tab tab Kaylee was born the youngest of five girls. Naturally, she was the baby of the family, so her parents, the king and queen, treated her as such. Kaylee's childhood years were full of getting whatever she wanted when she wanted with no stop. Between the ages of four and ten, she was a bit of a brat. She would be manipulative and use her title as the baby princess to her advantage. One day she threw a temper tantrum because she wasn't getting her way, and she was smacked by one of her sisters. She was so shocked that she stopped screaming. After a small lecture from her older sister, Kaylee decided to stop her manipulative ways and try to be a much better person. After a year of perseverance, Kaylee was able to get rid of her old, bad habits and people started to like her as a person much more. Still, one thing did not change. She was still considered the baby of the family by her father.

Because of this, Kaylee was always slightly more naive than her other sisters. She was still smart, and aware of what was going on the in the world, but she wasn't as strong as others. When Kaylee turned thirteen, she became fully aware of the wars that had been going on outside the security of the castle walls. She had known about the wars, but not in such detail. A few years later, the second war between her kingdom and the opposing kingdom ended. She was happy about the peace treaty, then she learned of what would happen to her. She found out about an arranged marriage contract between she and her sisters and the neighboring kingdom's princes. Kaylee wasn't sure how to respond to this new plan for her husband-to-be. She just had to cope with it, and she was pretty good at it. The arranged marriages between the kingdoms' royalty didn't seem like a terrible idea to Kaylee, and she didn't realize how much the people hated the decision. It wasn't until she was almost kidnapped one day that she noticed the danger of the treaty.

Kaylee would never forget that day, and now because of that, she's not sure if the arranged marriage plan is such a great idea.

tab tab Being the second youngest of the family Fiona lived a pretty shaded life. She had less obligations to fulfill than the oldest but at the same time was not treated like a baby. She was a shy child, usually only opening up to her sisters or her parents, and still has yet to grow out of it. She get's a little nervous around new people and it usually takes a little time for her to open up. her shy and caring nature is know through out the staff of the castle as well so they are careful to try not to startle her.

Fiona at a young age became fascinated with books and likes to spend most of her time either in the library or outside reading away. Most often than not it is a romance story that she has her nose into but she does read others. A lot of times if someone is looking for her the most likely place they can find her is in the library. With her love of books, Fiona also has a tendency to day dream. Sometimes nothing in particular but she is known to startle easily if daydreaming.

Unlike some of her sisters, Fiona prefers the confides of the castle to sneaking out and wandering the city, only going if she needs or is told to. She has more fear of the outside now that her younger sister was attacked. She has no objections to the arranged marriage, knowing that it is her duty to do so if it means peace, but on the instead she would rather wait, an make a story of her own, much like one in one of her romance novel's.

tab tab Justin, being the youngest of this royal family, was often over looked. He wasn't going to rule, was too skinny to be a good fighter, and too much anti-social to be a ambassador, so his parents just pushed him to the background. He didn't really mind, he liked to be on his own, he spent most of his time in the library reading anything and everything. It didn't take long till he was one of the smartest minds in the three kingdoms, not that anyone would know that. Justin refused to put himself in the lime light, people just didn't understand him or how he thought, so he'd rather not deal with them.Anyone who first met Justin would assume he was a cold heartless person, which is not the case. He is very found of his family, even he is over looked at times, he just has a hard time showing his feeling.

When Justin was 15 he was traveling to Coral City's Monastery his caravan was ambushed. The guards put themselves between him and the attack. Not a fighter Justin was content to let them to the heavy work, but something slipped past his notice, a man with a dagger. Justin's focus was on the battle, and didn't see him until it was too late to do anything. Turning he saw a large man, sword raised to strike him down. But the blow never came, the attack was thwarted by a short blonde, 'cat lady'. She intrigued Justin greatly and he had her appointed his personal guard. It's been two years since they met and Justin has grown found of her, much like one is with a pet, as that is how she tends to act. He doesn't mind, he even finds her cat like behaviors amusing.

Justin never wanted to get married, and he felt no responsibility to do so. He wasn't the oldest, didn't need to produce and heir, he wasn't Anyone of importance, so why was he forced into this arrangement.The thought of being tied to someone who could never reach his level of intelligence made him sick. The person he spent the most time with was Faye, and that was because she made it that way. She was the only one that kept him from going insane, when one sees everything, it tends to overwhelm you at times. But she knew when to leave him alone, but to be married meant he had to take care of another person, he didn't know how to do that, nor did he want to.

tab tab "The princess is born! The princess is born!" Shouted a nurse, after a successful operation. The heir to the Queen's chair was born a beautiful, healthy infant. Her path had already been chosen for her before she knew her name, Rosaline. When the young princess was two, another baby was born, the second youngest princess, and she loved her baby sister. Even though she was just two she felt the responsibility of an older sister. That responsibility grew more and more each time another one of her many sisters was born. When Rosaline was 7, her mother, the Queen, grew sick during her fifth pregnancy. Rosaline and her sisters were all too young to fully understand what was happening, but it didn't stop her from staying by her mother's side. One day during this sickness Rosaline made her way into the Queen's room to find her father mourning over the ill body. "Father?..." Rosaline's quiet voice spoke out.
The king lifted his head in surprise to see his eldest daughter before him, "Oh... Hello, Rosaline..." Doubt was starting to fill the King's heart of the Queen's recovery.
Rosaline took her father's hand and gave him her comforting smile, "It's gonna be ok, Father. Mother's gonna get better, I can feel it."
The king gave a small chuckle and hugged his daughter, "Well aren't you my optimistic princess." And that she was. Rosaline always looked on the positive side of things or hoped for the best. She wasn't the type to see the glass as half empty, it was always half full to her. Rosaline fed her father's heart with hope, and three day's later the Queen managed to make a full recovery. The kingdom saw it as a miracle. A month later, Kaylee was born. From then on they spent happy days together as a family. Rosaline's favorite part was before they all went bed, Father would always take the time out of his night to read them a bed time story. Rosaline's favorite was Mulan, The Warrior Princess.

