle of the intersection, turning this way and that trying to show signs of someone coming towards him. “Hmph. Guess no one’s hungry today. Too bad, looks like I’ll just have to go be bored somewhere else.” He mumbled softly under his breath, getting ready to lower his bow when suddenly a low growling noise could be head in the short distance. “” Mello quickly turned in the direction of the noise, raising his bow to eye level and began to pull back on the rope and as his next victim came walking out… Mello took a moment to watch, his blue orbs narrowing slightly as his lips twitched downward into that of a small frown. As the blonde stood in his spot, the cross necklace that was wrapped around his wrist swished in the sudden movement, the cross shifted and fell over his wrist began to swing underneath his wrist. A little child no older than eight came walking out around the corner, blood dripping down the side of his lips as he bared his fangs. With his lifeless eyes settled upon the blonde’s form, he began to start running towards the blonde, growling and hissing as he stretched his arms out, getting ready to pounce. “” With an expressionless look on his face, the blonde let out a silent breath and shot at the boy, instantly killing the boy with a bolt through his head. The black clothed male began to walk in the direction of the boy, intent on retrieving his arrow. The blonde, also known to the world simply as ‘Mello’, made his way to the boy’s lifeless corpse and with a tilt of his head, looked down at the boy watching as the blood began to drip from the fresh wound.

Disgusting little brat…” Mello hissed as he crouched down, pulling the bolt out of the boys head before standing back up. There was no time to feel sorry for the kid, there were other things that needed to be done. Turning away from the boy, Mello placed the bow over his back and began to make his way back to his motorcycle. “One down, a billion more to go. When will my work end?” Mello mumbled under his breath as he came to a stop in front of his bike. With a dismissive sigh, Mello picked the helmet up from his seat and proceeded to place it back over his head before climbing onto his bike, kicking at the kickstand. Going into his pocket, he dug his keys out his pocket, and turned the bike on, and enjoyed the purr he received from the engine in response. Let’s see… Where to go next? He wondered to himself as he began to look around, trying to figure out which way to go next. Will he actually bump into some humans this time? Or will his only companions be walkers? Either way, Mello really didn’t care, just another thing for him to kill.

But it seemed, just as Mello was about ready to go riding, something in his side view mirror caught his attention. How could he have not noticed it before…? Turning his head to look closer into the mirror, he took notice to a vehicle that was decorated with spikes gaining the attention to the walkers Mello had called out for. Where did that thing come from? Mello remained firm in his spot as he revved the engine his attention half focused on the approaching vehicle, the other half listening for the sounds of incoming walkers.

she was a more delicate eater, nibbling at her meat slowly while she drew in the dirt with a stick. It was a rough map. Just a rough one of the path to her parents house. ''They were evacuated to the safe zone, but i was away at a survival camp brushing up on life skills'' she said with a smile, shrugging before taking an actual bite of her meat.

''However they left the house fully stocked and turned on all the security gates so no one but me could get in''. Her parents had been rich, owning stock in just about everything, owned a soft ware company, a weapons company and they bred horses, but contrary to popular belief she'd had to earn everything in her life. Her parents had been paranoid about zombies and had sent her to suvival camps and gotten her training in weapons from a young age.
