Hmm, I see, I see, I'm just a little confused about that second
change? Do you maybe mean if it levels via friendship? Then
would that mean if I could technically have, like, a Banette at
lvl 29 as long as it levels from having time outside the ball/in a
battle...?

To be honest, I'm a bit confused by your question. xD But..

No, I mean if a pokemon evolves through friendship/affection, then it can evolve at any level you wish, so long as the pokemon is tame.

Thus, if you start with a level 5 pichu, then at level 6 it can evolve into a pikachu if you want it to (presuming you decide to start with a non-feral pichu).


Sorry about the confusion; I should take another look at the rules just to make sure everything else is clear.

Also, I have a question: Since we are doing nuzlocke challenge rules, does that mean from each area we can only capture one Pokemon? If so, we can still battle other Pokemon in the area even if we don't mean to catch it, right? I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Already answered this via PM, but I'll just leave this right here in case anyone else is wondering:

You can capture as many pokemon as you want from any areas (provided that your character has empty poke balls in their inventory).

I can't wait to get this started. The setting is really awesome. I've always craved realistic Pokemon. When you think about, most Pokemon are absolutely scary!
