Appearance: He might look sixteen, but he's eighteen. Promise. But this isn't normal apparel for him. After the Warden went through the major cities of the world drawing the garments he saw, Ethes pieced together a style for this wedding and set the Air Kingdom tailors to work. So here he is, 5'7" with cream gold wings and a lithe build, dressed in something resembling appropriate attire. That mess of brown-gold hair is never going to change, though.
Personality: Ethes has a high opinion of himself, ranging from clever to good-looking to debonair. It's really best to leave him thinking that way. But don't let yourself turn your back on him, or he will get into something he shouldn't. He's the curious sort and considers nothing to be none of his business. The more he's told no, the more likely he is to overstep his boundaries. Although, truth be told, Ethes rarely does anything himself. Usually he sends someone else to nose around on his behalf while he makes a mess of things elsewhere.
Bio: As the very last son of the Air Kingdom, there wasn't much left for Ethes. The kingdom's attention on his brother, their doting on his sister, and all that left was their silent prayers for Ethes. Not that he was neglected, not by any measure. Ethes grew up under a well-rounded panel of instructors. Flight, history, literature, music and the arts... All in regard to the Air Kingdom, of course. He did well across the board, nothing special. Except in flight, which Ethes feels comfortable saying he mastered in a surprisingly short time. He'd even go so far as to say he made maneuvers no one else had thought of before.
And he'd later apply them to going where he shouldn't. See, he knew how to get attention if he wanted it. Losing it afterward became the challenge. But then again, he never saw the issue with being in trouble. It wasn't as if imprisonment was an option. And as long as he could fly, what did Ethes care what they did? It was almost more fun when they tried to stop him from getting around. After the chase, he was too excited to be upset. Honestly, half the reason he visited other Air Kingdom cities without anyone knowing was because of their reaction once he was caught. Same goes for all the pranks he pulled in between. Hiding robes, tomes, and sometimes evidence of his other pranks, it was all to see what they would do. Isn't that close enough to caring about someone to count?
Other: Ethes has a small habit of rolling coins over his knuckles. Up, down, over both, whatever he feels like. It's an absent-minded hobby.
