Mack Pack: My name is Mack Pack, and I'm here now to tell you that this is, in fact, a direct link to 2 new and promising guilds that were designed to do everything that I just roped you in with! And here to tell you all about it is my assistant: Slick Mick!

ANYWAY!!!!

As you might have guessed by now, this is an advertisement thread. HOWEVER!!! This is also going to be an RP thread, based in a bar setting! I’ll get into the details about that in a bit, but for now, here are the links for the 2 guilds that I want to help promote.

This guild is by far the most ambitious thing I've ever had the privilege to be a part of. This guild is home to role plays that are just far too big and expansive to house in one thread. If you have a massive RP idea, but don't have the cash to set up your own guild for it, then this guild is for you. Or if you want to join a massively sized RP that won't shut down in a week or two. Then this guild is for you as well.

Housed in S.U.P.E.R.M.A.S.S.I.V.E. is my own RP, entitled: Nebula Conscripts. It's a Sci-Fi RP with little to no rules on the player. It's a sandbox RP, meaning that you the players can do just about anything you can think of within the RP universe. The only major goal of the players is to make as much money as you could ever want. Which might be never, but that's up to you! Please check it out if it interests you.

This guild is also incredibly useful for all of us writers out there. The goal of this guild is to give people a place where they can have their story ideas critiqued and built upon. It could be an RP idea, an ideal for a novel, a TV show, anything you can think of. We're looking for smart people who can critique well and enjoy helping other people out.

Bear in mind that both of these guilds are fairly new, and aren't entirely active right now. This is why we NEED more people to join our ranks!!! And that's where this RP comes in to play.

I wanted to give people an RP thread that they could just have fun in. A generic setting that accepted all types, all races, all sizes. A place where players could make their own adventures happen how they want it. But I also plan on using this thread to see if anyone here sticks out as a good role player. You don't have to be the best, or even really good, just good enough for us. You know: good grammar and enthusiasm.

And if you are, you may just receive an invite from me or my partner in crime: neon-neon.

The sky is dark as the moon hangs in the night sky. But in the city, the lights are all on and there is still much amusement to be had. The back alleys are teeming with ne-er do wells, and steam rises in columns through the holes in the manhole covers. Street music can be heard drifting over the low hum of city night life. But in one back alley, there's a particular bar that has been known to attract rather... interesting clientele.

The Naughty Hare, as it's called, is located on the corner of an old city street near the outskirts of town. The doors are scratched and splintered in various spots, and it looks like the hinges have been replaced many times over. Underneath the bar's neon sign is a neon outline of a sensuous woman, leaning back in a seductive pose, with a large pair of rabbit ears atop her head. The few windows that are directed outside are either boarded up or coated over in a thick layer of grime and dust. When one opens the creaky doors, they would find... a pretty nice bar actually. The main bar is well stocked with all sorts of drinks, there's a stage with several instruments waiting to be played, a dance floor, and plenty of tables and stools to sit at. In the back there's a hallway, with a sign overhead that reads "Privacy Rooms". What these rooms are for is up to the individuals that use them. And if one were to ask the bartender, they might just find out about the basement, and the fighting ring that's been set up to help ease tensions in a more civilized manner.

The only thing that may deter people from this bar are the tenants. Some of them seem to be less than ideal people, and some don't even appear to be human! For those seeking adventure, action, or just a quick place to get buzzed, the Naughty Hare is the place to be!

THE RULES!!!

1. Follow the Gaia TOS, obviously.

2. No God-modding. I will hunt you down and gut you if you break this one.

3. I am God in this thread. I reserve the right to punish anyone who I think is abusing the rules, or just being a general annoyance.

4. Keep all posts semi-literate and third person. And please try and do the best you can with grammar and spelling. I really don't think that's too much to ask for, do you?

5. Use " " for speaking, italics for thinking, and ((, [[, or {{ for OOC. And please no asterisks, those are not considered third person, those are considered chat speak crutches.

6. No killing off other players without their written consent. Breaking of this rule will result in breaking of limbs, most likely yours.

7. No quote trees. Period.

8. You may have multiple characters, but keep it to a maximum of 3. Anybody who says they can control 6 characters at once is a downright liar.

9. Don't use text smaller than size 9, I.E. small text. Anything smaller than that and my eyes begin to hemorrhage. It's not fun at all.

10. Be nice to your fellow RP-ers. We're all human, we all make mistakes from time to time. If this happens, politely let that person know so they can fix it.

It was quiet for the moment. The bar was empty, and the night was just starting. Sleeping away soundly in his own hidey-hole was the Naughty Hare's bartender: Kipp Flannigan. Kipp was snoring lightly, glad in the knowledge that he wouldn't have to wake up just yet. But that euphoria was shattered when Kipp's large alarm clock came blaring to life. Kipp immediately threw out his arm, punching the clock dead in the face, effectively turning it off and sending it flying into the wall in one fell swoop.

