Hello! First of all, I hope that you are having a wonderful day. (:
Alright, now down to business. I am looking for a one on one role play over PM, more specifically a literate role play. Here's how I define literate / what I am expecting in a partner: someone who can write a nice, lengthy post that pushes the story forward, decent spelling and grammar, and in depth characters. That's it, not too bad, right? I hope not! As a side note, for those who are interested, I use male characters for the most part so there won't be any argument about who gets to play the girl (as there so often is). That being said, I have no problems with using a female character if you want to use male.
Anyways, I am up for just about anything, but I do have a couple of plots that I am really looking for:
1. A young man is having problems in school, he is getting into fights, failing classes and is suspected to be getting involved with drugs to top it all off. He is a problem and the school just wants to get rid of him, which means he needs to graduate. If he drops out he will hurt their statistics and if he doesn't pull his grades up he will have to be there another year, which they don't want either. So they turn to the best student in the school, an uptight rich girl who is the president of tons of clubs, volunteers all of her time, and is the top of her class to top it all off and they ask her to tutor and help the troubled student. She knows she can't refuse, and she isn't happy about it, however she soon learns that there is a lot more to him then meets the eye.
2. He was always the star of the school, a skilled athlete that always seemed to be leading them to victory, whether it be in soccer, football, track or basketball, he was good at everything. In class he was bright and worked hard, he was friendly and sociable, it seemed like he was perfect. Soon, though, it becomes clear that something is wrong and after suffering through the pain he went to the doctor only to find out that he had cancer. After that he spent much of his time in the hospital and at first his friends would visit him, but his friendships seemed to be more superficial then he had thought and these visits soon became very few till they seemed to stop all together. A year after his diagnosis he is basically alone, but then he meets a girl from his high school that he previously had never spoken to; she is a volunteer at the hospital and one of the less popular girls at school, however she becomes his friend in the hospital, his main support. However, when it is time for him to return to school finally it isn't easy to figure out whether he should try and be who he was before again or reshape who he is and who his friends are.
3. In a small town on the very edge is an old, worn down house from the 1800's on a large plot of land. It was once a beautiful building with a well respected family living there, but after some tragic event the family moved away, leaving the home vacant. People had tried to move in, attempted to renovate it and make it into a home again but something seemed to drive them off and so it remained empty, except for the occasional high school student wandering in on a dare. It was a sort of hazing ritual that they did to kids who wanted to be popular, they had to go into the house and take something from inside. Not many people risked actually doing it anymore, not after a number of 'accidents' occurred right after, freak accidents. One new girl decides to try her lucky, partially to be accepted better and then partially because she is curious, and she finds something interesting.
Like I said, I am up for anything and I can usually come up with some kind of plot for anything, too, so if you want you can throw a genre at me and we can figure something out. (:
PM me if you are interested!
