Raziel's eyes would go wide as he knew that the wolf was right, that once bitten by the lycantrhro, whomever was bitten would turn themselves if they survived. Closing his eyes as he shook his head, he then saw the wolf mold it's body to the ground using Raziel's power as well, Moving to slash the wolf's throat wide open, he was too late as the wolf was already on the other side of the wall of shadow that Raziel had made to contain him. His eyes would narrow as he would watch the wolf seem to continue on it's chase, although he knew that now he had bigger problems, he had to find any of the guards who were still alive, and kill them himself. That wolf would have to wait for now.

Cracking his neck as the shadows would once more return to normal, he would shake his head before he would twirl the blade then stab it into the ground as once more the shadows would wrap around Raziel himself before closing his eyes. That wolf would have to wait, although he at least knew what it was now. Walking through the realms of the shadow, he would see different scenes, one of inside the pub as the woman and boy were talking, one of the fox girl thief making her way home to try to do something. The red head flowing through the crowd, and finally Serren doing her best to heal some of the men who were just clinging onto life from the attack.

The moment he saw that Serren was healing some of the victims, he would close his eyes as he would walk through that "Mirror" and make his way over to Serren again. Looking over to her, he would give her a slow nod as he would sheath his sword. We meet again Serren, but I do believe on different terms." Cracking his neck, he would look over to one of the men who he could clearly see was still unconcious, although he would look his body over and see it was intact. Closing his eyes as he knew what he had to do, he would open them again and look to her. Serren, I need to know who survived the attack from the Werewolf. I beg of you to tell me.

The humor and joy that seemed to be in his voice from before was now just a distant memory as his eyes were still a pure black in color. His voice now was replaced with a cold, calculated tone as he would look to the man that she was healing now. Looking to her, he knew that he had to get the names first and their locations before he would start killing them.

With a moment of thought he spoke, "They would work hardest and best because a light is seen. One that was not there before." The cat rubbed against his cheek and he reached to pet it. "When you hit bottom of chain, you would understand what I say Meess Merry." He let his eyes slip closed for a moment. Thinking more about his understanding of the so-called warrior. "The most loyal warrior is one who owes life to you. Eet ees some code that was instilled in them." He rolled his eyes, not entirely understanding the whole concept behind it.

There was a sharp cracking and the sound of glass shattering which gained the half-breeds attention. He was right about the glass breaking as it thawed, as usual. Once you've done it a few time you know what to expect after all. The keep's hand was bleeding from where one of the pieces had nicked him. "Мне так жаль!" Ivan's eyes were wide as the man pointed to the door, a dark glare aimed in his direction. "Ah, um... Eet appears I have to leave. Sorry I could not discuss further. Though, if you can, look for people where everyday ess fight to survive. Not thieves, not mercenaries, and not assassins. You may be surprised by what you find." He picked the cat off of his shoulder and placed it back in his hat before standing tall to all five-foot-seven inches. He bowed slightly, knowing that it was a polite thing to do. "Good bye, Meess Merry." He'd left a card on the bar top with some information on people he knew looking for work, some of which may be who she was looking for, all neatly written in English with few mistakes. Next to it was all the money he owed for the glasses and rare times he drank, which meant he was now down half of what he started with when he left the arena.

He stepped outside and made his way to his home, wondering if it was filled with snow yet.

"There is a man that I know. For seventeen years he never spoke. Guess he had nothing to say.
He opened his mouth on Judgement Day."

In the church, material possessions aren't supposed to matter. That didn't stop Solace from obtaining them. Eh, shiny things were fun to collect. Call it a weakness. He liked taking souvenirs from his victims. The more sentimental they were, the more motivated he was to take them. His favorite were a pair of gold hoops. Yes, they were a woman's accessory, but he took them off the ears of a man who didn't take care of them and nearly let them tarnish. Hell, if he hadn't killed the man, he could've died of gangrene. Besides he did the target's daughter a favor. Without him, she wouldn't be forced to marry an obvious scoundrel. She actually wrote him. It was incredible that there was someone in this world besides himself who had just about as much hatred for their own father as he did for his. She watched too. He could marry a girl like her...but that would defeat the purpose of killing the man to begin with. Besides, lasting relationships with any gender weren't exactly his strong suit.

