The Great Demon Garakon is hosting a Tournament for his viewing pleasure. He calls to all the greatest warrios around all of Gaia who think themselves worthy to be within his presence. Both good and evil, magical and futuristic. There are no limits on what racial preferance a competitor can be. There is a limit on how powerfull a person can be but that is within reason. There are no Dragonball level planet destroying blobs of goo that are indestructible running around. Keep the power levels more down to a Yu Yu hakusho, Naruto or Bleach level.
Once walking into the front room a person would see a receptional desk. Here there are a few things that must be gone over for each person. First there is a list one must billet themselves into. To be eligible for competing one must understand that their life will be at risk and that they must sign this said waiver if their life is lost.
