Luinel smiled at Allirea, only allowing her eyes to answer her. She knew Allirea would be good on her word and tell her everything when they had the chance. Luinel had a lucky abundance of patience, something you needed sometimes with Allirea, and so she did not mind waiting for answers. The small fae was bit surprised when Allirea asked her to join them at the ball. Luinel did not often attend festivities, she usually helped Allirea prepare and then sent her off as the shining beacon of beauty that she was. But she would not refuse her wishes for her to join. Luinel nodded humbly to tell her that she would come. Not having had forewarning to prepare though, she would slip in as soon as she could, and hopefully her tardiness would go unnoticed.

Luinel went to her own small set of drawers, and pulled out a gown. Allirea had ordered it to be made a few weeks back as a birthday gift to Luinel. It was a pale lavender gown that hung elegantly off of her shoulders, it's lacy folds draping about her body in a way that was much more revealing than the faery normally wore. As was usual, the small fae did not put on any shoes. Her delicate-looking feet were actually quite tough and she had never worn a pair of shoes in her life. Then the fae sat down in front of the mirror with her own brush and began to brush out her waist-length curls, loosening them into soft waves.

Taking a few strands from the front, Luinel twisted them into braids that wrapped around to meet at the back of her head and extend down as long as they could. It was simple, but classic and elegant. She didn't bother with jewelry, as Luinel preferred to not adorn herself too much and already felt that the gown she wore was enough adornment. Her face was still a bit pale, so she added a bit of color and shimmer to the sharp angles of her bone structure, only enhancing her very inhuman appearance. Her green eyes were pale and bright, her nearly black hair was shiny and only enhanced her translucent skin. Rosy lips parted in a smile as she took one last look in a mirror. She supposed she was rather beautiful, though she had never really thought about it before.

Luinel then escorted herself to the ball. She slipped in just after Arceus finished his speech, able to enter the room without much notice due to the loud clapping and cheering. It seemed whatever he had said was inspiring. Luinel clapped her thin hands as well to help blend in the crowd further, then made her way through the masses of people to reach Allirea and Arceus, careful of her wings and the fact that most people didn't notice her until they'd bumped into her as she was so tiny. A few friendly faces greeted her, and she smiled back to them but continued making her way without stopping to have any conversation.

When she finally reached Allirea, Luinel breathed a sigh of relief. "Look how you capture the hearts and the gaze of the crowd, milady," she said with a smile, glancing around at how many eyes kept flickering to the front of the room. "They're captivated by your beauty and grace. A fine pair, the two of you. No crowd could ever hope to resist you." Luinel spoke honestly. She did not think the prince would have half of his support if it weren't for the fact that his seconds in command were so dazzling. "Where is our prince tonight?" she asked curiously, figuring she'd missed the reasoning due to the earlier drama of the day.

                                                                    OOC;;

Where: Nymph's Forest, Isolde's Tree
With: whoever

Kale smirked at the dragon's reaction to his age. No one ever expects that. One of the few things that I have that will actually make people stop and look again. It was true; other than his curse, Kale was nothing special. He was good with a variety of different weapons, but he had no magic or power beyond his skill. Without Liu, he'd be little more than a long-lived human.

When Ryuu looked like his attention was firmly elsewhere, Kale sighed and returned to his dragon. She had stopped playing with the leaf and grinned at him. Yeah... without Liu, he might as well be a walking husk.

The tree was ancient, that much Kale could tell just from looking at it. Everything in the forest felt ancient, and, horrible as it was, that fact made him feel so much younger and full of energy. Or maybe that was just the aftereffects of Isolde's healing.

The swordsman watched his dragon run around a small clearing while food was being gathered and cooked. She appeared to be having fun, so he diverted his attention to the one doing the cooking. Wait... the Queen Nymph? Shouldn't she have people to do that for her? And a thought dawned on him. Unless we're the only ones here... S***, the Rebellion is smaller than I thought.

Pushing himself off the tree trunk he was leaning against, Kale walked over to where Isolde was sitting, keeping a polite distance. She looked tired, and he couldn't help but feel that it was partly his fault. She had gone out of her way to heal him. Absent-mindedly holding the spot where his rib had been cracked, Kale cleared his throat, hoping to get her attention. "Um... thanks. For the hospitality." Looking down, he tried to figure out how to say what he wanted to say next. Only one thing came to him. "Sorry about the trees."

