Presently, we're in the state of New Jersey. The city to the left is Vineland, and the neighboring coastal city is Pleasantville. I understand the geography and terrain is probably all wrong, but hey... It's an alternative Earth. Deal with it.
The red area is the quarantined zone where residents still aren't allowed back into. Police will be barricading it.
