Gabriel Arroway and Nora Gale
To his credit, Gabriel, certainly shocked, did not scream or shout or even step back at the sight of Kenzie's transformation. Even when he had no idea what kind of creature she was, Gabriel had seen many strange things during his time as a soldier and a hunter. Getting grabbed by Kenzie and suddenly finding himself hundreds of feet in the air before he was even able to give a proper reaction to her alternate form, however, was an entirely different story. He had yelled out in surprise and would have started screaming and asking to be put down if he wasn't already out of breath.
When they finally touched ground again, he was left dizzy, gasping for air, and so shaky he instantly fell to his knees. When he finally had enough oxygen to speak, he simply said, "I'm... just gonna... lay here for... a sec." and rolled over onto his back, having no disregard for the mud.

Nora idly spun the parasol in her hands as she waited, occasionally scanning the area, though her eyes sometimes lingered on Vincent. It didn't take long for the newcomers to arrive and she opened her mouth to say something when a very energetic red-haired girl startled her with a rather forceful hug, causing her to nearly drop her umbrella. Upon hearing the girl's words, Nora quickly masked her discomfort with a pleasant smile and laid a hand lightly on the girl's back before she was finally released. "No need to thank me, darling. I merely pointed your friend in the right direction. The true challenge will start soon."
She politely greeted the second young man, giving a light handshake. "Nora Gale. It's a pleasure," she said.

By this time, Gabriel had finally recovered enough to get his butt up from the ground and walk towards the group. He halted to look at Kenzie before walking up to her. "Kenzie... thank you for the lift but maybe you could give me a warning next time before you change into a demon and take me into the sky?" he said, trying his best to rid any shakiness from his voice. His smile came out cheerful, however, before he turned his attention to the rest of the group.
He spotted the couple who had to be none other than the Vincent and Miss Gale who Kyara had spoke of but cared little for introducing himself just yet, choosing to relax and pull himself together properly while he followed along with the rest of the group. By the time they reached the destination, he was himself again.
When Vincent asked for suggestions on how to attack, Nora spoke up first. "Perhaps we could claim to be joining the vampire's side. We could split up into two groups. Eliot, Vincent, and I could claim to be joining the vampires and secure a way in."
"That won't work," Gabriel interjected. "The hunters have suspected some kind of research facility to be in this area - if this happens to be it then there it's not a place newcomers would know about, let alone sign up there. Instead, why don't we have a distraction group? Pretend to be hunters launching an attack. That would draw out some of the main forces while a smaller infiltration group sneaks in for the rescue."