After he cleaned and refurbished the trinkets, he donned the hoops just about everyday instead of locking them away like the others. He was already considered an odd, exotic thing among his clients with his accent, strange clothing and even stranger mannerisms. In accordance to the church, he shouldn't be allowed to wear such things, then again he wasn't allowed to smoke either and that never stopped from rolling a cigarette and marching out into town from his little cubicle of a room from the Boarding House he was allowed to stayed in. Being a private contractor nowadays, Solace wasn't allowed to stay with the church or Father St. Clair. That didn't stop him from being bound to his duties. They had ways of making sure he never defected.

He strode out into the square, sticking to the shadows, watching and waiting just like a good little Solider of Death would do. There was others with him. He good sense it. The good woman Shareas was lurking around here somewhere. When you're in the Assassin's Guild it's fairly easy to find your cohorts. Even though Shareas wasn't a part of any Assassin Guild, he knew of her having the pleasure of attempting to recruit her. She was watching the brewing fight with the werewolf. He really had no intention of getting involved. But nearly getting bitten by a crazed bite victim, forced him to "pray" for a few "lost souls". This was his day off and his bloodlust had checked out for the day. He wasn't exactly happy about it. He sidled from the alley he'd never been attacked in.

"There's a few down the alley, there." He said knowing full well he was interrupting any exchange between the Swordsman and woman and not caring. "Don't worry, they've been taken care of."
User Image

The fight was interesting, but didn't have nearly what she was looking for. She shrugged, care not being wasted on the event. She was off for the night anyway, her Blood Lust deciding to stick around was bad news, however. She growled, annoyed with herself. A smell filled the air, a blood that caught her attention. It smelt familiar and like her own, like an Assassin's. She turned and looked towards the shadows. Only a trained eye would be able to spot an Assassin. She smiled, there he was. He walked towards the swordsman and a woman, informing them of his deed that happened to actually be in their favor. She leaned against a tree, "Feeling helpful tonight Solace?" she asked playfully. Solace was one of the few people that she would go up to and initiate a talk. She was a rather quiet person to most others. And she knew about him due to his relation with the Assassin's Guild. She never really sat down and talked with the man however. It was like a mutual knowing that kept them from being complete strangers.

Turning his gaze towards the assassin who spoke to him, his gaze would land upon the man as his eyes would seemingly turn back to their normal dark blue in color, keeping his hand rested upon his blade once again, he would crack his neck as he would look to the two assassins before giving them a slow nod. And how exactly have they been taken care of boy? Do you have any knowledge of the situation?

Turning towards the blood elf as she spoke to the male Assassin, he would give him a slow nod before drawing his blade and turning his gaze towards the male assassin once more. He knew full well that if any of those who were bitten and still alive, he would have quite the problem upon his hand trying to get rid of the crazed beta's. Taking off his ring again, he would only look to the man again before giving him a soft smirk. "If you know the light of the situation, and had taken care of the 'victims' then I will pay you and your partner at least 50 pounds of gold for 'taking care' of the rest of them that are still alive. I need to find that pathetic excuse for a animal and put a end to it's existance.

Most of the dead were lined on the side of the blood streaked street, with their arms crossed over their chest and eyes that were once wide with sudden fear, were shut. A compulsion of hers to do--if she hadn't found a fourth body to heal, she would have found herself saying a prayer or something of the sort in a language that she didn't understand.

Out of the three that she had finished healing, one had woken up and quickly sprinted off and away, which wasn't all that surprising to her. He was probably frightened. What was surprising, was two men who she didn't heal--they're life wasn't as in need of saving as the ones she did--get up and sprint on despite the wounds that they had when she first glanced at them.

Almost finished mending the fourth man, who, like the others, was making a surprisingly quick recovery, her attention was momentarily shifted by a voice--Raziel's--but only for a moment before she put the majority of focus back to the man who's breathing was still uneven, but much stronger.

"Only four Guards had minor injuries and were gone by the time I had landed. Three have departed since I've been here, one I healed myself. I'm guessing that the other's weren't human, perhaps elves--they heal quickly." Serren speculated as she gave the information that she did have. "I have two Guards sat up together against the building in front of me,"

Removing her white glowing hands from above the now healed body the forth guard, she placed them in under of the Guards shoulders, and knees, then proceeded to lift him off of the ground, carrying him the way a mother would carry a sleeping child to bed, but she looked much more odd since the man was bigger than her, and than even made bigger due to his ripped armor.

As she carried him to the other two that she had healed, she listened to the conversation Raziel and another man about the care of the Guards who had fled from the area of which they were attacked. The tone used by the currently unknown face and Raziel made Serren frown and feel affronted. Gently, she placed the unconscious Guard against the other slumped two.

Turning so that she could face Raziel, the slender man with the golden hoop earrings, and a blonde elven women, her body's posture and face was relaxed, but her eyes was narrowed in suspicion.

"I'm sufficient to do follow up care on the men and woman who survived by myself. Without payment." Serren stated. For reasons underlying but not prominent to her, she didn't trust the man or the woman to care for any of the Guards, but she wasn't exactly about to move away from the unconscious guards that were slumped but living behind her until Raziel left in hunt of the beast.

*His gaze moving quickly towards Serran once more, his gaze would land upon her as he would shake his head before resisting the urge to grab his blade and cut her down, he knew that this was indeed the worst thing that could happen as he knew that the process had already begun*

*Once more he would turn towards the two assassins and already he would take out two large bags of gold before tossing them at their feet* "I will give you both each one hundred pounds to find each and every single guard that has been injured in this incident and to kill them then dismember their bodies!" * Turning towards Serren as he knew that she would be apauled and outraged, he would draw his sword abit before looking to her*

"That thing that attacked each and every one of them is a werewolf and by the time this eve ends, they will shift and cause more damage than the first one" His dark gaze would land upon her as he would unsheath his blade entirely and look deeply into her eyes, only praying that she would understand what she had done unknowenly

"There is a man that I know. For seventeen years he never spoke. Guess he had nothing to say.
He opened his mouth on Judgement Day."

Just as Solace got wind of the way the man spoke he had to bite the inside of his cheek to remind himself that laughter wouldn't be a good response to anything this man was saying...no matter how ridiculous he sounded. He reminded him of those books filled with knights and samurai would were obsessed with ideals like fealty and honor but had no time for things like self preservation or common sense. He hunted people like him. He exchanged a glance with Shareas but said nothing to her in greeting. Often times, one doesn't need to do much else in the presence of an ally.

"Just as well." Solace said with a sigh. "I had a high vantage point. Not everyone here is as willing to involve themselves in a battle in the middle of town." He fought the urge to smirk before his own sarcasm got too far ahead of him. "Regardless, there's no cure for bite victims. Even if you heal them. They'll turn eventually." At the offer of money, he nodded at Shareas. Fifty pounds for a mercy killing didn't sound half bad but the other woman spoke up.

Solace's light expression almost instantly darkened. There was something about this woman he didn't like. He couldn't quite put his finger on it, and right now he doubted that he wanted to. She had this aura about her that seemed far too familiar. The feeling made him itch, like he wanted to spread his wings but his wings were mutated. He couldn't fly. He never showed them. Ever. His eyes narrowed just like hers.

"The only way to care for them is through euthanasia." He said his voice gaining a bit of an edge as he stepped away from her. "Or the bites will spread and you'll have a full-fledged uprising on your hands.

Serren's body went rigid, her muscles tensed in a hostile response to Raziel's snaps to the two others. However, she never moved, not once despite hearing the slightly shifting behind her--the Guards were slowly waking, but she held little fear to their new affliction.

"They're werewolves," she said as a matter of fact, there was no disgust to her voice in saying so, no abhorrence for the creatures. "They're uncontrolled beast one night of the month, and possibly during peaks of stressful emotions while they're young. But every other time, they are who they were. In this case, they are brave guards, men and women, people who protect. Their condition can easily be contained and controlled, as well as forgiven"

Serren looked at being a werewolf as a periodic curse, and the other times, when it made you stronger, better, it could be their gift.

However, her eyes held disdain towards Raziel's and Solace's narrow mindedness. "Animals," Serren huffed in disgust, not referring to the new outbreak of werewolves.

