You can either do him as just Perry or agent P.
All I ask is that it is actually wearable on gaia.

Then your evil creation is "lady GaGa!"
How this one requires a story: You had spent days creating a machine to get rid of all the pop stars on earth. The day you have it ready is the best day ever! Stormy cloudy, everyone depressed, how could it be better. You set up your machine, turn it on, and BOOM, its hit by lightning, causing it to let loose a giant bolt of energy and in the process, hitting a random lady many miles away and to this day, every calls her, lady GaGa.

Lolz, sorry, had to. That avi, just made my mind go crazy.
And yes, her in the at, we are all crazy, I think. Lol