When the darkness had come and the forest had changed, Malchior and Isolde had offered the group to remain at Isolde's home for the night. The tree had never housed so many people before so Malchior made a mental note to build a base later on in the trees that would be a bit more comfortable. Perhaps a series of treehouse for each person connected by bridges and in the center, a meeting and/or dining room. It would be perfect and he could already picture it. Currently, he had entered the tree and was in he and Isolde's room to get a moment of peace. It wasn't that he didn't enjoy the othes' company, he just needed a moment to himself to regather his thoughts. A lot of chaos had happened today and the forest had suffered for it, although that really wasn't a surprise with how many dragons were gathered about. Still, things had progressed quickly today from good to bad then back to good. It was all a bit overwhelming.

Interrupting his dark thoughts, his rider called softly in his head. She sounded worn out and exhausted. Leaving the room, he exited the bottom of the tree to find Isolde settled on a stump not far from the stew and tea she was currently making. Her face has hidden in her hands as her fingers worked at her temples. Apparently, she had given too much energy today and was still feeling the after effects. Worse than that, she probably wouldn't feel better until morning since she was weaker at night. Ignoring the crowded tree base, the dragon made his way to his rider to check on her, only to be beaten by Kale. The human's appearance didn't make the dragon pause, but instead of speaking out loud, he followed the nymph's lead and used their mental link. Are you alright, Isolde? Perhaps you should let the others finish your stew and lay down for a bit. His voice was laced with concern but it wasn't commanding. He did want her to rest but was in no way going to force her if she decided to stay as she was. Instead, he would just have to stay by her until she followed his suggestion.

Amy Malach
An Angel with No Wings

I want to help in anyway I can...

Amy was a bit saddened that the real problem was the dreaming. She slid down next to Frederick, watching him as he began his tale. She would avert her gaze for a moment as she pictured Frederick's father returning home and presenting a gift to his mother. She even tried to imagine how beautiful his mother was. Queen Isolde was a nymph and she was beautiful herself. If Frederick's mother made nymphs jealous then she must have been breathtaking. Her gaze returned to Frederick as he halted. She noticed him trying to keep the tears back.

The blue angel smiled softly as she grasped his hand, the one he wiped away his tears, in hers, reassuring him that she was still here and listening. She listened to how Frederick discovered his father gone, his mother dead, and his home no more. She closed her eyes, fighting back her uneasiness feelings. Her blue eyes gazed at Frederick as he began to weep. This must have been painful for him to remember. Her attention turned to the ground as she continued holding his hand. She closed her eyes as she rose to her feet, bringing her arms around the mage, perching her head on top of his. "I'm sorry Frederick." She let out a heavy sigh, wondering how she could ease his pain. A weak smile graced her face, "It must have been painful to tell me-no, it must have been really painful to remember such a thing, but I'm glad you told me."

Amy brushed her fingers through his fur, hoping it was soothing him. "At least you eased the heavy burden a little by telling me. Just having someone listen is enough, even if it just a little bit." She pressed her cheek on top of his head, a small smile on her face. "Remember you're not alone anymore." The blue angel slowly pulled away, kneeling in front of Frederick to stare into his eyes. "Even if we just met, you're my friend, but I'm willing to help in any way I can." The blue angel gently brushed away his tears, his smile softening before she stood up on her own two feet, placing her hands on her hips as she grinned at him. "Now don't go saying that its impossible or you're scared. I won't let you go through this alone. I'll do my best to keep you safe, both dreams and reality."

Where am I? Nymph's Forest, Frederick's camp
What am I doing? Reassuring my friend
Who am I with? Frederick

...so I can ease the burden, even if it is a little bit

Barbatos Merlin
The Cambion who Loves Deals

I like a good deal, especially the ones that don't involve a lot labor.

The cambion grinned as she watched new faces pop in. Her attention was now on Belphegor as he was approached by another male. She could tell he was trying his best to be polite and not laugh at the poison dragon for cross dressing. Barbatos turned on her heel, grinning at the mischief that was already happening. It was little, but it still pleased her. Oh, she cannot wait! She is so eager to see what else will happen. Her mercury purple orbs averted from the window as she looked over her shoulder at the table with the man and woman to see that the other was drinking. She raised an eyebrow wondering who he was until a thought struck her like lightning. 'He must be the other rogue dragon here...'

Barbatos heard rumors of the dragon's family working for the prince. She wondered if he was like his brothers, or the other guards here to be exact. She folded her arms under her chest, pondering at the idea of who this dragon was. A grin appeared on her face as she turned to the window, a mischievous plan running through her head. She could just interact with him, but that would make it obvious that she was up to no good, especially with Belphegor there. She tapped her cheek, 'I'll just have to approach him when Bel's distracted or when he's alone. It would be better if he came to me instead.'

