Ability: Snow Manipulation
Ability explanation: the ability to manipulate and control snow. He can decrease the temperature in the air to the point where precipitation freezes and crystallize to form snow as well as form and launch spherical energy made out of ice and snow.
Clubs: Magazine, Dance
Plans for the character: A carefree and humble boy with a passion for the art of dance. Xue moved to Japan from Taiwan four years ago, but still is not yet fluent in the Japanese language. He often likes to perform monologues (that comes complete with silly gestures). Also, because his power is Snow Manipulation: snowball fight in the middle of summer, anyone?

Oh, I was just making a Mortal Kombat joke. One of the fighters is called Sub-Zero, he uses ice powers, and he belongs to a clan of ninja/assassins called the Lin Kuei.
