oh, really? that's an interesting way to get into the series.
i read some of the episode descrips on hulu and was like, "uhhh ... looks ... no."
but then i got bored enough to check it out and totally love it!

dude season two is when s**t hits the fan and gets real. loving it so far! glad your night is chill ~

Before randomly finding it on netflix I had never even heard of it.
But it sounded interesting so I saved it.... and so far it's quite
different from what I thought it'd be. At first I wasn't sure about
it since it kinda had a Children of the Flies kind of feel and I
haaaaaated that book in high school. But I'm about to start episode
five in season one and it's getting better. :3

And I don't know why, but how violent it is keeps surprising me. Like,
I wouldn't expect the situation to go any different, but when they show
certain things it's like... they show this on regular television??!

yaaayyy; you agree. with how much it was hailed on the blogosphere,
omg. guilty pleasure of mine? --> gossip girl. i always through they came
up with interesting twists and social commentary and great fashion.

yeah; with the 100, i was definitely taken by surprise. i didn't expect
that much realism from the cw at all. with all the infighting and torture and stuff.
i really like the internal politics ~

i kinda expected just ... idek??? just i had went in with kinda low expectations.

IT'S COOL. you know, when i heard of it, i was like, "was that a spinoff of lord
of the flies????" LOL. don't worry -- i had to read great gatsby and honestly
hated it.

Yeeeeaaaaah, usual cw issues.
And yet I probably watch more cw shows than anything else.
Game of Thrones I started but didn't get very far. But all that
violence was expected so it wasn't as startling, ya know?
But I'm excited to know that the show keeps getting better.

SORRY. I meant Lord of the Flies. But it's basically a bunch
of little boys who get stranded on an island and act like
total idiots. Maybe reading it again wouldn't be so bad, but
when they assigned it in high school I couldn't get through it
because the characters annoyed me so hardcore I couldn't
take it. :/