Nothing good came out of Barbatos plotting, except if she got the better half of the deal. She only wanted to toy with the rogue dragon, but something else came into her mind. Something far more interesting and beneficial. She chuckled before she threw it aside. It wasn't best to go with that yet. She had so many ideas, but there was very little time to use them all; however, the bigger issue was how most of them would not go as planned. She sighed, wishing she knew the dragon better. Her mercury purple orbs glinted with mischief as she finally established her plan. The cambion was definitely going to have a lot of fun tonight.

When Isolde heard a throat clearing in front of her, she looked up. Seeing it was Kale, the only Human she'd seen in about six hundred years, she offered him a smile and invited him to sit down next to her. Since the first Dragon War, when the twisted Human magicians from the Dark kingdom had come to capture and murder hordes of Nymphs by the hundreds, the presence of Humans in the Forest had waxed to be very rare. Whenever there was the slightest hint of an approaching Human, word spread quickly, and all the Nymphs, yes, even Isolde, would flee to safety. It would not do to take risks in their population, after what had occurred. Nymphs did not reproduce very often, in fact it was rare for them to even mate. Isolde was lucky to have had Elrohir, as short as their time together had been compared to how long it could and should have been. But she could not think about that now, there were many more important things to tend to...

"It is nothing, really. The Forest is a House for all Life, not just mine and the Children of the Forest. It's a pleasure to have you all in my home," she said sincerely, her tired expression exchanged for a happy one. She sighed when he mentioned the trees, then laughed softly. "They will heal. Do not worry about it, yours was the least of our problems today..." Isolde smiled again as Malchior came to join her. She considered his suggestion to her for a moment. It would be nice to lay down, but...

I'm fine. It will be done soon, anyways, and I wouldn't feel right with all these guests here. Are you going out with any of the Younglings to hunt? she asked nonchalantly. At first it had been quite difficult for her to handle the death of her Animals, but she quickly understood that a Dragon couldn't be expected to eat solely from the vegetation of the Earth. She was used to it now, and though it still bothered her in the back of her mind she was able to ignore it and not let him ever see if it bothered her. Malchior was quite courteous with his hunting habits anyways.

Isolde then returned her attention to Kale. He did interest her in several ways, as did all people of course, but there was one major question on her mind. She was not sure if it would bother him if she asked it or not, so Isolde figured it was better to just ask it right out rather than beating around the bush. "I do not mean to pry, but you are unusually old for a Human. I was under the impression that Humans had a rather short Lifespan of approximately eighty years. Are you only part Human? But I cannot sense another Race in you, which is why I ask. If you do not wish to tell me, I understand." She would understand, but she would still be full with secret curiosity. A Being under whatever Kale's circumstances were was not very common and she was yet to meet one like it until today.

Allirea took her seat to the right of the empty throne and leaned against the back of the sturdy chair in what could be considered a lounging fashion. The long train of her dress hung over the right arm rest of the throne, draping down to the floor and then some. In the dim light her beaded gown caught the flames and reflected them back to the world as she watched with motherly pride as Arceus delivered a fine speech honoring the dragon knight and his men. She smiled and uptook a chalice, raising it in cheers as Arceus finished. However, she merely sipped the drink before returning it to rest in her hand.

Her blue eyes scanned the large crowd for familiar faces, well, all the faces were fairly familiar so that wasn’t the proper word. She should have said, friendly faces. She saw a few, and glanced at others that she did not know so very well, however she took particular amusement in Bel’s attire for the night, but hid her smile and laughter behind another sip. Then Finally Luinel emerged through the crowd. It brought Al’s heart joy to see the small woman wear the gift she had given her. And, having seen her Allirea leaned forward with a wide smile, Greeting Lu warmly.

“You look beautiful, Lu.” She murmured over the loudness of the crowd, nodding in appreciation to the fae’s compliments. “We try our best to be as captivating as possible.” She teased, pausing to glance over towards Arceus, only to see that the male’s golden gaze was no longer direction at herself an d Luinel but further down in the hall. “Some apparently succeed more than others, “ She stated over the noise around them, loud enough for Arceus to hear from his position. The jab was a sort of warning. Arceus would be himself, she could not ask for anything but the demon to be, she had only wished he tread more carefully in his choice in partners. It were not wise to break the hearts of foreign noble daughters, wives and sisters. After all, at some point their loyalty would be needed which if he were charming and coy they could keep, but more than likely the situation (If one would develop) would be more dangerous than beneficial.

