Anyway, I'm pretty good right now. I have a mountain of stuff I should be doing for school (chem reports and a group project on swim suits...), but tomorrow's saturday so I have this "I have nothing due tomorrow! Free time galore!" feeling. xD So I wanted to make a roleplay because I have major cravings for doing so. And I did. Yeah. I'm pretty bad at starting conversations so I just kind of threw information at you, haha.

On the contrary, I'm having quite a fun time filling it out in an. . . interesting manner.

But I really don't have anything to do for the demons ( A.K.A "teachers" ) at my hellish courtyard ( A.K.A "school" ) so I figured why not play around with roleplaying in my free time.

Haha, good. xD I decided no profiles because I like it better that way so I just kind of made the background check a little more thorough than I usually would've.

I got super busy this past week, haha. I realized how much crap I had to do and had to scramble. Most of it is for one class, too. Who knew an elective would be more work than my major? [I'm a biochem major so I have a painful college life ahead of me...]

Haha...yeah. And that's not even the half of it. My entire major is Biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology.
I get to take a class dubbed "Cell Hell" by students and teachers alike. At least I've got about two years before that. >.< But I can't even take an elective until my senior year because my schedule is so packed the next two years.
And that major ruins mostly any mutant, zombie, or biopunk roleplay for me since I can pick out all the things wrong with how they've set up genetics or biological pathways. xD
Despite all this I love my major. So I guess that's a good thing.

On another random note, my autocorrect tried to turn "bby" into "buy." That changes the whole meaning of the sentence. xD
Me and autocorrect have a love/hate relationship...but I can't bring myself to turn it off, even if it does screw up a lot of things.

Yeah, I'm just planning to take English as my major and probably double up with Life Sciences or something else that deems itself interesting to me in the long run.
I'm going to get a chance to look at future colleges in a few years, so that's definitely something to look forward to.

I see, I see. It's good to have a plan. 3nodding I wanted to be a doctor for the longest time, but then I realized junior year of high school that I hate touching people. xD So yeah, I decided research was the way to go, and I love it.
Maybe double in international affairs? It's an easy second major and it looks really nice on a resumé to be able to go to different countries and speak their language and all. Assuming you like learning other languages, that is, haha.

Describe your character: A bored one, that is what you could call her. Her name, if you're willing, is Blanca Fairfax, although labels and other things thought up by society to forcefully impose on others for nothing more than meager passion and pride has been all but lost on her eyes. Her silken hair that has the pigment of a golden brown has yet to see the light of day; rather, it is never seen fully bushed or combed and a ponytail is the most decorated as you will catch sight of it. Eyes that could be described as the utmost brightest of hazel is nigh sullen and lifeless with a mark of the insomniac under both of them, rendering her features rather. . unattractive. A short nose matched with a rarely expressive mouth, it seems that this young woman's true allure lies not her exterior but for what lies within in the recesses of her mind. Sharp wit meets a perfect cross with logical genius, as it seems no algebra equation, no essay on an entire empire, simply nothing could faze it for the moment, no matter how much effort was put into in attempting such an impossible feat. This has also spurred relative isolation from other humans, preferring the company of much less demanding animals - perhaps her own cat, Moonlight? Ah, yes, that is Ms. Fairfax, the demeaning and quite possibly condescending orphan. Did I fail to mention that she is 6'0" in height?
What will you and your character bring to this roleplay: A mix between genius and self-deprecation, Blanca will definitely be (or at least try to become) the one pulling the strings. As always, it is a saying: fear the quiet ones.

Anyway, my apologies that it's short, I tried to make up for it in my word choice and eloquence.

You're preliminarily accepted. xD So accepted but I have something I want you to clarify.

Can you describe exactly what your character's power would be?
I'm a bit iffy about people control since it can easily cross over into god-modding and puppet play. And be a bit careful because tactics play can cross a bit into the Seer's area (unless they play them differently than what I've pictured, which is also a possibility.) But that would probably put a giant hole in your character so I dunno.

And short doesn't quite matter to me, haha. For the prompts at least. I did say any length and all (although I think I gave it a cap of 1k words so I wouldn't sit there and analyze it). And I must say mention of the "elite" in that was kind of...chilling. In a good way, of course.

Haha, and your samples are objective, yet still feeling. It's a strange writing style I haven't seen before or much. Mine are far more subjective, like 1st person written in third, so it's a strange contrast. xD

As for Ms. Fairfax's power, it's actually pretty vague now that I look at it. Think of it as instead of actual sway, more of a tongue of silver and with the wits to match so basically if she wanted you to do something, there's a very high chance she'd convince you to do it. I merely explained it like I did because although a silver tongue has many uses, a chessmaster only uses one.
