Attention grabbing or typical conflict?

Typical conflict would be - as Nev put it - an opposing force that wishes to destroy them.
There could always be an added twist to it, of course. You could say how they got these powers, and that there were another six - or four, three, two, etc. - teens that got these same powers; mirror images of the powers these six main characters received. It could be that the minor six with the mirror image powers would try to get the main six to use them for evil, or perhaps be evil themselves and the main six would have to stop them.

Attention grabbing - well, not sure, exactly. It would depend on the attention you are trying to grab.

I like the idea but I do agree with the whole where is the conflict. Maybe change the plot to be like the teens started using their powers poorly and the organization is out to get them back before the secret breaks loose? Like the teens are on recall to be destroyed. Romance can happen but then again so can action. Just a suggestion. Either way I am in need of a quick paced roleplay. If this is that I will join.

((hmm....the opposing organization thing has been done....a lot. Lets think of something different. Along the lines of abilities not being complimentary to its holders as in ppl either can't control their abilities or say two people have abilities that naturally don't mesh. For example I control fire and Ella can control water. Its just a thought razz ))

I like those ideas, they are really good! Fast attention grabbing would be more like a big war and everything happens quickly, etc.

how about it started as
e.s.s.e.n.c.e. and l.o.v.e. corp. And the two were working on the genes together. The idea was to take the six teens and place them in e.s.s.e.n.c.e. with powers. l.o.v.e. may have been working behind the back of essence and managed to gain powers into their six test subjects. Loves test subjects maybe went rampant with matching powers of essences children so now essence is trying to do a recall and destroy the children. Meanwhile loves children are trying to destroy essence so love may reign supreme.... dunno how that sounds it ties some points together tho....

mm, I think I want the organisation to be good at the begining, but depending on how the plot goes along they could turn against.
@Neveahada: problem, war with whom? there is only 6 teens who have the powers, unless we go with the opposing powers which then is 12. The organisation wouldnt have the powers, just really good machinery, which will put up a fight but still wont do much. Another is that there could be a evil force then there could be a war

we've got a story and conflict for the opposing powers! thts good so far, so theres now 3 things we can choose from.
-Opposing powers (12 teens)
-Evil force (6 teens)
-Oppsoing organisation (6 teens)

This sounds like an amazing roleplay, well with all the ideas being bounced around with the original plot it does.

how about one or two of the six become corrupt, not so pure and innocent anymore, their tainted souls growing and tainting them even more? That would create a slight conflict.