“The prince?” She asked Luinel shrugging her shoulders, “He may be joining us. Last we heard he was not in the castle today, a personal mission so to speak.” This was all Allirea spoke of him as she waved her hand like the topic were boring her. Allirea smoothly got to her feet and hooked an arm through Lu’s
“Come make a few rounds with me?” She inquired as she began her decent from the thrones. She only waited a moment for a lady to pin the train just slightly so it would not drag on the floor as she weaved through the excited crowd.

Finally she came to a half before a man who seemed to be trying to hide rather than attend the actual party. She knew the face, it simply took her a moment to remember the name as she began to speak.
“Mr. Colt. How wonderful to see your face at one of these functions. I imagine your brothers are to blame?” She asked with no real interest and she nodded greeting to Bel from were she stood, gracing him with a sweet smile.

Where: Nymph's Forest, Isolde's Tree
With: Isolde

Kale hesitantly sat down when Isolde offered it. She had a presence that made him feel small; not quite like Malchior's, but not negligible either. He'd never seen a nymph before her, and she seemed to live up to all the legends he'd heard of them growing up as a child... and telling them to his children. "Thank you anyway," he said as he took a seat next to her. "I'm not used to people being so... kind."

He sighed, looking up at the trees and sky. The swordsman couldn't see much through the canopy, but some stars still peeked through. He had never been one for astronomy, yet he still loved the constellations when he could see them. He could just never remember which ones were out at any given time.

The swordsman was brought back down to earth, however, when Isolde mentioned his age. She's rather curious, he thought, slightly surprised. I guess it's not too surprising, though. I'm pretty old for a human. Kale finally looked back to the nymph and nodded. "No, I'm all human. I just..." There was a slight pause as he fought the urge to just make something up like he did for everyone else. The only other people he'd told the truth about his curse were his family and Liu, and the latter had been somewhat by accident. But Isolde was the leader of the Rebellion, and Kale didn't want to keep secrets from her; doing so could hurt people in the long run, even if he really didn't want to say anything. "I... I don't talk about it much," he sighed. "But you should know. I'm... I was cursed long ago. With agelessness, I think. Whatever it is, it stopped me from growing old. It also renders disease and poison useless against me."

Kale took and deep breath and sighed again. "You're only the third person I've told that to. It's almost a relief to say it out loud again."

"No more nights of blood and fire."

Colt took another sip before a voice addressed him. His eye moved toward her, and he nodded his head. "Allirea." He was a little cold, but still polite. He'd never made it a secret that he was not willingly on the side of Tenebris. His eye narrowed a bit as he smirked. "You know as well as I do that they are, in fact, responsible." They always were. He looked down at the fairy that seemed to be eternally at the dragoness's side, nodding his head politely to her as well. The tip of his tail was flicking about gently, being more expressive than his face usually was.

"Take these eyes.
I would rather be blind."

Belphegor Shyamal
Rogue Dragon of Darkness

Please understand that I have no ill feelings toward you...

Belphegor's eyes darted to the male who greeted him. By his scent he knew that he was a dragon as well. He picked up a glass, throwing daggers at the red liquid inside before averting his gaze. "The same goes for you..." he huffed. It was the truth. Belphegor saw how the rogue dragon's clothing concealed half his face. He wasn't going to question it as long as he didn't question the poison dragon for why he was in a dress. He muttered under his breath on how he was going to murder the cambion. However, his eyes wondered to Allirea as she walked over with her fae.

He saw the sweet smile on her face. He averted his gaze, taking a sip from his glass before returning it back to Allirea and Luinel. "It seems you two are doing well." He was hinting on how they were before. He wasn't going to go into the details of that since it might bring up things Allirea would want to avoid. He wasn't stupid, he was aware of others. He didn't question it as long as it didn't bother him. The poison dragon finished his glass before folding his arms, having them lie right on his diaphragm. "I take it you're enjoying yourselves..." The poison dragon knew that they were enjoying his torment, he knew. That was the reason he was forced into this thing in the first place all thanks to a certain cambion.

The poison squeezed his eyes shut, wondering when it end. He wanted it to end, please let it end! He knew the cambion was somewhere, laughing and pleased with her mischief. Oh how the poison dragon wished to transform and get out of here. That would make the world a better place right now, ironically it was better since Belphegor was dressed as a woman right now. "Tell me Allirea, how difficult would it be to torture the cambion?" The reason he asked was that he knew the cambion had some rank in the castle. She was a higher power than him and colt of course, but the cambion had a few tricks up her sleeve. How else would have she survived under the prince's dreaded rule? He was also open to suggestions of how to return the humiliation back.

