The chilled higher altitude cooled his bare torso, unlike the humid ship he called home for a while, his lower half covered in shoddy slave attire. His body was traveling at an angle that made the speed increase drastically over the short amount of time his was in the air. The landing that he knew wasn't going to end well was slowly was taking a turn for the worst. This could have been avoided if he summoned his wings, intangible, but they would lead him to a safe landing. He would not though. For one, he hated the race that coursed through his body, and would not embrace it and two they weren't manly at all, too fairytale for his liking. Instead he would take some bruising and broken bones. Deep gashes or perhaps severed flesh. For him pain was only an illusion, one that faded in time or would get cut off in an instant.

His body plummeted toward a building a fancy one at that. It appears some collateral damage would take place. With the weight of his body and the shrapnel that followed behind him, a window on something would be broken. In less than 10 seconds his body crashed onto a stair case, rolling and smashing a grand set of doors open. This wasn't exactly what he had in mind but the place sure looked fancy, like a palace or something. He saw painting and scrolls while zoning in and out of consciousness. Perhaps the visuals apart of the symptoms of smashing into the ground at about 100 miles an hour, but the pain? Yeah that was real.