tab tab As the heir to Queen's throne, Rosaline was looked up to with high respect. She always did what she was told. She was given lessons on how to present herself as a future queen. However there were other lessons she was given that she had enjoyed more. For example, she always loved her violin lessons, she even took up the archery as a skill. Not saying she was the most perfect markswoman, but she wasn't too shabby either. It was a 50/50 shot that she'd hit the middle target, but at least she never missed the target. However, even living in the luxury life, something was missing for Rosaline... She never felt free.. In the royal garden there was always exotic flowers, and her favorite, butterflies. She admired how they could flutter away with their heart's content. When ever she didn't have a lesson or a place to be, and had free time... You could always find her in the garden, with a book. Either reading one of her favorite stories, or studying more about the beautiful butterflies.

She knew it was her duty so she never questioned it, no matter how much she may have wanted too... It made sense to her that she had to wed, but why her younger sisters? Maybe... Just maybe she can help her sister's escape this fate...

tab tab Melitta was born and raised a middle class family in the Second Kindgom. Her parents were innovators helping to create steam-powered flying machines, but were also keen on studying magic as well. They made enough money for the family of them, Melitta's Aunt and Uncle, and little Melitta to easily get by. But then, of course, the war started. That was when innovation got serious. When Melitta's parents were rarely at home anymore, leaving her Aunt and Uncle to take care of her. When they did eventually come back, they were beat down, tired, emotionally drained. They were not the same anymore.
This did not help Melitta one bit. She wanted to continue studying magic and how to create things with such forces. Her only choice was to leave, which she did when she was older. She did not leave the kingdom, though. But she did leave to go study under a master innovator. The training was very hard, but she was willing to do it, even though she knew eventually, she would feel like giving up.
The war was eventually over. Melitta had gotten older, and life had seemingly gotten harder to her. But that wasn't a problem, seeing as she was doing what she loved and was continuing her parents' duties. That was, until talk over who would take the Third Kingdom's land began. Then, she became upset. Another war was sparked, and then the First Kingdom decided to settle their differences with arranged marriage?! To Melitta, it didn't work like that. They had to keep fighting to find the real victor of this huge dispute. Then, Melitta found people who thought similarly to her. The assassination group. She was willing to join, seeing as if a Prince or Princess was killed, at least one of the marriages couldn't be complete, and then this would press on, and maybe lead the Second Kingdom to victory. But. What kind of assassin doesn't have a weapon?
She found an old blade lying around her old Master's lab and picked it up. She loved the feel of the hilt, how light it was to swing. But it was still oh, so deadly. Perfect. She pleaded to join the assassination group, telling them of her troubles, and they agreed.
Now, Melitta is assigned to kill the second oldest princess. She will do it willingly, seeing as victory is the only way to settle a dispute. She and the other assassins are ready to get this overwith as soon as possible.

tab tab Jessica was born and raised for most of her childhood in the City of Ember. She was surrounded by the magical mysteries that dwell there. Strangely enough, her parents were humans, and they lived normal, or the closest you could get to normal, lives. Living in the city, Jessica learned how to survive and protect herself using knives and acrobatics. There were still the few monsters that just abhorred humans. One day, Jessica and her family were gathering food, when they were attacked. Everything happened so quickly that she didn't even see who or what attacked them. Jessica didn't know how long she was out, but when she came out of her coma, she saw the bodies of her parents. She was only thirteen, so this was a devastating sight for her. She was never the same after that. She would kill anything that made her mad. She became infamous in the city. Soon, nothing there wanted her there, so she was forced out.

Beaten, Jessica left the City of Ember. She was both reluctant and relieved to leave the place that held so much pain and misery. She finally found herself at the First Kingdom. To make end's meat, she would do odd jobs. She kept her old life a secret. She would never tell anyone about her childhood, or her parents. Jessica even stopped killing people. Eventually, she was able to get a stable job as a maid in the First Kingdom's palace. She started out small in the "maid hierarchy". There was a weird, almost political system to which maid had more power or who was in charge of who. Jessica made her way up in the "ranks". She became one of the head maids in the palace. During this time, there were the wars between the kingdoms. Jessica never cared about what happened, she knew how to take care of herself. It wasn't until she heard about the assassination attempt of the youngest princess. She heard that there was a high price for the head of the royal children. Ever since that moment, she started to change back to that young teenager back in the City of Ember.

Jessica would go out at night and practice her old knife skills. She was a bit rusty at first, but it didn't take long for her to regain her old skills back. Jessica would do small assassinating jobs for crime bosses every once in a while. Eventually she became infamous again in the First Kingdom. Now she has taken on the job of the youngest prince's assassin.
