I was picturing it as John/Princess Whatever is going to be the ruler soon. The circumstances for the delay are up for debate, depending on where you want to go with it.
Also, plot idea? Is loved. Kind of as the first event, or somewhere down the line?

Hey, compliments where they're due. Otherwise, I was going to quit and type out a description, and I hate doing that.
That's pretty much what I'm doing now, lol. I've got to finish the bio, and likes/dislikes and then I'm done.
And I'll be working 3 till midnight from now on, so I've got uninterrupted computer time! Woo! That is, until I'm forced to be nocturnal. Oh, the joys of a new job.
