It is indeed. Though it's dead as far as thread-activity goes, I maintain the database as best I can [as well the associated spreadsheet] and I still occasionally get RP requests from somebody who found me on here.

I pop in once every week or two if I can to check for new profiles/requests.

A short storyline summary: A New Pokemon region equals a new Pokemon League Challenge. New Trainers from other regions as well as trainers native to Lexiea Island are gathering in Cobalt Town to start their journey. However, things are not as simple as they seem.
