A colorful avatar. Not as easy to pull off without making it seem a little weird but I think you aced it. The face expression and the lovely outfit... It's adorable. The addition of a lighter color balances the outfit. The microphone looks a little out of place, but it's not that bad. I also love the hair. A+ color scheme. Overall, it's hella amazing.

@Rater- Simple and Casual. The glasses are a personal preference.

grey or black eyes would be so much better than the purple you have. they conflict with the lilac you have going on. Or, if you want purple eyes, maybe look at the ones from Somber Bloom?
I don't know. I feel like this avatar could have better color distribution. everything looks so bulky and it doesn't flow. yes, you matched your black and lavender-lilacs, but it it just doesn't look visually pleasing or interesting to me. add something to your face at the very least... like a mouth or something.