"Thank you, milady," Luinel responded with a smile when Allirea complimented her. "But I must say, the credit is due to this beautiful gown, which I again thank you for." Luinel's smile shifted into a grin for just a moment at the warning tease Allirea sent towards Arceus. Oh the things Luinel would like to say to him, though they would be more warnings and less teases. Even bonded to her mistress, Luinel was not very fond of the incubus. The faery linked her arm through Allirea's as they walked around the room, respectfully inclining her head to various nobles dispersed among the party.

Allirea brought them to a stop in front of the dragon, Colt. Luinel did not know much about him, as he was rather reclusive. It was obvious that he was not a fan of anyone here, which Luinel couldn't quite understand. As far as she knew, the only ones who had actually done any wrong to him were his own family members when they made him choose the Tenebris. Personally, she felt no one had ever caused any offense, well, maybe the prince on occasion, and most likely the incubus had a time or two. But other than that, he was treated politely and respectfully. Luinel wondered why he didn't just leave if he was so unhappy. It would be much harder for them to track down and kill a dragon than anyone or anything else anyways.

The fae shrugged her thin shoulders slightly and inclined her neck in return to his greeting, a smile playing at the corner of her lips. "And what do you think of our latest victory, Colt? It is quite a feat, to have cause for a celebration such as this. Our progress against the enemy is coming along quite nicely, don't you think?" she asked, her tone friendly enough, but there was a tiny bit of scrutiny in the depths of her pale green eyes, though since Colt did not know her that well he would more than likely not notice it. But Allirea would. Luinel was testing him, to see if he could show restraint, to see if he was in any way a threat.

If she found him at all a threat to the safety and progress of their work, well, she had enough influence to have something done about that. A threat to the kingdom was a threat to Allirea, and Luinel would do all within her power to exterminate anything in that position. The petite faery may seem delicate and refined, but in that small frame was packed a lot of power and even more determination. Hadn't she nearly killed herself just that morning in pursuit of Allirea? And had Belphegor not come in, she would have kept going when she had regained consciousness. Luinel never put forth less than all of her efforts. And even then, she still put forth more.

Luinel then glanced at the woman who was standing by Colt. Then she glanced back a second time, and realized it was not a woman, but Belphegor. Luckily she knew how to keep her face impassive, and was able to hide her shocked reaction quite well. It took a bit more restraint to not ask why the dragon was dressed like a woman in the first place. He mentioned the cambion, which made Luinel even more curious as to how this all came about in the first place... Belphegor obviously wasn't happy about this, so why was he doing it? "Yes, we are quite well. This is a beautiful ball, is it not? And how are you this evening, Belphegor?"

                                                                    OOC;;

"No more nights of blood and fire."

He chuckled softly as Belphegor's response. The two were not friendly, but they weren't antagonistic to each other either. They got along as well as they were required to, living in the same building, and it seemed to suit both of them just fine. It was nice, not having someone to pry into your business all the time. He heard the poison dragon speaking to Allirea and Luinel. Something about the wording seemed a little odd, but it was none of his business. It probably had something to do with the excitement that morning. Something had gone on that wasn't quite normal. He didn't care enough to ask one of the little maids that ran past while he was on his way out. At Belphegor's question on torturing a Cambion, he actually laughed. "Just don't get caught, and it won't be difficult at all." He knew the question wasn't directed at him, but he couldn't help himself. It was a fun question.

At Luinel's question to him about the victory, Colt looked at her for a few seconds before he even considered answering. "If you want my honest opinion, I hardly saw it as anything other than a bunch of young hooligans attacking an old male far beyond his prime. Please pardon my crude language, but if Hadrian hadn't been such an a**, I might have been upset about his murder. I knew him personally. Very unpleasant." It wasn't a fact he made known, but as far as he knew, he was one of the oldest of the Tenebris dragons. Hadrian had been a friend of his grandfather's, so he'd known the elder for most of his life. Colt's tail twitched again before settling against his chest. He could be many things, but his words were always honest. Even, no, especially if it could cause him trouble. He didn't say anything about the kingdom's progress. He wouldn't be able to hold his tongue, and then his brothers would have to come get him before he started a fight with someone. The last thing he wanted was to have to deal with his brothers when their anger would be directed at him. Kalash might take his other eye, Walther would try to guilt him into something or another, and Derringer was notorious for planting little mind bombs that would make him irrationally angry, giving them every excuse to lock him up somewhere for a while.

"Take these eyes.
I would rather be blind."

Belphegor Shyamal
Rogue Dragon of Darkness

Please understand that I have no ill feelings toward you...

The poison dragon gazed at Luinel at her greeting. He averted his gaze, searching for the cambion. "Peachy..." he huffed, obviously feeling the opposite. He really wanted to strangle Barbatos' neck right now. If anyone was wondering, he couldn't run out of the ball and change. The stupid cambion took his clothes and threw them in her pocket dimension. Not even his runes can reach such a place. He was promised to have his clothes return once the ball was over, but that was a long ways off by now. "How about you Luinel?"

It's not like Belphegor cared for Luinel at all. He had to babysit her earlier so he wanted to make sure he didn't have to do the thing again in one day. However, that was just the poison dragon's excuse. He did care for his comrades in a way, but not enough to jump in right away to save them. He understood they were strong. He knew very well that they could take care of themselves and if they asked for his help, it shows that they put trust in him. That meant a lot for the poison dragon, but he wasn't going to show and he definitely wasn't going to bask in it.

His crimson eyes darted from the fae to Colt to see him laugh. Sure the question was more to the she-dragon, but he didn't mind if others gave suggestions. He sighed, keeping his arms crossed still as he stared at Colt. "Easier said than done." If anyone knew the cambion, she was a step ahead of them. Not completely, but enough to gain the advantage to escape, she was a coward after all. She had no physical strength to protect herself, so what better way but to scamper off like a mouse. Compared to the dragons, the cambion was a mouse, both in power and size.

Frederick Taluvia

Frederick's crying slowly dried up and he wiped the dry tear tracks from his face, having Amy hug him was a long forgotten feeling and it made him smile weakly "I haven't uttered that to a soul in the centuries since it happened and I haven't dreamed in just as many years. I kept an ear to the flow of magic just in case the creature surfaced but everything was quiet until recently, something stirs in the ether in the shadows of the mind." His voice became a little hollow with fear at the last few words.

Looking up into Amy's determined face Frederick's grin widened a little and he rose to his feet. "I never believed much in fate but finding a friend in you has given me the push I needed. I have hidden in these woods for far too long, the world is changing and I can't run from it any longer." His voice was quiet but held a note of steel in it, turning to Amy his face was thoughtful "You are with the queen in this campaign against the encroaching darkness?" An idea was starting to form in Frederick's mind about how he might save the world that had given him so much.

His smile becoming more confident Frederick pulled Amy into a big hug, "We shall stand together shoulder to shoulder, let nothing stand in the way." His smile turned into a deep laugh as the tension in his mind relaxed and he let her out of the hug his eyes sparkling with tears of laughter now.

The tunic he was given had fitted him nice, and comfortable, Well atleast as comfortable a tunic was going to get. He was given a pair of blue pants to match the decorative blue tunic. He had known it was time to leave the room, about twenty minutes go, but he had to make sure his wings wouldn't show in the slightest. After he had fixed them about like five times, and he had felt secure that they would stay hidden through-out the whole night he decided to join the horrible ball. There was no need to get on the prince's bad side to start off with right?

As Athos had reached the huge door, That had seperated the castle from the ball, he had began to have second thoughts on the whole subject. He really wasn't feeling up to having that many people around him at the whole time. One of the maids that was growing impaitent with a serving tray, had litterally pushed him into the door. The door had opened very quickly with the force of his weight on it. The Young maid had quickly made it passed him, and moved around from one of the guests to another. He had known this was customary in balls, but didn't like it int he slightest.

Athos had glanced up at the 'stage' and saw the dragon's rider, and the hurt dragon from earlier. These two were exactly who he had wanted to find. The dragon's rider was wearing a staggering golden Tunic, that shined as if it was made of pure gold, and the dragon had worn a staggering dress. He had waited paitently for the dragon's rider to finish, but as he did a startling woman, had appeared to greet The dragon. "Hmm" He stated out loud, know finding the idea stupid of trying to have a buisness discussion at a ball. He would just have to catch them either after the ball, or alone during it. He had figured finding them alone would probably be just as difficult as finding the prince, so After the ball, he would go see them. He had silently agreed in his head.

Without darkness there is no light
Darkness is the true nature of the world
people backstab family but in the end
Could you blame them?
