I think its boring, and there's not much coordination aside from three color randomly strewn about. I would give it a 5/10 and suggest mixing up your patterns for a more coherent look that doesn't look so scattered.

i dont really get it
it reminds me of those generic anime boys in books n stuff
like, it's boring really and the eyes are awkward.
try getting rid of the smoke and making the avatar more realistic or more fantasy.
it's kind of at the awkward middle
