Pokemorphs are an evolved form of Pokemon. Rather than the standard evolution, Pokemorphs are Pokemon that have undergone an evolution similar to human evolution. Some have called them 'humanized' Pokemon and others comically refer to them as 'Pokeman' - though that has now become the official slang term among the younger generation. These creatures look extremely similar to humans in appearance. In fact, they can blend in with humans almost perfectly. There is one main factor that plays against them in this and that is the small features that most definitely defines them as Pokemorphs and not humans. These are the features that help people to recognize their particular species. For example, a Ninetail's Pokemorph would have nine tails. Most Pokemorphs have one distinct feature that showcase them as Pokemorphs.


Those that aren't are said to be in Class One. Pokemorphs in this class barely show any resemblance to Pokemon. Other than hair color, they can assimilate into society with no worries. However, most Pokemorphs in this class still wear the clothing that resemble their Pokemon counterpart. In fact, all Pokemorphs wear clothing that resemble their counterpart. The reasons are still unknown but scientists have theorized that it is an innate instinct to wear such clothing. Pokemon at Class One are all known but some suspect that there are some Pokemorphs living among us that we are not aware of. It is suspected that these Pokemorphs are against being partners and merely want to live normal lives. These Pokemorphs are thought to be able to adapt to human behavior almost completely but since no known 'rebels' have been brought to attention, this is a mere speculation.



Class Two Pokemorphs still retain many habits that their pokemon counterpart have. This may include behaviors such as walking on all four, hanging upside down, etc. The most important aspect of Class Two Pokemorphs is that they can still understand and talk to other Pokemon. Some Class Two Pokemorphs are still in the wild today however, many condone capturing them in the wild and instead, prefer if those found in the wild are reported to a nearby Officer Jenny. However, if the Pokemorph willingly accepts the partnership, you may go to a nearby Pokemorph Center to complete the registration



Class Three Pokemorphs act more similarly to humans. They may have small habits that are considered 'pokemon-istic' but have nearly completely adapted to human behavior - other than the fact that they may be used for battle or something of the like. All Class Three Pokemorphs can be found in a Pokemorph Center and can be registered to become your partner at any time. Please note that both Class Two and Three Pokemorphs have the same appearances - meaning that they have some Pokemon appendages - and only Class One Pokemorphs do not have any Pokemon likeness apart from their clothing.



Class Four Pokemorphs are the most recently discovered 'class' of Pokemorphs. No information has been discovered other than the fact that they are more 'Pokemon' than the other classes.


Pokemorphs were first discovered in Year ӛῶςȺ, roughly 50 years ago, by Professor Hiroshi Nakano. He stumbled upon a little girl which was later discovered to be a Jirachi pokemorph. This Pokemorph later disappeared but Professor Nakano displayed his findings to the scientific community. After this discovery, more and more Pokemorphs were slowly discovered. However, it is noted that compared to the innumerable amount of Pokemon, Pokemorphs are limited to only a few from each species. In fact, many Pokemon have not been reported to have any pokemorphs of their species. Still, there is no doubt that there are a large amount of Pokemorphs arriving in the world. Pokemorphs can be captured into a pokeball but soon after their existence, riots started forming. Their appearance being too similar to a human caused many to dispute on how unreasonable and outrageous it would be to treat Pokemorphs the same as Pokemon.

A law was decreed. From then on, only one pokemorph was assigned to each person. No more, no less - mainly because of their small numbers. They were still treated like Pokemon but many of them became more like partners rather than 'slaves' as the Pro-Pokemorphs referred to it is. Pokemorphs were found and taken to a center similar to a orphanage and taken care of until a person came looking for a Pokemorph. Typically, people 'adopted' Pokemorphs at the age of twelve though some register them earlier or later depending on their circumstances. While they are still treated much like Pokemon, people have noted they are treated more human than Pokemon. They are still used in battle, contests and more. Pokemorphs have settled into society as both Pokemon and Humans. Concerning pokeballs, few keep their Pokemorphs in pokeballs while most keep them out - a reverse situation to how Pokemon are kept.