Kipp grumbled incoherently as he picked himself up and crawled over to the trapdoor the led out to the bar above him. Ironically enough, Kipp's bed was actually located under the bar's floorboards, just above the ceiling to the basement below. This kind of space would normally not make a great place to sleep, but Kipp wasn't exactly a normal person. In fact, calling him a person was a bit of a stretch.

Once Kipp opened up the trap door above him and poked his head through, it was obvious to see that he wasn't human. Kipp was in fact a rabbit-demon, with long fluffy ears, a rabbit like face, fur, and a little white tail to boot. Kipp yawned loudly as he stepped up onto the bar floor, closed the trapdoor behind him, and began to root around in the cupboards behind the bar for his clothes. Kipp quickly found them, and threw on his shorts, his old, worn-out sweater, and his signature top hat. The hat had a spiral design running up the sides of it, and at the top was a picture of a crazed smiley face. One eye was winking, the other was spiraled, and the mouth was set in a huge, sharp-toothed grin. Kipp's ears poked through the holes he added to the hat as he slipped on his most prized possession. Kipp then looked around behind the bar for a particular switch.

Kipp let out a small 'Aha!' as he found it, and flipped the switch on. All of the lights in the bar began to flicker on, including the large neon sign out front. The stage's multicolored lights also flickered to life, and began to make slow, animated motions around the stage. Kipp stretched, rewarding himself with a few stray cracks from his back and other joints. Kipp then took his spot behind the bar, waiting for the first customers of the night.

Tania swooped in the door of the bar just as Kipp flicked the lights on, her high-heeled shoes click-clacking across the floor. She too was a rabbit-demon like Kipp - albeit much shorter and curvier and hatless. "Snuggums!" she squealed in her traditional greeting. "Oh my gawsh I missed you!"

Never mind that it had only been a few hours since their last meeting. Tania bolted up to the bar and leaped over it, her short pleated skirt kicking up to a view of her pink-and-white lace panties. It was a well-rehearsed routine, for she landed squarely on Kipp, her arms around his neck.

To be honest, Kipp had no idea what to make of the situation. For one thing, a very hot female of the rabbit persuasion had just walked in and decided to tackle him, giving him a very comfortable headrest at the same time. On the other hand, she had knocked him clear into the rack of booze and other assorted drinks behind him, causing his back to crack again, but not in the way he wanted. And furthermore, he had never met this chick before in his life, and here she was acting like they were going steady! He wasn't complaining, exactly, but it was strange to say the least. So strange that Kipp had to voice his concerns the only way he could: with his thick Cockney accent.

"Emmm, marm, oi'm no' achin' or 'nufin, bu' jus' oo're yew an' 'ow do yew know me?"

"Oh, don't you know anything? We're just posilutely meant to be!" Tania scolded her star-crossed lover. "This morning, at the cornerstore..." She sat up, her legs wrapped around Kipp's waist, and sighed longingly as she clasped her hands together. "You looked at me as we crossed ways by the register, our eyes locking onto each other, passion at first sight!" She sighed dreamily, and little hearts were reflected in her eyes. "Oh, I can't wait for the honeymoon in Fiji!" She winked at Kipp. Pressing a finger to his mouth, she leaned and whispered to him. "Shhh, say no more. The divine celestial bodies of fate have spoken. You and I are meant to BE! Kipp and Tania forever."

Oh yeah. Lizz, meet Rose. We used to roleplay together wayyyyyy back when I first started in Gaia. It was actually during the first Summer Extravaganza event that the admins put up. The giant water war. *reminisces* Good times, gooooood times.

Kipp was unnerved to say the least. When this chick went on about how they 'locked eyes' at the corner stone, Kipp tried his hardest to remember what in Gordy's good name she was talking about. He did remember seeing a rabbit girl like her when he was getting off work and decided to hit up the local coffee shop for a quick buzz. In fact, now that he thought about, Kipp was sure it was her he saw there! But he only looked at her for, like, 3 seconds max! This chick was crazy to think he'd marry her after only glancing at her... gifts. She was hot, but not that hot.

Kipp decided that now would be an excellent time for a tactical retreat, and gently grabbed on to Tania's finger and moved it away so he could speak. "Yeahhhhh, umm, no offense, bu'..." And that was when Kipp made a huge pushing motion with his back legs and sent himself flying backwards into the wall. But instead of crashing head on, Kipp went straight into his hat instead! There was a reason Kipp's hat was his most prized possession. The fact that it was enchanted had something to do with it, but the thing was stylish and snazzy to boot! Kipp was now completely and magically tucked away inside his hat, causing Tania to be sitting on nothing but the bar floor, leaving her with nothing but Kipp's floppy top hat.
