okaaay here we go:

boy is a trouble-maker, a total delinquent, and he's got two strikes against him.
he slips up, making one major mistake, which gets him in some serious trouble.
but, instead of being sent to juvie, the boy instead gets a chance to "redeem" himself,
by attending a well known "Prep School" You know, private boarding school, strict rules, stuck up teens, ect, all that jazz.
but he does get one security blanket, his twin sister attending the school with him. His sister, she's almost as bad as him, but she rarely gets caught. she's a drinker, a party girl.

so, when he arrives on campus, he gets news that he also has to take some after class tutoring sessions from a total good girl. straight a's, prim, proper, innocent. with the 'perfect' boyfriend. he instantly finds her attractive, and being the player he is, he is determined to get her. her boyfriend, you know him, popular, also something of a player, sets his eyes on the new girl who happens to be mr. rebel's sister, she has no interest in him... or so she says.
