Most of that is random plot quips- not necessarily something I'm itching for, but something to get started. So no, you don't have to read through all of that. -weary smile-
As for what I do want, that's a little more difficult to say. Fantasy, an engaging plot, interesting characters. I'm sorry; I haven't done any serious role-playing in a while, and I'm a little out of touch.
