Howdy and welcome to the Taming the Heirs OOC Topic. Got questions about the rp, goings on, etc post here. If you're new to it introduce yourself.
If you need ideas on how to introduce yourself you can go with where you're from (no exact addresses people), your age, things you like, and so on and so forth.

If you're curious about the rp but aren't certain you want to join, go ahead and ask any questions you want here that will help you decide. If I get enough of certain questions I'll likely edit in a FAQ here.


And to introduce myself, I'm your unfriendly neighborhood LunaticChaos, I'm 25, one of the seemingly rare good male rpers, and I'm from Texas (in the United States for you non North American folks) pleased to meet you all.

Yo! I was thinking of joining as The Second Princess of Renlovi. Perhaps with a bit of a brother complex, Im not sure yet.

So the heirs do know or dont know that their being set up? The siblings know for sure, right?

Siblings know for sure as they've been told to do it.
The Heirs think its just a peace conference, albeit the possibility that the siblings have been told (or are planning) to try and seduce them would be there in their minds (Kind of a common ploy at any sort of large noble/royal meet up), they just don't know that's the entire point of the meeting.

Whenever I get a truly ridiculous profile, I always go and give it the Mary Sue Litmus Test, just for fun to see how bad it is. I got a profile that I hit the unsalvageable point before I even got halfway down the test.

I find it amusing to do this test myself every now and then, ran Nero through it for fun as well, for those curious he's a 2.

Anyhoo, I'm almost done reading, but from what I gather, they're trying to get brothers and sisters to marry each other...so they're resorting to incest to prevent wars and stuff... e_e;;

the y are trying to marry into the other families, to make a intermarriage alliance, the siblings of the heirs have been told to seduce the heirs of the other nation if they can but to keep this information from their older brother or sister,

so for example one of the the Maenalos family would try to seduce and marry the Silverion family

Nope, basically each nation is trying to get its younger children to attract the heirs of the other nations.
So basically my character who is Renlovi's heir is a target for Veshalon, Shildraina, and Jalxeer's younger siblings.
Cen's character who is Jalxeer's heir is a target for my character's siblings (Well male ones at least) as well as the younger siblings for Shildraina and Veshalon.