►► Of course we can't forget about Team Rocket! With the appearance of Pokemorphs, it is no surprise that they would try to get their grubby paws on this new fascination. Unfortunately, there being a limited number of Pokemorphs, they're having a bit of an issue gathering information about Pokemorphs. Scientists today are still trying to unravel the mystery of Pokemorphs. So what does Team Rocket do? Steal some Pokemorphs, of course! Did you really think any less of our favorite criminal organization? Agents are being sent out, whether it be in disguise or just out in the open, to gather as many Pokemorphs as possible. Their sole mission? Well, with their oath being "Steal Pokémon for profit. Exploit Pokémon for profit. All Pokémon exist for the glory of Team Rocket," can't you already guess? It's to rule the world of course! Silly Team Rocket, they're not very original in the bad guy department, are they?

►► People seem to forget that Pokemorphs are smart and not just an average Pokemon. Along with intelligence comes pride and prideful Pokemorphs and they certainly don't want to submit to human rule. Pokemorphs are smarter, more powerful and just plain more badass than humans so why are they the underdog? In Apex, an organization made solely of Pokemorphs, the main opinion is that Pokemorphs are better than humans. They don't want to become their partners and are indignant at the fact that their Pokemon brethren are still being captured like animals. They are the justice-bringers to Pokemon and Pokemorphs everywhere! Their goal? Liberation for all Pokemon and Pokemorphs!

►► Onto a brighter topic, the world-wide Pokemorph Competition/Convention is being held for the first year ever! Located on Enia Island, a small island easily accessible by all regions, billions of money is being funded for the event. The main focus is what everyone has been talking about, the Crown Tournament! Similar to Pokemon Tournaments, the Crown Tournament is different in the fact that it is the very first Pokemorph Battling Tournament. No previous credentials - such as badges - are needed; the registration is fairly simple involving only a packet of paperwork. However, I must stress that Pokemorphs without partners may not be allowed to participate in the event. There are also Pokemorph Contests, an Extreme Pokemon Race and more available so it is not an event to miss! The Convention will last the entire month of April so hurry up and book some hotels room before you end up camping outside!

►► Asahiru Poke-Academy, a school dedicated to everything Pokemon and Pokemorph related, will have its newest batch of graduates out and ready to experience the world! Known for many of its well-accomplished graduates, the school is filled with potential. Due to the way the Academy is run, students are not allowed to have Pokemorphs until graduation and these students are eager to claim a Pokemorph as a partner. With events such as the Crown Tournament around the corner, these graduates will no doubt be the new leaders in the Poke-Field in the coming future.

►► NEW!! Oh dear, some new information has just been revealed. The masterminds behind the Crown Tournament are Team Rocket. How on Earth did they actually come up with a good plan for once? Anyway, with many rockets mingled in the staff and even the participants, the Pokemorphs on the island may find it tricky to get away from the greedy Rockets - even more so when they realize all ships on the island are now under possession of Team Rocket. There's going to be some mayhem when the first round of the Tournament starts! You can be sure that the Rockets have something up their sleeves.

Literacy is an obvious but this is the school year so I'm making this more lenient. Why? BECAUSE I WANT THIS THING TO BE ACTIVE DAMN IT! I'm tired of roleplays dying so while I say it's advanced literate, it's on the lower tier of advanced literate, that is, until we get out of school and shet. SOOOO, keep each post at around 500 words each with intro posts being longer. That's like half my usual posts -shot- SO THAT MEANS YOU BETTER BE ABLE TO DISH THESE OUT OFTEN. Speech should be in color and in bold while thoughts should be in italics and in color as well. Use spell check and read over your posts. Also, make the posts interesting and move the plot along. The usual stuff that most people don't even bother reading.

