I'm helping a friend complete his pokedex right now.
My team on Black 2 is so overpowered for where I am in the game.
I've been lax about actually going through, so they're all level 52-60... and I just got my 6th badge.

I have a really bad habit of focusing my training on just a couple key players in my team, and just letting the other four switch out every now and then. It's not uncommon for me to have two level 60+ and the rest hover between 20-40. I think I have one of my Budew collection in the 90s though.

For my team, I only traded over a lvl 1 sandile, Mundungus. <3
Later, when I decided to trade out pokemon for lower lvl'd ones, I would trade them back to white so I could lvl them quicker, though.
I try to keep my team at about the same lvl.
I've been breeding pokemon back on White to fill my pokedex and I trade them over too.
