Dan followed ash he stopped when Damian appeared dan let out a sigh of relief as Damian left just as quickly. when dan entered the house he went and sat down on a chair he winced a bit as mia started working on his arm. he looked at ash "i'm fine for right now" Dan said as he looked at his arm being sewn back together
Ashlyn relased as she watched Mia work swiftly to sew up the wounds on his arm. It didn't take her too long to finish the stitches and to cover them with a light bandage to keep any dust and debris out of the wound. "Perfect. Thank you Mia, that will be all we need for now," she said curtly with a nod of her head. The girl packed up the supplies and hurried out of the room. Ashlyn stood from her seat and walked over to Dan. She lifted his arm gently to inspect the bandages, she was please with the work. "Good. As long as you keep clean bandages on these it shouldn't get infected," she said as she released his arm.

Her eyes remained focused on the doors of the establishment. Now that she was alone, she wasn't going to bust up in there all vampire hunter style, it wasn't her way. Slowly stepping back one foot at a time, her eyes scanned the area as her hand moved to the gun at her side, just in case. Her free hand moved up, clicking a button on the side of her shades, switching it to movement detection. It was time to leave.
She turned in place, briskly walking to the corner, within a few seconds, Amalia was gone from sight. It was time to be around others like herself for the time being. That, and she was very hungry. Making her way to Jay's Diner, she relaxed the hand from her gun, letting out a sigh slowly. Her hips swayed gently as she walked, glancing around at the few people standing outside. Looking back to the floor, she proceeded inside.
For a while Veronica laid in her bed as she rested. Her skin tingled with sensitivity as she shifted on the silky sheets. One of the downfalls of a renewal was always how it left her skin extremely sensitive. It usually took a while for the sensation to subside and for her to unwind from the process. Luckily she'd done it enough times that the process had become easier and quicker for her. Within an hour she felt perfectly normal again and was soon pushing herself up off the bed. No reason to lay around all day.
Moving over to her closet she stripped from the lightweight gown that she'd slid on earlier and pulled out something more suitable to be seen in. She pulled on a pair of black fitted pants and a deep red corset, pausing to make sure everything was straight before heading out of the bedroom. She slid on her boots and smoothed out her hair and feathers before turning and strolling out of the apartment. Using the front door instead of her bird form was rare for her as she skipped down the stairs two at a time. Within moments she burst out the front door and strolled out onto the street. She wondered idly what was going on in the city after the attacks from earlier. With no real destination in mind she began her trip through the city streets to view the damage. She realized as she walked that the damage could have been so much worse if Frost hadn't contained the explosions.

Having graciously taken Jackie's offer, Wynn had hurried home to her mistress's manor. She gave Jackie a calling card with her address and how to contact her as thanks, promising to repay the favor in the future. When she arrived at the manor, things were in quite the mess with several of the outer walls in terrible condition. Some sort of blast had weakened their strength, causing for the Lady to call for magi masons to work on them.
Wynn got caught up taking over some of the kitchen staff duties, then maid duty, then watching over her Ladyship's young servants- ones just as Wynn had been who were being brought up to live in the household. It wasn't for several hours before she got to sit down and escape the endless bounty of tasks. She took her leave, scribbling a note to the head of the servants that she would be back after a walk around the block. She didn't dare tell him in person, for fear that the lycan would force her back to work.
Slipping out the door, she sucked in fresh air. Ahh to be outside again. Her footsteps took her to the corner and she paused, considering where to go to.

Daku walking down the street. He had visited the graveyard. There was a very intriguing aura coming from the place. After having inspected it closely. He discovered why it was so intriguing. There was a very old vampire living deep within the crypts. The vampire was a witch. Hiding away in those crypts from prying eyes. Too bad it was not blocked away from the third eye. Daku had had fun with the witch. He had ravaged her in ways that even the "Devil" would have cringed away. When all was said and done. He turned her undead servants against her. Watching as the devoured her. Daku had even stolen her soul. Feeding it to one of his demons.
The memories brought a wicked laugh from his lips. She had screamed for him to stop what he was doing. If was funny though. She was twice his age, but not even close to one percent of his power. She was helpless to his torture. Now he had a home to call his own within this city. He had even taken the time to enchant the graveyard. If one tried to enter through the gate that led to the building which was the marker for the crypts. They would find themselves facing the other way. With a strong urge to go back the way the had come.
Daku looked up to see where he was going. It would seem he was headed towards that dinner he had fought outside of not to long ago. He looked about him. There was no magi in sight. Damn it would have been fun to kill that ignorant pup. He wanted him as his servant. Well he wanted the demon that resided in the boy. Feeling as if it was time to get off the streets. He walked to the dinner and took a seat in the far back corner of the place. His back against the wall. He ordered a raw steak. Then sat back and waited to see what would happen.
Having taken her place at a table in the somewhat center of the room, she had ordered her meal. Was sort-of a creamy hamburger helper noodle pasta. The smell was divine. Her shades laid rested on the table, not too far from her, and her gun laying ontop of her legs under the table. She never knew what could happen, but was prepared. Hopefully nothing did until her meal was finished. taking a few bites of her food, she chewed quietly, listening to the odd conversations around her but not into detail. Just words without meaning. Occasionally she sipped at her water.
A few minutes later she finished her meal and patted her lips clean. The waiter, took her plate, asking if she needed anything else. Amalia then ordered a red wine to top off the meal. He poured her a glass full, set the bottle in ice on the table and turned to leave. Lifting the glass her lips danced across the rim before her tongue tasted the sweet red wine. It soothed her, tasting amazing, rich in flavor.
A scent caught his attention. Following it with his eyes. He found the culprit. It was Amalia not to far from where he was. She was sipping some red wine. Once it was done she stood, putting on her glasses. She was about to leave the dinner. " Leaving so soon beautiful?" His voice was just barely loud enough to be heard by anyone at the distance she was. He leaned back against his seat. When she turned around to see who it was. He would disappear seconds before. To appear behind her. Leaning in to her ear. " Such rudeness can not be ignored." He chuckled and nipped her ear. Then he was gone. Standing on the other side of the street. Yeah he had not paid for his food, or even waited to have it served. He honestly had not planned on eating it anyway. Cow's blood was so disgusting.
Amalia wasn't ignoring him, just simply didn't know he was there. The room was crowded and she couldn't smell like he could. Hearing him speak however, her brow lifted a bit, thinking she heard Daku speaking. As she looked to the direction he vanished, only to be beside her. Hearing his whisper in her ear and then his words registered. 'How was I being rude?' She thought to herself then felt the n**. Reaching a hand up she touched it lightly, it surprised her more than hurt. He was gone again. Glancing around she searched for him. Was he playing games now? A smile crossed her lips briefly, trying to hide it from the patron's. Looking high and low she could find him. "Daku." She called out, not yelling but speaking normally. Was no point to yell, she knew he would hear her. Gazing her eyes past the door, she spotted him on the other side of the street. Tossing a few dollars on the table, Amalia laughed softly then began to walk briskly towards him.
Before she could leave however a young man her age grabbed her arm. His face was covered by a hood and mask. "Don't go. It's not safe." Amalia jerked a bit from the man's sudden grasp on her wrist. Immediately she glanced to the man. "Let go. I know him." The man paused, glancing to Daku then back to Amalia. "Just, stay. Trust me." He began to loosen his grip on her arm, still looking towards her. Shaking her head she jerked her arm from his grasp, a bit irritated that she was trying to be stopped. She said nothing then began to continue towards Daku.
Rubbing her arm gently with the other hand, only slightly pink from the sudden grip. She approached Daku, giving a brief smile as she looked up. "For your information, I didn't know I was being rude." Her eyes shifted over his then tilted her head slightly, placing her hands behind her back as to avoid him inspecting them. "Shall we go?"
Daku watched through the windows as she looked for him. she was not having a whole lot of luck in doing so. she was looking in places where he was not. Then when she looked his way finally. He smirked with a slight shake of his head. Daku crossed his arms as he waited. She had been coming towards him. Until some man grabbed her by the wrist. He could hear every word that was past between the two. It wasn't safe? Did the idiot not realize that living period was not safe.
After a few short minutes the woman was finally in front of him. " Love most do not realize when they are being rude." He could smell the human on her. He placed the scent in his memory bank. He would hunt him down later. For now though ,he acted as if he had no idea what happened in there. " Let's" He said as he turned and walked down the street.

Amalia felt a little relieved Daku didn't go and kill him on the spot, or at all, much less. The man was still her own race, no matter the indifference. She followed along beside him, her hands still at her back. Glancing to his boots then to his shoulder, she gently leaned over bumping his hip with hers. "Tell me then, we is it we are going?" She smiled then giggled softly. "I am following you, after-all." Her mind began to think about different things, wanting to tell him where she got the bullets and shades from. But surely he wasn't that interested in that. Perhaps, they could go there instead. "Hey, I have a place, if you don't at the moment." She still wanted to hear his idea first.
Daku thought it over for a few minutes. Just walking down the street. He was not really sure what he wanted to do at this time. He could think of few things., if none at all. Then she spoke up. " Sure lead the way beautiful" He said with a wave of his hand. He slowed down so that she could take the lead.

Pausing her walking for a moment, she nodded, understanding he liked her idea. Glancing up at the street signs, she read the ones they were closest to. Turning to head west, she then pointed down the street. "It's a few blocks that way." She smiled at him then began walking in that direction, turning to face forward, her eyes still looking over her shoulder for a moment. As she walked, the smooth leather pants shifted with her gentle swaying hips. Her boots tapping lightly against the cement ground. Her hands lifted up, petting a few strands of her hair. "Did you go visit the house you mentioned?" Her eyes looked down, but still listened if he spoke.
He nodded his head and followed beside her. His mind was on other things as they walked. He was running over the many spells he had cast back at the graveyard. Making sure he did not miss any. then his eyes moved up to see he had fallen slightly behind. The view from his current position was quite lovely. He watched as her hips swayed to and fro. Then his eyes traveled up her body. He was speeding up so that he was walking a long side her once more. The wind blew past and lifted her hair from her shoulders. Exposing her bare neck to the world. He felt his mouth water a little. Then she spoke and brought him back to the world. " Yes, but it was not a house. A graveyard on the other side of town." He said with a smirk.
