A hotel that is magic? Most would call you insane for believe such a thing, but there are stranger things in this world, like why there are nutrition facts on water bottles even if there is nothing in it that they can report. This hotel is magic, because anyone who stays in it will find their love there. It worked for two people, who ended up owning the hotel and having a son, Alex. They ran it together happily, but the happiness was cut short when they died in an unfortunate accident and the hotel was left in their son's hands. He dropped out of school to run his parents legacy, to keep the magic of the hotel going. After a long closing period, the hotel is finally open once more fo the public to stay, and maybe just partake in a bit of that magic.

~Rules~
1. Follow not only my rules here, but the Gaia TOS as well, we don't need this thread getting banned.
2. If you would like to join, you must send me a PM entitled "I'm looking for love".
3. All races and creatures are allowed. The town around the hotel is mostly human, but it's not uncommon for other races to be around like Nekos, werewolves and all of that.
4. Rule 3 leads into this one, please have variety in the characters, we don't need a million vampires.
5. I would be wonderful if people could try to post at least once a day, at the least three times a week, we don't want this RP to die do we?
6. Romance is highly encouraged, as well as drama, but please follow the rules like I said before, but please do not leave your drama at the door.
7. Males can play females and females can play males, a variety of gender as well as races is nice.

Bio: Alex's parents owned this hotel before they died in an accident involving a fire at a restaurant they were in. They risked their lives and lost them to make sure everyone else was out of the place before it fell apart from the fire. When he was old enough he decided to keep the hotel going and so he cleaned it up, dropped out of school, and re opened the hotel so that people could come and stay, and hopefully the magic would rub off on them.

Soren has been banished from her home after finding a conspiracy among her village to destroy the rest of the dragons from the world. Bio: Born 21 years ago back in a little hamlet in the woods Atz was immediately tossed out. His parents were absolutely terrified of what the other may do to him so they dropped him off in a basket down the river hoping someone else would find him. The persistent and energetic Atz found his way back home, every time, of all 12 attempts until they finally resigned into taking care of him in secret. Most times Atz was a quiet child while other times he would just talk and talk, it was obvious once he became more socialized to outsiders he would become much more talkative. His parents made him wear a hat all the time to hid his ears, until eventually they had gotten too large to hide, it was then at the age of sixteen when he moved out and got his own place in the big city where occasionally he would get strange looks. Now at 21 alone and desperate to find someone to just talk to he finds himself at the hotel.

Bio: He was born and Raised in England with his Identical twin brother Harper and for a while lived a pretty lavished lifestyle with two hard working parents. But it all stopped when their parents were killed in a car accident by a drunk truck driver on their way home from a business party. After the funeral him and his brother were adopted in by their grandparents they were only twelve years old at the time. Two years later their grandmother fell ill and died a month after she was admitted into the hospital, leaving them to live with their grandfather who after his wife's untimely went insane. He wasn't himself, he became extremely violent towards the twins and would lash out at them. But then other times he would simply sit quietly in his rocking chair and hum the same song staring blankly at the wall, while rocking back and forth. All these events, the twins bond and need for each other only grew stronger and after their grandfathers mysterious death three years later they moved from England to America to live with their Aunt Lucinda at a hotel.

Bio: Harper was the one to find his grandfathers lifeless body slumped over in the chair. After first her thought he was sleeping and when he went to wake him up and he got no response he called the emergency service while his brother was out buying groceries for the house. He decided to stay behind to wait for his brother while the medical team drove his grandfather to the hospital. When Harley returned he told him through his sobs what had happened and they comforted each other. The next day they went to visit their grandfather and found he had passed away sometime during the night. And once again after the funeral, they attended they were placed in the custody of their aunt who lived in America, a place they've never visited before.

Alex had swept and polished the floors, dusted till it was clean enough to make microchips in the lobby, nothing was good enough for the grand reopening of the hotel. This hotel was once busy and never empty, but even after the years it was still too weird to not hear a single noise in the halls or anything else. The young man then went over to the door and he finally turned the sign from closed, to open. Alex smiled to himself and fixed his glasses, glad to finally be reviving his parents hotel, the hotel of love. He went back over to the desk and he sat down at it, the keys hanging on the board behind him. He hoped that soon there wouldn't be any left on the board, that people would be staying in the rooms other then room one, his own. The hotel was open to anyone who wanted to stay, Human, neko, heck even a dragon could stay as long as it could change into human form to fit inside.

Soren slid from her dragon's back to land on the ground gracefully. She had been told about this hotel by a former friend of hers. With the banishment from her village finalized she had nowhere else to go. So she had taken all the money left to her and had flown to this place. Here, she hoped to work out a plan for her life. Not to mention find a way to stop her village from killing off Faren and his family.

"You'll have to change now Faren, they won't let you in if you're at your full size."Soren said to her friend. The dragon huffed in acceptance before morphing into his miniature form. Silently, Soren lifted her bag onto her shoulders before heading to the hotel entrance. It was much bigger than she had figured but it still looked very nice.

"Hello? Anyone here?,"Soren said, softly as she entered the hotel.

