Well, I def. like Crystalline Velvetine because it gave us awesome purple hair. xD
There is also the legs from Trickster's Gimmick; leg mods have gotten pretty awesome.
I love Cosmic Matriarch, but that's because I'm a fan of Mass Effect.

GOLD SHOPS.
Def. spend some time checking out the gold shops.
The gold shop items have gotten so much better over the years and there is lots of great/very usable stuff.
And there are some glorious hair/eye options in Salon Durem now.
And of course you know reasonable prices yay.
That's not three but whatever.
I couldn't narrow down to three anyway.
