Well you're actually off to a really great start. If I had a list of your inventory and your exact budget, I might be able to make suggestions. Right now it's just too vague of an area to touch.

Basing my rating around the idea that you're on a limited budget - I'd give it a solid 6//1o. The high-heels and the starfish hand are throwing off an otherwise pretty cool build. I also have a fiery hatred of black and red - but that's just me.
