I've learned people pay attention to women advertising rather than men. Or at least it appears based on being a recruiter for a site and the statistics show xD

Usually when I go out and advertise it does alright.
Just depends on what people are interested in doing at the time.
Mafia/gang rps aren't at the top of everyone's to do list.
