I kind of want to use a version of Andrea
who I made for Pandora's Box.
You remember her fai?
I know she existed for all of ten seconds before the RP died,
but I was kind of looking forward to playing her,
and with some modifications I think she'd suit.

And/or I kind of want to make a character that's cursed in a ridiculous way,
like, for example, turning into a carp every six hours.
Pffffffffffffffffffff.
It appeals to my sense of humour.

I know I'm usually saying the opposite, but remember, the RP is based in Japan. So while I don't care what the name is, make sure there's a reason for her to speak Japanese/to be in Japan. ._.

I kind of half-expected it.
The only part that annoyed me is that I had this whole in-depth conversation via PM
with the girl Andrea would be interacting with most,
and then she never posted. -_-
I felt so lead on. XDDDD.

pfff, fai, you know me.
I'll end up with someone who immigrated for some reason,
and someone who's half-japanese or something,
because I can't come up with Asian names worth crap.
I am toying with the thought of using Ren,
since I never got to do anything with him besides have hypothermia,
but I'd obviously have to make some changes on him.
Still, the character-base is a fun one.

Ha, yeah.
I've done that before, actually.
I think the explaination of him turning into a carp every six hours ended up being something like:
"There was this drunk guy he helped out one night,
and after he got him home safely, the guy asked if he had any wishes,
and carp-guy jokingly said something about wanting to be a better fisherman,
and next thing he knew. . ."
And then they eventually figured out this random drunk guy with magical powers was actually Bacchus (or Dionysus. I don't remember if that was a greek or roman based god-system).
But yeah. He was fun.
I might remake that character, now that I think about it. >>

XD That annoyed me too, because I was SO DARN HAPPY to get that girl a character for her to interact with, and I was SO looking forward to seeing the interaction...and then nothing. D:

Pft. Yeah. That sounds like you. I can always look up Asian names for you. <.< Although I am definitely guilty of often using Asian names from anime/manga I like. Before I named Subaru, Subaru, I was going to name him Miharu. And Nozomu's name comes from a manga I read a LONG time ago, and that particular character had a lot of charisma.

Ren! XD I remember him! Although I never interacted with him...

Oh poor guy. All he wanted was to catch more fish... <.<

XD. I know where to find Asian names.
I'm just really picky about names,
and for some reason it's harder to find Asian ones that sound right.
I spent so looooong picking Ren's name. D :
And Toshi was like a cop-out, since Kit picked the last name.

I think those are the only two Asian names I've picked recently, now that I think about it.

That was was very campy RP.
My other character in it was a forest nymph cursed with intelligence.

I'm pretty picky about them myself. Sometimes I just know the name, but others I spend forever looking. I often end up settling on Japanese names. DX I never settle in Western names though. I GO UNTIL I FIND WHAT I WANT. D<
