I also really like the straight jacket and "madness" poses of the Anesidora items. Oh the Nightmare has some creepy stuff too.

Maybe one of the Zombie Bites or Heavy Zombie Bites items? It'd add more blood and slightly give the idea the rabbit had bit her?
Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing, I really like it the way it is, but more blood compliment it well c:
