Here are some unusual sandwiches I like:

pringles (classic flavor) smooshed in between 2 pieces of buttered bread
fried egg and cheese sandwiches
guacamole sandwiches
peanut butter and banana
peanut butter, chocolate, and banana

- fun to come up with unique but tasty combinations ^_^