OMG, this is major, major point. I'm getting tired of people applying then disappearing off the face of the planet. If you apply then don't appear in the ooc thread for a week, you're automatically out. I don't care if your computer broke or you went off somewhere, if you don't tell me beforehand I don't take any excuses. I'm not going to PM you any warnings, you're responsible for yourself. Check the warning post to see where you are. If you're kicked out, I won't even PM you. Post at least once a week in the IC thread and post as often as you can in the OOC thread - around twice a week for OOC posts. No posts mean the roleplay dies, even if you're just hanging around the ooc. Also, when you post INTERACT with people. If there is already a person there doing nothing by himself, go talk to him or something otherwise you're going to be sitting around waiting for someone to interact with you. One more point, don't wait around for other people to post because heck, they might be waiting for you to post. Post whenever you get the chance.

I like pretty posts, it's just how I am. Visual appearance is a major thing for me because, idk why, it's just because. HOWEVER, don't try to be overly fancy because honestly, it shows and it hurts - my eyes that is. So if you have issues with coding or graphics, just make it simple. You don't have to try to make it super epic because it just looks bad. I happen to like the banners that are simply rounded rectangular cutouts - I think it looks neat and simple. So if you can't make graphics, just stick with that. As for coding, keep it simple as well if you can't code.

I'm requiring a basic profile and the 'advanced' profile will be for people who want to go through all the lengths of making a superly epic profile that takes weeks and weeks. This is because I want the roleplay to start and be active. Most of my roleplays in the past involved weeks of waiting for profiles, people giving up on profiles because the deadline was coming up and me extending the deadline which added up to months of waiting. That's all fine and dandy but a lot of people end up losing interest or disappear off the face of the planet which is why I'm making a basic profile that is easy and simpler to fill out.

Lots of reasons. Reason 1: too lazy. Reason 2: it makes a set list of main/minor characters. Reason 4: Things such as competition, people who drop out, and so on....and yes, that wasn't a clear reason but those things contributed to the reason why I didn't make any.

You know how you usually see how the characters somehow know each other in adv. lit. character descriptions? Yeah, you can just make your own. You can plan with someone beforehand and decide to be siblings or something or you can just put some ( INSERT TITLE ) into the charrie description you make and other people can decide to take that role. In essence, that's the only 'roles' that there really are. Please try to have at least one character relation in your description otherwise I WILL REJECT IT.

No, you guys can choose it yourselves. If you see a charrie description for a Pokemorph and they don't have a partner, you can just put that Pokemorph's title into the partner (insert) in your profile. It works vice versa too. So if you see that a certain character would work well (or maybe not well, that'd be amusing) with yours, then you can make them your partner without even telling them! Of course, you can tell them/ask them beforehand but you really don't have to. If there's no one you want, then just leave it as (insert) and maybe someone will want your charrie as their partner. If you don't have a partner for a long duration of time, then I'll stick you with someone else that also doesn't have one.

Well, basic profile basically means that you don't have to do a heck-load of extra coding and your chunkiest sections (history and personality) can be done with mere bullet points. You have to send it in within two weeks otherwise I take your character description out and you're basically out of this roleplay. You can choose to fill out the 'advanced' profile if and only if you are certain that you will finish it within two weeks. You must hand it one of these by the end of the two weeks. If you filled out only the basic profile and feel like upgrading it to an advanced version, then go right ahead! There's no deadline for that. I may require all members to eventually make an advanced version but that won't be 'til the summer.

Just include it in your profile. If I feel like you're going too far then I'll tell you but for the most part you can do whatever you want. You can make your character the leader of Apex if you want. Well, I was gonna make an info post for that but I'm too lazy. Basically, it's what I said in the 'plot' post. It's located on Enia island and is a boarding school. You don't need to be rich to go there, but there it is extremely hard to get into which is why people call it a school for elites and geniuses. Grades are not by age-order and is instead by academic performance. The school doesn't even have a minimum age or maximum age. Students range from 6 to 30 and there are courses for anything Poke-related. The grades go from 1st grade to 7th grade and you can also skip grades (but you may also get demoted grades if your performance is bad).
