I think I know where you are trying to go with this, and it scares me a little.
If you look around the internet, you can find evidence for both a familial and a different type of familial relationship between the two. While it is never officially announced in the series (the only official relationships seeming to be Heero and Relena, Treize and Une, Zechs and Noin, and the siblings Relena and Zechs/Miliardo), I believe it was a note in Episode Zero (At least at the end of the Trowa chapter in the Viz translation) about the two being related.
I'd have to hear a better argument for or against before I could make an official judgement on how it would be in the RP.

Since Ep Zero is written after the fact, and the only time in the series that Trowa refers to Cath as Sis is when he's got amnesia... well there is the source of the confusion. Is Ep0 canon? Can we ever really know Nanashi's past?
It seems to me that you are going to have to make the call yourself, but if you want to debate we can do that to.

I think I remember reading it somewhere, one of the creators/writers of the series claimed that it wasn't intended anywhere that the two were related, and that he found the pairing of Trowa and Catherine to be one of his favorites. But as I stated, I think I remember seeing it, I haven't seen it since, so as the girl put it, Chang you will have to make the call yourself... should it come up.

Okay here is the 411 Yes cathrine and trowa are siblings in some manga it was shown trowa falling out the back of a circus wagon or something like that and him being found and adopted by another family from space. HOWEVER I think that they didnt carry this over into the show but im not sure....

Heero and Relenas relationship actually develops WAY more in the Manga unfornutly i havent read it in years and my mangas are over 100 miles away from me at the current moment but when i have the chance to read them again i can update people if they like.

I would love to join, though I tend towards the odder plots. I could play really any of the pilots, or Milliardo, I know everyone is already requesting to be Duo or Wufei, and any of the other pilots. I am a part of the GW Yaoi Guild, which I suggest many of you join as we are trying to revive it, I'm currently playing the part of Milliardo. I am familiar with the 2x5 pairing. And will do any pairing as long as it's kept interesting.

I would love to join... however, I need to dicuss how the limit of Quatre's Heart of the Universe (I keep forgetting the actual japanese phrase, so shoot me). I'm a big Quatre fan and I had rp him from time-to-time..But I also want to play him right if I am given the chance to play him in this rp (so goes to the other gundam pilots or other characters)... I had read this really great website essay called "Gundam Wing is a victim of Fan Rape." I hope this will provide great character insight if anyone is interested. I kinda use it as a 'bible' of sorts (don't worry, I won't use it against you talk2hand ).

Speaking of Bibles, Quatre and Duo are from suggestable religious backgrounds. Quatre with Arabic/Islamic and Duo with Christianity. How far indepth should we go into this aspect of the characters? What about their heritage?

Btw, I don't mind homo/hetero/bi pairings... but I personally would like it if it makes sense, lol (Quatre x Wufei, WTF?).

Endleass waltz was awesome but seemed rather short if you ask me. I know alot about the diferent MS's so i can be anywhere though i prefer trowa and heavy arms. Another cool person is zechs He had the tallgeese wich was totally awesome!!! If i have too though i can be an OC pilot. Like i said i know alot about the diferent mobile suits so i can fill in wear needed. ill warn you though i like heavy armnor and lots oh firepower. (Heavy arms) ^_^
