Got my loaner computer back. Since I returned it yesterday, they hadn't even had time to wipe it yet.

Turns out the problem with the boot up was not bad fan placement, it was the motherboard. They had written a note saying my motherboard was on the way out and needed replacement, but they didn't email me any notice about it.

Guess what wasn't on the list of included services when I signed my laptop out?