Nya and Kai knew that it was time for something to finally happen with their love life and they couldn't baby each other forever. They came across a hotel and knew it had just opened up since Nya saw the sign just turn on. She looked at her brother and licked his cheek and smiled. "We should go." She said to him and he sighed, nodding to her and smirked. He walked with her in and went to the door and opened it, starting to go to the lobby looking around to see how shiny things were. He looked at his sister and she led the way to a desk, and ran the bell happily, loving how it sounded.

Up in his room, the fox demon Sato was staring out the window with a frustrated stare. What in the world was he still doing in this hotel? He had figured by now that he'd have come up with some kind of plan for his life. Wasn't that the point of staying here? Sato was the only male remaining in his bloodline of fox demons. The problem? He liked men more than women on a massive scale. The idea of it still made his ears turn down in irritation.

He wasn't a proud fox demon...just...a bit ashamed of himself. His grandparents had told him again and again he would inherit the leadership of the family and take it over once he had a suitable mate. There in lay the issue...a male mate would not ever be acceptable. He had tried to have female partners but it never worked out.

"It's no use...I just can't turn away from my gut. I don't hate women but when given the option between male and female mates I clearly can't digest having a female mate. They are nice enough but....I never feel anything.,"Sato said miserably. He didn't know what to do anymore.

Amber Sweet walks right up to the desk not even looking at anyone she was hoping that the rumors were true about this place being where you find your true love. Looks over at the manager "Do you have a open roomed" Her eyes shining from being watery from in the dark of an alley until she saw it was open. Taking a deep breath "Um I wont be able to pay for the room is there a way for me to work for the room". She notices that the plants in the Lobby were singing from being in love and it was unusual to see plants with such opposite traits be in love with one another whispers to herself "This place does work".

Alex saw people pouring in before he could even look to see what time it was. it seemed that they had just opened up and people were ready to come stay. He looked at the two nekos that came up to the desk first. "Well hello there." he said and had her stop playing with the bell for now. "Would you like a room?" he asked her with a smile. Alex then saw the girl with the dragon and he beckoned her over to the desk so she could be helped next.

Yuki saw that Alex was over whelmed, he hadn't ever ran the hotel before till this day. She went over to Amber and gently led her away from the desk to help her separately. Yuki was a tall older woman looking like she was in her mid thirties. She was a good woman and she was a friend of Alex's parents. She raised Alex since they died and now she helped him run the hotel. "How can I help you today?" She asked her with a smile.

Soren came up shyly, this was her first real time being away from home so strangers were intimidating. This boy seemed nice though but wasn't he aweful young to have this kind of job? Who was she to judge though? Soren knew she was a small town girl so this was probably fairly normal in the bigger towns.

"Um...he-hello,"Soren said, standing beside the neko twins. She didn't push her way through them, knowing the boy would get to her when he had a chance. This must be a popular place after all. She glanced over at the twins once more since she'd never seen nekos before. They were just like the villagers had told her about.

Soren instantly turned her eyes away though, not wanting to stare.

Nya perked her ears and growled a little to see the girl bust through without an apology and Kai put his ears down, his nose crunching up. He stopped when he heard the man and watched him and looked to his sister. He smirked and flicked his tail back and forth, watching her and she smiled, watching the man. "Yes I would. Me and my brother Kai. We need seperate beds though because me and him are trying to find who we want and we thought your place would be best." She said and watched him, doing the same with her tail as Kai was doing. He looked back at the girl near the door and watched her, wondering what she was doing and perked his ears to see her standing beside them. He watched her, his gold eyes looking down at her and smirked. "You like to stare...can I help you..?" He asked and watched her happily.

Nuanna walked up along the property of the hotel, unsure why she felt as though she needed to be inside, but it was driving her crazy. She quickly looked herself over to make sure her form did not break, and still looked human. Satisfied after a few minutes she sighed and prepared herself as she opened the door. 'It is so strange to be in a building now....I can not remember the last time I actually entered such a place.' Her thoughts consumed her as she walked around staring at the walls and decor, and not on where she was going. Which she probably should have been focused on.

"See I warned you not to stare didn't I?,"Faren said, his little white form flying up to sit on top of her head. Soren blushed deeply at the dragon's accusatory words. Thank goodness she was the only one who could hear his voice. Faren had a tendency of loving to tease Soren whenever possible. Though he'd been more than helpful this entire trip since he made traveling easier.

"I-I'm sorry..I-I didn't mean to stare,"Soren said, blushing even deeper"I just come from a small town and I've never seen nekos before. I apologize for being so rude.,"

Soren reached up to take Faren off of the top of her head. "And you stop being rude too.,"she warned the dragon.

Amber looks at the women "Im sorry but I have a little problem...Um see for my whole life I lived outdoor...sorry you dont want to hear a pathetic story...okay long story short I was hoping I could work to live in one of them rooms" Amber was very dirty on the outside because she never really gotten a chance to shower but smelt of roses. Looking around the flower begin to talk saying "You know the boy can relate you Amber he lost his parents as you never had one" Waving her hand she tries to keep the flowers from talking to her, she didn't believe what her father thought that flowers could and would see the future especially while they were in love. The flower begin to sing a tune of K.I.S.S.I.N.G. rolling her eyes as she knew she wasnt meant to be loved by anything other than plants. "Um can I ask you a question not wanting to sound dumb or anything but what are parents" Amber never understood what parents were, her quote father abandon her in the forest when she was old enough to walk eat and get dressed on her own.
