ooo i have a question. could i use a character from an anime? hes not like the main character or anything and I would probably change the personality a lot... he just looks cool and has cool powers ^w^

You can use like-ness as in the picture, But not the name or anything. I want you to make the charatcer and make it your own. Not using someone elses. Be Original~!

can I use his powers too? they are the main reason i wanted to use his picture... never seen any other anime pic that shows what I mean when i say he is creepy ^^ I'll of course use my own name and personality for him and even tweak the powers a little. Its just the idea for the ability and a picture that shows it that I want to use. Besides, more than likely the majority of the people that join will use powers they have seen somewhere else before.
