On the top row, I prefer the first one. However, the white is poorly balanced and you have clashing textures. I don't think you need the rapier either, it doesn't make much sense because she looks too peaceful to hold a sword. 7/10

On the bottom row, I prefer the second one, but I don't like the fishnet stockings. The style doesn't match the rest of the outfit. Again, I'm on the fence about the sword, but it seems to match this avatar better than the first one. 7/10

@ rater: If you could, could you please suggest some items? I really love the grey/cream combo with a touch of both black and white, which is represented on the head. I have a feeling that some parts, such as the torso, feet and upper arm could use a touch up, so if you have any ideas what could fit better...Well, that'd be totally rad! whee

Since some of you love the hair, some like it a little and some just plain hate it, let's leave it at that for now and move to something else.

The colors look a bit flat, overall; I would suggest some contrast, and perhaps more distinctive eyes. Something about the combination of the shoes and long coat gives it a "squashed" look.
