Have you ever seen two items together and thought,
"Gee, those items look fantastic together!",
then maybe only used them once, or never gotten them to work?

This challenge is dedicated to those item combinations we've seen and loved.
Each week, two items that look great together will be posted, and your challenge is to make an avatar with them.
Some items will be easier than others.
Some will be cheap and others expensive.
Because of this, this is a challenge for both tekteks and avatars.

This is a challenge, not a contest.
There is no prize but the joy of making an awesome avatar and inspiration of others' avatars.
I will keep a record of past challenges so we can view past beautiful avatars at our leisure. :3

[[How Combos are Chosen]]

The system is simple. Combos may be suggested by anyone.
To suggest a combo, post it in the thread.
Combos can be something you've seen around, something you've pulled from the MFEO thread, whatever.
Combos will almost always consist of only two items. Very few exceptions are allowed.
Combos must work on both the male and female base and layer on the GaiaOnline website.

CLOMP-a-saurus (me~!) will make note of the combo, and she will let you know if it will be used in the (probably near) future.
By selecting a combo, you disqualify yourself from being selected as the pick or popular favourite for that week,
but as a bonus, you get to choose the pick of the week from all the other entries.
Let me know your pick after the voting phase by post only, please.
I will not remind you, so it's up to you to pay attention and let me know if you have a favourite.
If you don't have a favourite, it's fine not to have a pick of the week.

This is CLOMP-a-saurus, the thread owner:

She is the boss-goose of this thread. If you suggest a combo and she does not choose to use it,
it's either too similar to a combo recently used, or she doesn't think it'll work well for a challenge.
You don't have to like it, but excessive complaining/whining/harrassment will get you a shiny spot on her ignore list.
This means you get to say bye-bye to this thread forever! o u o

and CLOMP will clarify/update the post.

[[Mini-Challenge/Contest]]

Eclectice suggested we find a way to revisit some of the old combos,
and after some discussion, I've decided to do it in the form of a mini-challenge/contest!
Every other week, Clomp will post a few combos from the archives.
You will have two weeks to make entries for these combos.
Entries where the combo items cannot be seen will not be accepted,
and you may not change the layering of the combo.
Both tekteks and avatars are acceptable.

You may make one entry for each combo, no more.
Instead of having a time limit, the round will last until 9 entries have been accepted.
(In the future, the number of entries accepted may go up, if there's enough interest.)
Once 9 entries are in, the round is over, and a new round will start.
The winner of each round is chosen by CLOMP-a-saurus,
and this winner will receive that round's item(s) up for grab.
This item can be any number of things:
Holiday themed, a RIG fail, something from a recent shop update, etc.