The next words out of Serren's holier than thou mouth was indistinguishable to even her, the words themselves flowed in a musical like harmony. Beside her, there was a obscured concave in reality, that was then replaced by a hulking, eleven foot tall monstrosity of a humanoid, that actually had similar hoop earrings to Solace, but wasn't nearly as delicate looking.

Serren stepped forward a few times, allowing her monster to pick up and hold the men who were to awaken in a froth in a bear like hug using it's massive armored arm as a shield to itself and the trapped and unshifted beta wolves.

Eyeing Raziel and the blade that he held, her mouth twisted in contempt, her own golden eyes empty of the warmth they had held earlier in the ball. Large, feathery white wings sprung from her upper back, and spread out wide acting as a shield to her beast and the beast that it encumbered with ease. Her wings weren't actually able to shield much, but it showed that she wasn't about to avert her eyes and walk away.

"How many did you kill?" Serren tone inquired, but a demanding look was in her carefully emotionless gold eyes that were moved to Solace. She needed to know how many to look for, and while the information wasn't necessarily needed, it would make the search more quick. Serren planned on chaining them somewhere safe for them and the others of the city.

In response to Solace's nod she shrugged. She didn't care either way about the wolves. They were like her in a way when they lost control in their forms. Her Blood Lust could become a very similar concept at times. But, she wouldn't allow him to walk into that massacre alone. She would follow him into battle if need be. The gold would be a simple bonus. She looked at the woman. Her aura felt almost the opposite to what Shareas was herself. She felt naturally holy and all that is good while Shareas was a little less clear. She was muddled and marked by her ancestry.

The woman...changed. Becoming something even holier than before. A being appearing with her. It was actually quite.beautiful. Shareas' eyes narrowed as she spoke to Solace. She stepped closer to his side, prepared for anything. Though she.found the creature beautiful due to how pure it was, she wouldn't hesitate to defend herself or Solace. Her blood warmed as she became filled with built up anticipation and protectiveness.

Raising a brow as her wings sprouted from her back as well as from the fact that she had summoned another creature of her own, he would shake his head as he would crack his neck, his dark gaze landing upon Serran before he would simply raise a hand and curl his fingers. With the light from the moon, of course there were bound to be shadows around, and from those shadows, several chains with shackles, similiar to the ones that Raziel had used to bind the werewolf would spring from them and move to attach themselves to the creature as well as Serran. Closing his eyes as from the moment he had danced with her at the ball, he knew that she indeed was a creature of the light, as himself, he was one of darkness. Raising his blade up to his wrist, he would make a nice sized cut in his wrist before letting several drops of his blood fall into the shadows. As the shadows would seem to absorb the blood, the chains would seem to glow as streaks of blood would light up the chains that were moving towards the creature and Serran.

I do not care how many he had killed, for they all need to die. It does not matter who they were before, they are grotesque Monstrosities now. I will hunt down each and every one then hunt down the reason for their untimely deaths! Cracking his neck as he would raise his blade just abit and move into a defensive position, his lips would curve as his blade seemed to glisten within the moonlight. The blood that was pouring from his hand would cover the hilt of the blade and the same red streaks that were glowing within the shadows, would also glow upon his sword as well.

Step aside Serran, I do not wish to kill you, but I will do so gladly if you make me. Cracking his neck, he would twirl his blade, already waiting for Serran to make the first move.

"There is a man that I know. For seventeen years he never spoke. Guess he had nothing to say.
He opened his mouth on Judgement Day."

Solace was the only one trying desperately to reign in his powers. HE clenched his fist and his jaw to stay the rising urge to display his own set of wings. His face slid to a blank slate unable and unwilling to say anything for the moment. He grabbed Shareas by the arm silently telling her to stop. Yes, assassins were of the same ilk, but Solace was not about to risk his reputation to fight a woman who's name he did know.

Her wings were lovely. He'd always wanted to fly but his wings were heavy, gnarled and twisted. Moving them caused him great pain. Flight was the only ability that Father St. Clair couldn't manipulate. Her wings were far more beautiful and natural than his. The same could not be said for her attitude. She seemed to have a throne in her mind where her word was law. She sounded like a noble. A woman of wealth and opportunity. She didn't have a firm grasp of necessity, it seemed. Sometimes, there is no other alternative.

