Mai, are you hitting both of the keys at the same time? You don't have to hold them down. Just repeatedly hit them at the same time really quickly.

It also works if you keep them pressed.... but you have to do it at the same time and right when the screen lights up..... Thanks to Paperclip's advice now I get all 10s! blaugh
