Since you're going for a casual/everyday look (I think), drop the anklets; they don't fit in thematically or stylistically. A little coat/sweater might be nice to add a little something to the shoulders/arms. Bracelets would also help with the bare arms. Some manner of hairclip/bow/headband/hat might be nice as well.