He tried his damnest not to look fazed at the sight of her monster. The purity of it made it all the more difficult to restrain himself. When she asked how many had he killed, he just raised an eyebrow.

"More than you've saved." The statement was quiet but heavy all the same. Now the swordsman wanted to fight and he let go of Shareas to stop him. "Stop. Stop it." He said. "Starting another battle in the middle of the street will solve nothing. Miss Avenging Angel will be proven wrong in moments if she keeps up her little act." He turned back to Serran. "If you care about men you don't know, take them to the church. They welcome all manner of bleeding hearts there." He held up his hand to show he wasn't armed nor did he intend to attack her. He wasn't going to ruin his reputation and stealth over a woman who didn't know how to properly deal with cursed creatures.

Her Blood Lust spiked with the anger she started to feel at Solace being threatened. She hadn't felt this protective in a long time for any being. Part of that scared her, having any type of attachment that could cause her to feel so strongly. She felt his hand on her arm, instantly cooling the Blood Lust. She looked at him, her gray eyes showing conflict as she tried to keep the overpowering need in check. Not many even knew about the curse that held her. She growled lightly, almost more like a whimper of pain. Hand off of her hilt, she nodded her head in tense, pained submission to his wishes. There was no way he could know the difficulty facing her at that moment could he? No, no one knew. She looked back up at the swordsman and the pure woman with her creature. "I will not attack. You will see the consequences, Pure One, on your own. You will learn one day that it is not always black and white, holy and unholy, as would be simpler." she said clearly despite the knives of pain spreading within her body. She glanced back at Solace, hoping he would end this fight so that they could move on to some place with less people to slay, less blood.

Serren was growing worried about the other afflicted guards and the citizens and others that were around them with each not so distant outcry. Obviously, the city wasn't prepared for an outbreak of werewolves--not like anyone really was. Chains and cells were needed, a dungeon would be ideal.

Obviously unable to alter any perspectives, she took a breath, taking a step back in her bare feet from the maroon streaked shadow chains that she saw could have the potential use for what she had suggested.

Giving a quick nod of her head to what Solace was saying, she thought about the ones that she had seen leave, it left around three betas that were still unstained. Solace was much more agreeable and she did appreciate his suggestion. However, she frowned at being called Miss Avenging Angel and the doubt of her capability.

Meeting her carefully blank eyes with Solaces own, she gave a tilt of her head. "Thank you for the suggestion," There was sincerity in her level tone, but it was unlikely she was going to bring the cursed men to a church of any kind.

Then, she placed a cool gaze on the elven woman. "I assure you that my vision is a whole spectrum of color. If I viewed everything and unholy and holy, I wouldn't be here trying to reason why the men being held behind me should be given a chance and not simply be cut down."

"Do as you see fit," Serren returned her gaze to the unwavering eyes of Raziel, relinquishing the thought of them seeing what she could. Yet, she did not move from in front of her monster and the ones that were trying to shift from the stronghold of her beast.

"I ask that you return my favor; let me do as I see fit with the men that I have and for you to not interfere if I decided to handle any that I firstly find." Her voice was even but her words more rushed than they had been earlier, she gave her wings an anxious rustle as she shook off building snow.

You find them, they live. I find them, they die. He would chuckle darkly as the shadows would slowly slip back into the ground and the glow would fade away. Raziel would also sheath his blade as well before he would turn to her again, his dark gaze landing upon her as he would let a soft smirk come to his lips. He could tell that she was clearly confused on how things ran within the world of Lycans. He knew all too well that they would cause chaos within the city, although the more he put down, the better off it would be.

Turning his gaze towards the Lycan, although he was in his human form and didn't recognize him, he had a good feeling that he knew the man from somewhere this night. Shaking his head at the thought as he knew he was just being paranoid at the moment. He would sigh softly before turning his gaze towards the two assassins. He knew that if the new beta's were killed, the less likely hood that they would cause trouble within the city. Turning towards the Assassins, he would smirk as he would take out another couple large bags of gold and tossing them at their feet. Twenty pounds of gold for each head you bring me that has lycanthro blood within them. He would then slowly turn around and start to walk in the opposite direction, knowing that he would have to find the red headed thief so that he could set up some sort of trap for the Werewolf.
