ƪt's 2018, the rumor about the world ending was true, but not from nuclear warfare or asteroids falling from the sky. It seems to be something a bit more complex. You remember all those stories you heard about as children, those fairy tales and folklore from your heritage? Those stories about the so called 'monsters' that go bump in the night, wait patiently under your bed, or live inside that closet of yours? Well, those mythical people have stepped out into the light. Vampires, Werewolves, Demons, Angels and many more; they are showing the humans that there really are other intelligent beings inhabiting the earth. Now, I’m not talking about Edward Cullen, here; these species are a bit more serious.

Long before any human knew about these other species, a war had broken out between them. They were trying to pull the humans into an endless war with them, where more blood would be spilled. Knowing that the human race stood no chance against these powerful beings, a meeting was held to discuss the war. One representative from each involved species attended this meeting with one goal in mind; Peace. After much debating, the leaders came to an agreement. They decided that the only way they could ever achieve peace was to present one child of each gender to participate in arranged marriages. This would unite the races by showing the potential for peace and love among them all, even the oldest feuding species. If their young could discover love for each other, than peace couldn't be so far off.

After each male and female was selected from their species, they were sent out to the place in which they would stay to find love, and hopefully, create peace. Let’s hope the decision to send them away without any supervision was the right one. The question really is, however, will any of them find love; or will it all end in tragedy and warfare? Let’s find out.

I. Serenity Achkey & Sara Hawkins are goddesses in this RP - remember that.

II. Do not god-mod, do not cyber (use a time skip people), and follow the T.O.S. the best you can, there is an OOC thread for a reason. Plotting encouraged.

III. This is a Semi-Lit and up Role Play. We would like at least two solid paragraphs per post.

IV. You must post at least once a week.

V. If you do NOT contact the leader of this RP with a reason that you cannot post that week you will be sent a PM about your removal from the RP. We want people that are going to commit to this.

VI. Characters will be assigned to rooms by the leader; no it is not optional to have a room - you can request a room you think best suits your character if it is not taken already.

VII. Don’t ignore anyone. If someone is interacting with your character, acknowledge them. The best way to not leave anyone out is to quote them. Do NOT hide the quotes in the spoilers, it doesn't always show up in their notifications if you do.

VIII. Please try to style your posts. Do not go crazy, no seizure inducing crap, just make it look not so empty. So a picture and their name will be fine.

IX. If the leader does not get back to you in 24hrs, please report to the Mods.

X. If there are any problems, promptly talk to the leader or moderators of this RP.

XI. Please read everything listed in each post on the first page, it will be evident if you have not.

I suppose by now you've noticed that you are not where you last were when you set your head down to rest last night. Your fellow residents are here with you, though you may not see them just yet. You find yourself this morning in a labyrinth beneath the lands that the manor is on, and there is no way out. Rest assured no exit will be available to you until one of you reaches the goal, at which time exits will be made available to all participants.

But be warned my dears, this place is full of strange unknown dangers and like the labyrinths of old Greek lore the paths and walls of this maze will shift and change as you move through it.
Please note that if you try to cheat and break a wall to get through the maze faster, you will only wind up exactly where you were before rather than on the other side of the wall.
Should you come across one of your fellow residents it may be wise to stay with them for your own safety.
