Do you have the right grapes to be turned into wine? Find out here. REDWINE is a rating thread, run by two friends. Over time, we've expanded to include a well known avatar contest as well as an art thread and several other off shoots. We don’t claim to know everything about avatars and make the best ones EVER, but it is our passion… and we aren’t completely clueless! Another opinion can’t hurt, right? In addition to being a rating thread, we also have an AvA corner. There, we express our opinions about the winners and whatever else that has to do with the AvA.

Lastly, this is a hangout thread. Have fun, chat, and just generally be jovial! Remember to skim through the rest of the posts!

one. Follow the TOS. Don't even try to post your bad links here.
two. No spamming. If you have something to say, make it useful. If no one's here, don't bump unless we've fallen off the first page (that's against AT rules). Don't post silly things over and over again.
three. No flaming. We have different opinions and let's just keep everything civil.
four.Try to be nice to each other.
five. Don't freak out over bad rates. We're just two people out of the whole world. If we were being unclear with suggestions or why we rated a certain way, ask us.
six. Be literate. Misspellings are okay, as long as you get the message through with no headaches on the part of your audience.
seven. Do not quote the first page. We know you want to, but don't. There's no need for it.
eight. Rulebreakers will have a blacklist created for them.

To get a rating, simply ask for one of the following. No need to specify the person you want to rate you. One, or both of us might.

Beer: 1-10 rate. Ask for this if you just want an opinion.
Wine Tasting: 1-10 rate with suggestions. Ask for this if you’re in the process of refining your avatar.
Vodka: We rate you as we would in the Avatar Arena. You must have a story (or title) to get this rate. Numbers and comments are included.
Apple Cider: Not old enough for alcohol? We'll baby you in our rates and tell you what we like about your avatar!
Straight Shot: Think you're tough? Order the straight shot and we'll criticize everything about you.
Rum: We'll tell you what type of drunk you are!
Three Wise Men: Words of advice, from your avatar!
Sex on the Beach: What is drunk sex with your avatar like?
Champagne: Named for our rubric in our contest thread! We'll give you a rate in factors; x/10 Aesthetics, x/5 Originality, x/5 Adherence to Theme, x/20 TOTAL

Sometimes, you may be so in love with wine that you’re actually an alcoholic. We may give you an AA card to help you on your way. We don’t mean anything rude, it’s just a bit of fun!

Endlessly Silenced is my name formally known as Sarasecerts, But I change that after I realized how lame it was. You can call me End or Poptart just not my real name for some reason I don’t like it when people call me by my real name, even irl. I warn you I am a band NERD. I mainly play the alto saxophone. Hellz yeah! If your in band tell me I love talking about. If I’m not talking about band I’m talking about Gaia. That or Asians. I love Asians! If you’re a hot Asian guy take caution, now. It doesn’t matter if your gay I’ll hunt you down anyway. No I’m just playing… ninja Another random fact about me I like the color purple probably a little too much.That’s all I’m going to say for now so I don’t scare anyone away just yet.


My name is GeeTeePee. Nicknamed Aki, real name Laura. Most people call me Aki though, especially online. I looove fiddling around with clothes. Uh, clothes on avatars. Uh, on gaia. In a non-sexual way? Hehe. I’m also sort of perverted. I've been on Gaia for almost five years nows. Obsessed with it. I can't say I'm very rich though. I've recently finished a quest for the NM scarf and I'm not lazily questing for an OMG. I go to lots of places on gaia. The GCD, Exchange, AvA forum, AT forum... I'm just all over the place. Where my friends go, I follow. My guild is PG, been there seemingly forever too. They're awesome. I first met 'rissa when ... Okay, fine. I don't remember, but she loooves Asians and she feels like a sister to me cause I grew up on the Bronx. She's lovely. I’m Chinese and I speak Mandarin! I also speak Spanish, but I’ve only learned that in school. I’m a high school senior and I’ve probably given out enough info to attract a stalker, so it ends now!


I go by Jam, Jamjam, Jamma, Mama Jamjam…etc. Mainly due to the fact that my account name is too long to type out all the time, even for me. My real name is none of your concern. I’m a reformed band nerd. I still love band, but I don’t completely miss it. Why would I miss it? Cause I graduated high school and didn’t join my universities marching band like my parents wanted. I’m going to…a university…in which my major is currently Psychology. I’ll psycho analyze your a**. Actually I either want to be a Forensic Psychologist or a Children’s Psychologist…totally different things there. I live with my boyfriend, who actually hates gaia…and band…cause he’s too cool for both apparently. He loves me though, so it’s all good. I just have to sneak onto gaia. I’ve been on gaia, not as long as Aki, longer than Poptart…almost three years now. This is not my original account. I have four accounts actually. You’ll see them randomly. I love creating and rating avatars on gaia. I can be pretty mean at times. Don’t take it too seriously. I also RP so if you know any good ones hook me up. I’m not on regularly so don’t expect to see me all the time. Outside of gaia and university...I still love clothes. In fact Poptart calls me the Fashion Zombie. I love to draw. Art exchange?
