Erm, just a little note Igu lovely, but your character would not exactly be able to look into every mind.. in fact his dampered powers likely wouldn't extend beyond Julius and Rashiel. As I said they are -severely- dampered.. not just mildly xx;;;

Erm, yes people with a -close- proximity.. but another thing to keep in mind is that you are not alone in the roleplay when you chose to exercise those powers. The others around you could have shields put in place.. either by themselves or perhaps someone who has taken a shine to them.. with actions like that it is better to post an attempt, because that leaves a chance for other players, than to automatically assume such an action was a success -nod-
