Drug abuser, worsened after her husband died. Seth was about 10 months old then, and she was verbally and mentally abusive to all three Broderick siblings. Neglectful of children, especially Seth bc the other two (Sean and sawyer are twins) were old enough and grown so they basically were mommy and daddy to Seth, not bro and sis

Not financially. They just do in te sense of "we love her because she out mom but don't like her. "
They both have their own house and spouse. Theirom lives with some boyfriend that pays for it all. Naturally Seth loathes him too.

Hmm. She can be controlled by both of is to be easier.
Maybe she sees Seth shut the door and antagonizes him? Comments on how she doesn't like the apartment? Which lured Seth out and she acts all fake and sweet and nice to him? It wouldn't be good either way, but acting nice would be more of gas to an open flame.
